Nakon dramatične situacije u Klinici za tumore u Zagrebu zbog nedostatka radiologa, gošća RTL-a Danas je Marina Novaković Matanić.

Kako smo već izvijestili, Klinika za tumore u Zagrebu muku muči s radiolozima. Ostalo im je samo troje radiologa od kojih je dvoje na bolovanju, a treći je zbog stresa završio na Hitnoj. Šefica Zavoda za radiologiju kaže da je sve pod kontrolom, dio liječnika upozorava kako najviše ispaštaju - pacijenti.

O problemima pacijenata u RTL-u Danas govori predsjednica Udruge za zaštitu dostojanstva i jednakosti pacijenata Marina Novaković Matanić.

"Opet gasimo požar", rekla je RTL-ova gošća na pitanje mogu li pacijenti odahnuti nakon što je nađeno rješenje za radiologe na Klinici, dodajući da je to isto kao i s gašenjem požara oko dugova veledrogerijama. "Dugoročno to nije rješenje", kazala je. "Mislim da ćemo dugoročno imati sve više problema jer medicinsko osoblje odlazi, realno, svakoga dana iz Hrvatske".

Koliko vam se često javljaju pacijenti s informacijama da nema dovoljno stručnjaka, liječnika koji bi očitali nalaze ili da su im odgođeni zahvati?

Svakog dana se javljaju pacijenti, sve češće. Unutar jedne klinike se ne mogu dogovoriti što je istin,  a što ne. Ista situacija je bila s lijekovima, premijer je tvrdio da su svi pacijenti dobili lijekove, ispostavilo se da nisu. Opet imamo zastrašujuću situaciju i opet je riječ o najtežim, onkološkim bolesnicima.

Zašto su onkološki bolesnici u toj situaciji. Spomenuli ste odlaske liječnika u inozemstvo, je li problem u politici, međuljudskim odnosima?

Ono što osobno mogu reći, što sam vidjela kroz neko vrijeme je da politika ima veliku ulogu u svemu tome. Zato predlažemo kao udruga da se politika makne iz bolničkog sustava. Tu trebaju na čelo bolnica i zdravstvenog sustava doći stručni ljudi i presjeći neke stvari i reći idemo u nekom smjeru.

Ohrabrujuće je spominjanje reforme, ali ona se spominje godinama, dodala je.

Hrvatska nije obećana zemlja za liječnike. Kako biste vi riješili problem?

Teško ga je riješiti preko noći, traje godinama. Specijalizanti koji su možda i htjeli neku specijalizaciju nisu imali priliku i to zbog politike, i to treba reći...

Sustav ne privlači specijalizante da nastave karijeru...

Ne samo specijalizante. već i svo medicinsko osoblje. Ja ne znam nijednu strategiju u Hrvatskoj da im je netko ponudio da ostanu u Hrvatskoj. Možda lokalno, po otocima, oni su došli do zadnjeg stadija, nude im i stanove i kuće, ali u urbanim sredinama je već također problem.

Sve se prelama na leđima pacijenata, kazala je i dodala da su pacijenti u koroni bili zastrašeni i nisu željeli odlaziti na preglede ili su oni bili otkazani. "Te posljedice korone ćemo mi dugoročno tek vidjeti jer ti pregledi bi možda nekome spasili život", zaključila je Novaković Matanić u emisiji RTL Danas.

Nakon dramatične situacije u Klinici za tumore u Zagrebu zbog nedostatka radiologa, gošća RTL-a Danas je Marina Novaković Matanić.

Kako smo već izvijestili, Klinika za tumore u Zagrebu muku muči s radiolozima. Ostalo im je samo troje radiologa od kojih je dvoje na bolovanju, a treći je zbog stresa završio na Hitnoj. Šefica Zavoda za radiologiju kaže da je sve pod kontrolom, dio liječnika upozorava kako najviše ispaštaju - pacijenti.

O problemima pacijenata u RTL-u Danas govori predsjednica Udruge za zaštitu dostojanstva i jednakosti pacijenata Marina Novaković Matanić.

"Opet gasimo požar", rekla je RTL-ova gošća na pitanje mogu li pacijenti odahnuti nakon što je nađeno rješenje za radiologe na Klinici, dodajući da je to isto kao i s gašenjem požara oko dugova veledrogerijama. "Dugoročno to nije rješenje", kazala je. "Mislim da ćemo dugoročno imati sve više problema jer medicinsko osoblje odlazi, realno, svakoga dana iz Hrvatske".

Koliko vam se često javljaju pacijenti s informacijama da nema dovoljno stručnjaka, liječnika koji bi očitali nalaze ili da su im odgođeni zahvati?

Svakog dana se javljaju pacijenti, sve češće. Unutar jedne klinike se ne mogu dogovoriti što je istin,  a što ne. Ista situacija je bila s lijekovima, premijer je tvrdio da su svi pacijenti dobili lijekove, ispostavilo se da nisu. Opet imamo zastrašujuću situaciju i opet je riječ o najtežim, onkološkim bolesnicima.

Zašto su onkološki bolesnici u toj situaciji. Spomenuli ste odlaske liječnika u inozemstvo, je li problem u politici, međuljudskim odnosima?

Ono što osobno mogu reći, što sam vidjela kroz neko vrijeme je da politika ima veliku ulogu u svemu tome. Zato predlažemo kao udruga da se politika makne iz bolničkog sustava. Tu trebaju na čelo bolnica i zdravstvenog sustava doći stručni ljudi i presjeći neke stvari i reći idemo u nekom smjeru.

Ohrabrujuće je spominjanje reforme, ali ona se spominje godinama, dodala je.

Hrvatska nije obećana zemlja za liječnike. Kako biste vi riješili problem?

Teško ga je riješiti preko noći, traje godinama. Specijalizanti koji su možda i htjeli neku specijalizaciju nisu imali priliku i to zbog politike, i to treba reći...

Sustav ne privlači specijalizante da nastave karijeru...

Ne samo specijalizante. već i svo medicinsko osoblje. Ja ne znam nijednu strategiju u Hrvatskoj da im je netko ponudio da ostanu u Hrvatskoj. Možda lokalno, po otocima, oni su došli do zadnjeg stadija, nude im i stanove i kuće, ali u urbanim sredinama je već također problem.

Sve se prelama na leđima pacijenata, kazala je i dodala da su pacijenti u koroni bili zastrašeni i nisu željeli odlaziti na preglede ili su oni bili otkazani. "Te posljedice korone ćemo mi dugoročno tek vidjeti jer ti pregledi bi možda nekome spasili život", zaključila je Novaković Matanić u emisiji RTL Danas.

Nakon dramatične situacije u Klinici za tumore u Zagrebu zbog nedostatka radiologa, gošća RTL-a Danas je Marina Novaković Matanić.

Kako smo već izvijestili, Klinika za tumore u Zagrebu muku muči s radiolozima. Ostalo im je samo troje radiologa od kojih je dvoje na bolovanju, a treći je zbog stresa završio na Hitnoj. Šefica Zavoda za radiologiju kaže da je sve pod kontrolom, dio liječnika upozorava kako najviše ispaštaju - pacijenti.

O problemima pacijenata u RTL-u Danas govori predsjednica Udruge za zaštitu dostojanstva i jednakosti pacijenata Marina Novaković Matanić.

"Opet gasimo požar", rekla je RTL-ova gošća na pitanje mogu li pacijenti odahnuti nakon što je nađeno rješenje za radiologe na Klinici, dodajući da je to isto kao i s gašenjem požara oko dugova veledrogerija...
