Pune tri godine, od 2016. do 2019. kontakt-policajac I. policijske postaje Policijske uprave zagrebačke uzimao je novac prosjacima koje je zaticao na Glavnom kolodvoru u Zagrebu.

Prilazio im je i odvodio ih do obližnjeg hotela, te im prijetio privođenjem. No, bio je spreman pustiti ih na slobodu ako mu predaju novac koji su isprosili.

Prema nepravomoćnoj presudi koja mu je danas izrečena jednoj prosjakinji u pet navrata uzeo je 60-ak kuna, odnosno ukupno 300 kuna ili 39,82 eura. Proces je trajao gotovo pet godina jer sud nije uspio pronaći prosjakinju koja je trebala potvrdi svoj prvi iskaz i opisati kako je policajac uzimao novac od nje, prenosi N1.

Sve joj uzeo

Kada su ju konačno pronašli izjavila je da se na ulici našla zbog loše financijske situacije, a policajac joj je u tih pet navrata uzeo sav novac koji je uspjela isprositi.

Drugi prosjak, kojeg su istražitelji identificirali, nije ponovio svoje prvo svjedočenje na sudu. Naime, kako je potvrdio vještak radilo se čovjeku koji je imao problema s memorijom, te se nakon proteka nekoliko godina više nije sjećao da je optužio policajca za uzimanje novca. Zato je vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu policajca oslobodilo za dio optužbi koji se odnosio na uzimanje oko 100 kuna ovom prosjaku.

Policajac: ‘Nisam kriv’

Policajac je tijekom cijelog procesa negirao krivnju. “Ja sam više od 20 godina bio kontakt policajac kod Glavnog kolodvora”, izjavio je. Uvjeravao je sud da mu je sve smjestio muškarac koji je iskorištavao prosjake na Glavnom kolodvoru.

Sudsko vijeće ipak mu nije povjerovalo. Kažnjen je jer je izigrao povjerenje što ga građani imaju u policiju. “Policajci moraju imati iznadprosječni stupanj zakonitosti, etičnosti i pravednosti postupanja”, kazala je, obrazlažući presudu sutkinja Mirjana Horvat.

Pune tri godine, od 2016. do 2019. kontakt-policajac I. policijske postaje Policijske uprave zagrebačke uzimao je novac prosjacima koje je zaticao na Glavnom kolodvoru u Zagrebu.

Prilazio im je i odvodio ih do obližnjeg hotela, te im prijetio privođenjem. No, bio je spreman pustiti ih na slobodu ako mu predaju novac koji su isprosili.

Prema nepravomoćnoj presudi koja mu je danas izrečena jednoj prosjakinji u pet navrata uzeo je 60-ak kuna, odnosno ukupno 300 kuna ili 39,82 eura. Proces je trajao gotovo pet godina jer sud nije uspio pronaći prosjakinju koja je trebala potvrdi svoj prvi iskaz i opisati kako je policajac uzimao novac od nje, prenosi N1.

Sve joj uzeo

Kada su ju konačno pronašli izjavila je da se na ulici našla zbog loše financijske situacije, a policajac joj je u tih pet navrata uzeo sav novac koji je uspjela isprositi.

Drugi prosjak, kojeg su istražitelji identificirali, nije ponovio svoje prvo svjedočenje na sudu. Naime, kako je potvrdio vještak radilo se čovjeku koji je imao problema s memorijom, te se nakon proteka nekoliko godina više nije sjećao da je optužio policajca za uzimanje novca. Zato je vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu policajca oslobodilo za dio optužbi koji se odnosio na uzimanje oko 100 kuna ovom prosjaku.

Policajac godinama prosjacima uzimao novac, odvodio ih do hotela, pa prijetio: ‘Smjestili su mi!‘

Pune tri godine, od 2016. do 2019. kontakt-policajac I. policijske postaje Policijske uprave zagrebačke uzimao je novac prosjacima koje je zaticao na Glavnom kolodvoru u Zagrebu.

Prilazio im je i odvodio ih do obližnjeg hotela, te im prijetio privođenjem. No, bio je spreman pustiti ih na slobodu ako mu predaju novac koji su isprosili.

Prema nepravomoćnoj presudi koja mu je danas izrečena jednoj prosjakinji u pet navrata uzeo je 60-ak kuna, odnosno ukupno 300 kuna ili 39,82 eura. Proces je trajao gotovo pet godina jer sud nije uspio pronaći prosjakinju koja je trebala potvrdi svoj prvi iskaz i opisati kako je policajac uzimao novac od nje, prenosi N1.

Sve joj uzeo

Kada su ju konačno pronašli izjavila je da se na ulici našla zbog loše financijske situacije, a policajac joj je u tih pet navrata uzeo sav novac koji je uspjela isprositi.

Drugi prosjak, kojeg su istražitelji identificirali, nije ponovio svoje prvo svjedočenje na sudu. Naime, kako je potvrdio vještak radilo se čovjeku koji je imao problema s memorijom, te se nakon proteka nekoliko godina više nije sjećao da je optužio policajca za uzimanje novca. Zato je vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu policajca oslobodilo za dio optužbi koji se odnosio na uzimanje oko 100 kuna ovom prosjaku.
