Na nevjerojatnu je ideju došao dostavljač s torbama Glova i Bolta na gradskoj tržnici. Umjesto hrane, odlučio je dostavljati nešto drugo.

“Provodeći pojačane mjere nadzora na području Zagreba, carinski službenici uočili su na gradskoj tržnici Volovčica mušku osobu kako u jednoj ruci prenosi žutu torbu „Glovo“, a u drugoj ruci zelenu torbu „Bolt“.

Zbog sumnje da navedeni u torbama za dostavu hrane skriva duhanske proizvode koje prodaje na prostoru tržnice, carinski službenici su zaustavili osobu i izvršili pregled torbi koje je prenosio, piše Danica.

Pregledom sadržaja torbi pronađeno je 7320 komada (366 paketića) raznih vrsta cigareta i 400 grama sitno rezanog duhana, bez duhanskih markica Ministarstva financija, a koji su namijenjeni daljnjoj prodaji na tržnici Volovčica.

Protiv osumnjičenog će Služba za mobilne jedinice Zagreb nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu podnijeti kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenog djela Nedozvoljena trgovina.

Pronađena roba je oduzeta, a nadležnom carinskom uredu bit će podnesen zahtjev za obračun i naplatu trošarine u ukupnom iznosu od 1103,64 eura”, izvijestili su iz carine.

Na nevjerojatnu je ideju došao dostavljač s torbama Glova i Bolta na gradskoj tržnici. Umjesto hrane, odlučio je dostavljati nešto drugo.

“Provodeći pojačane mjere nadzora na području Zagreba, carinski službenici uočili su na gradskoj tržnici Volovčica mušku osobu kako u jednoj ruci prenosi žutu torbu „Glovo“, a u drugoj ruci zelenu torbu „Bolt“.

Zbog sumnje da navedeni u torbama za dostavu hrane skriva duhanske proizvode koje prodaje na prostoru tržnice, carinski službenici su zaustavili osobu i izvršili pregled torbi koje je prenosio, piše Danica.

Pregledom sadržaja torbi pronađeno je 7320 komada (366 paketića) raznih vrsta cigareta i 400 grama sitno rezanog duhana, bez duhanskih markica Ministarstva financija, a koji su namijenjeni daljnjoj prodaji na tržnici Volovčica.

Protiv osumnjičenog će Služba za mobilne jedinice Zagreb nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu podnijeti kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenog djela Nedozvoljena trgovina.

Pronađena roba je oduzeta, a nadležnom carinskom uredu bit će podnesen zahtjev za obračun i naplatu trošarine u ukupnom iznosu od 1103,64 eura”, izvijestili su iz carine.

Na nevjerojatnu je ideju došao dostavljač s torbama Glova i Bolta na gradskoj tržnici. Umjesto hrane, odlučio je dostavljati nešto drugo.
