Ustavni sud je, prema neslužbenim informacijama koje su procurile sa Markova trga, ukinuo odredbe Zakona o najmu stanova iz 2018. godine koje se odnose na status zaštićenih najmoprimaca. Pojedinosti odluke još nisu poznate. Ono što se zna je da je presudom Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz 2012. godine Hrvatska bila obavezna promijeniti Zakon. A sve u cilju da se izjednači teret najmoprimca i najmodavca.

U Hrvatskoj je zakon izmijenjen 2018. godine, no rješenje očito nije bilo zadovoljavajuće jer je podignut čitav niz ustavnih tužbi za ocjenu ustavnosti novih zakonskih odredbi. Nezadovoljni su bili i vlasnici, ali i zaštićeni najmoprimci. Veliki broj vlasnika krenuo je u sudske postupke protiv države budući da je Europski sud za ljudska prava utvrdio da imaju pravo na naknadu štete. Nadajući se da će tako dobiti naknadu za izgubljenu dobit.

Ustavni sud je, prema neslužbenim informacijama koje su procurile sa Markova trga, ukinuo odredbe Zakona o najmu stanova iz 2018. godine koje se odnose na status zaštićenih najmoprimaca. Pojedinosti odluke još nisu poznate. Ono što se zna je da je presudom Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz 2012. godine Hrvatska bila obavezna promijeniti Zakon. A sve u cilju da se izjednači teret najmoprimca i najmodavca.

U Hrvatskoj je zakon izmijenjen 2018. godine, no rješenje očito nije bilo zadovoljavajuće jer je podignut čitav niz ustavnih tužbi za ocjenu ustavnosti novih zakonskih odredbi. Nezadovoljni su bili i vlasnici, ali i zaštićeni najmoprimci. Veliki broj vlasnika krenuo je u sudske postupke protiv države budući da je Europski sud za ljudska prava utvrdio da imaju pravo na naknadu štete. Nadajući se da će tako dobiti naknadu za izgubljenu dobit.

Procurilo s Markova trga: Ustavni sud ukinuo odredbe Zakona o najmu stanova iz 2018. godine koje se odnose na status zaštićenih najmoprimaca

Ustavni sud je, prema neslužbenim informacijama koje su procurile sa Markova trga, ukinuo odredbe Zakona o najmu stanova iz 2018. godine koje se odnose na status zaštićenih najmoprimaca. Pojedinosti odluke još nisu poznate. Ono što se zna je da je presudom Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz 2012. godine Hrvatska bila obavezna promijeniti Zakon. A sve u cilju da se izjednači teret najmoprimca i najmodavca.

U Hrvatskoj je zakon izmijenjen 2018. godine, no rješenje očito nije bilo zadovoljavajuće jer je podignut čitav niz ustavnih tužbi za ocjenu ustavnosti novih zakonskih odredbi. Nezadovoljni su bili i vlasnici, ali i zaštićeni najmoprimci. Veliki broj vlasnika krenuo je u sudske postupke protiv države budući da je Europski sud za ljudska prava utvrdio da imaju pravo na naknadu štet...
