Hrvatski državljani očigledno ne brinu o svome zdravlju i nije ih puno briga jesu li bolesni, naginju li nekoj bolesti ili spadaju u rizičnu skupinu onih, koji bi uskoro mogli oboljeti od neke bolesti.

Kako drugačije protumačiti odaziv građana, u Pilot projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda koje je osmislilo ministarstvo zdravstva (MIZ) i Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ), a koji se proteklih nekoliko mjeseci provodio u pet hrvatskih županija.

Dakle, za taj pilot projekt je odaslano 2990 poziva, u pet odabranih županija, a na preglede se odazvalo njih 213 ili samo sedam posto svih pozvanih osoba. Da bi nebriga za vlastito zdravlje bila još izraženija treba napisati da je od sedam posto odazvanih, njih 70 posto upućeno u daljnju medicinsku obradu, jer su kod njih nađeni rizici za neke kronične bolesti.

To je pokazatelj da je MIZ imao pravo kada je pokrenuo ovakvu inicijativu, jer je po postotcima očigledno da među nepregledanima ima jako puno onih koji "zdravo za gotovo" uzimaju svoje zdravlje i kojima bi zasigurno bilo bolje da su prije otišli kod liječnika.

Kada je u pitanju odaziv u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) treba istaknuti da je u njoj odaslano 827 poziva za preventivni zdravstveni pregled, a da se na te pozive odazvalo 37 osoba, što je 4,5 posto od svih pozvanih!

Dakle, sadržaj ovog projekta je itekako dobar, jer se na ovaj način želi i nastoji prevenirati kronične bolesti i teža oboljenja među stanovništvom, no neodgovornost onih koji su pozvani na preventivne zdravstvene preglede zabrinjava.

Po ovome, ljudi uopće ne vode brigu o svome zdravlju. U ovom slučaju im je država omogućila sve besplatno i brzo, a oni su se samo trebali pojaviti na za to predviđeno mjesto. No, eto pojavilo se na državnoj razini njih samo sedam posto, a na županijskoj, u SDŽ njih samo 4,5 posto.

Očigledno se trebalo baviti turizmom, a ne misliti na zdravlje.

U Nacionalni projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, koji ide dalje bit će uključene one osobe koje imaju više od 40 godina života i koje se nisu pregledale najmanje dvije godine, kao i oni koji boluju od kroničnih bolesti, a koji nisu bili zadnjih šest mjeseci na kontrolnim pregledima.

Najveća novost projekta je ta, da potencijalne pacijente više ne bi trebao pozivati HZJZ, već timovi obiteljske medicine koji imaju najbolji uvid u broj onih svojih pacijenata koji baš i ne dolaze rado na preglede.

Danas je Nacionalni projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, koji bi trebao započeti u ožujku 2024. godine, u Zagrebu predstavio ministar zdravstva dr. Vili Beroš i dr. Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj HZJZ.

Hrvatski državljani očigledno ne brinu o svome zdravlju i nije ih puno briga jesu li bolesni, naginju li nekoj bolesti ili spadaju u rizičnu skupinu onih, koji bi uskoro mogli oboljeti od neke bolesti.

Kako drugačije protumačiti odaziv građana, u Pilot projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda koje je osmislilo ministarstvo zdravstva (MIZ) i Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ), a koji se proteklih nekoliko mjeseci provodio u pet hrvatskih županija.

Dakle, za taj pilot projekt je odaslano 2990 poziva, u pet odabranih županija, a na preglede se odazvalo njih 213 ili samo sedam posto svih pozvanih osoba. Da bi nebriga za vlastito zdravlje bila još izraženija treba napisati da je od sedam posto odazvanih, njih 70 posto upućeno u daljnju medicinsku obradu, jer su kod njih nađeni rizici za neke kronične bolesti.

To je pokazatelj da je MIZ imao pravo kada je pokrenuo ovakvu inicijativu, jer je po postotcima očigledno da među nepregledanima ima jako puno onih koji "zdravo za gotovo" uzimaju svoje zdravlje i kojima bi zasigurno bilo bolje da su prije otišli kod liječnika.

Kada je u pitanju odaziv u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) treba istaknuti da je u njoj odaslano 827 poziva za preventivni zdravstveni pregled, a da se na te pozive odazvalo 37 osoba, što je 4,5 posto od svih pozvanih!

Dakle, sadržaj ovog projekta je itekako dobar, jer se na ovaj način želi i nastoji prevenirati kronične bolesti i teža oboljenja među stanovništvom, no neodgovornost onih koji su pozvani na preventivne zdravstvene preglede zabrinjava.

Po ovome, ljudi uopće ne vode brigu o svome zdravlju. U ovom slučaju im je država omogućila sve besplatno i brzo, a oni su se samo trebali pojaviti na za to predviđeno mjesto. No, eto pojavilo se na državnoj razini njih samo sedam posto, a na županijskoj, u SDŽ njih samo 4,5 posto.

Očigledno se trebalo baviti turizmom, a ne misliti na zdravlje.

U Nacionalni projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, koji ide dalje bit će uključene one osobe koje imaju više od 40 godina života i koje se nisu pregledale najmanje dvije godine, kao i oni koji boluju od kroničnih bolesti, a koji nisu bili zadnjih šest mjeseci na kontrolnim pregledima.

Najveća novost projekta je ta, da potencijalne pacijente više ne bi trebao pozivati HZJZ, već timovi obiteljske medicine koji imaju najbolji uvid u broj onih svojih pacijenata koji baš i ne dolaze rado na preglede.

Danas je Nacionalni projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, koji bi trebao započeti u ožujku 2024. godine, u Zagrebu predstavio ministar zdravstva dr. Vili Beroš i dr. Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj HZJZ.

Porazno: Ministarstvo zdravstva pozvalo tisuće na preventivni pregled, evo koliko ih se odazvalo. Najgore je u Splitu

Hrvatski državljani očigledno ne brinu o svome zdravlju i nije ih puno briga jesu li bolesni, naginju li nekoj bolesti ili spadaju u rizičnu skupinu onih, koji bi uskoro mogli oboljeti od neke bolesti.

Kako drugačije protumačiti odaziv građana, u Pilot projekt preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda koje je osmislilo ministarstvo zdravstva (MIZ) i Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ), a koji se proteklih nekoliko mjeseci provodio u pet hrvatskih županija.

Dakle, za taj pilot projekt je odaslano 2990 poziva, u pet odabranih županija, a na preglede se odazvalo njih 213 ili samo sedam posto svih pozvanih osoba. Da bi nebriga za vlastito zdravlje bila još izraženija treba napisati da je od sedam posto odazvanih, njih 70 posto upućeno u daljnju medicinsku obradu, jer su kod njih nađeni rizici za neke kronične bolesti.

To je pokazatelj da je MIZ imao pravo kada je pokrenuo ovakvu inicijativu, jer je po postotcima očigledno da među nepregledanima ima jako puno onih koji "zdravo za gotovo" uzimaju svoje zdravlje i kojima bi zasigurno bilo bolje da su prije otišli kod liječnika.

Kada je u pitanju odaziv u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji (SDŽ) treba istaknuti da je u njoj odaslano 827 poziva za preventivni zdravstveni pregled, a da se na te pozive odazvalo 37 osoba, što je 4,5 posto od svih pozvanih!
