Cijene kruha i žitarica u 2020. godini diljem Europske unije značajno se razlikovala među zemljama članicama, pa je prosječna najviša cijena bila dva i pol puta skuplja od najniže, prenosi N1.
Prema podacima Eurostata, kad se cijene u zemljama članicama usporede s prosječnim cjenovnim indeksom Unije koji iznosi 100, rezultati pokazuju da je cijena kruha i žitarica najviša u Danskoj, s indeksom 153, Austriji s indeksom 135, Luksemburgu, Finskoj i Švedskoj, s indeksom 127.
S druge strane, cijena kruha i žitarica najjeftinije su u Rumunjskoj, s indeksom 56, Bugarskoj s indeksom 67 i Poljskoj s indeksom 70.
Cijena kruha i žitarica u Hrvatskoj nešto je viša od europskog prosjeka i ima indeks viši od 100.
Direktorica Žitozajednice, Nada Barišić, za N1 je komentirala kretanje cijena kruha i pšenice.
- Imamo sreće što smo imali dobru žetvu s velikim prinosima koji nisu zabilježeni skoro nikad. Imali smo veliku sreću sa žetvom, a uslijedile su visoke cijene otkupa koje su uvjetovane velikom potražnjom za žitaricama na globalnom tržištu. Potražnja iz Kine, suše i klimatske promjene… Imamo situaciju da je u dijelovima Europe žetva podbacila. Mi sa svojim količinama ne možemo utjecati na globalno kretanje cijena. Imali smo dizanje cijena na svjetskoj razini i to je utjecalo na nas - rekla je Barišić.

Uspoređujući cijene kaže da smo prošle godine imali cijenu od kunu i 15 za premium klasu brašna dok je to sad cijena stočne, a cijena premium klase premašuje dvije kune.
- Ne pamtimo ovakav skok cijena. Na globalnom tržištu se hrana u svim segmentima traži kao suho zlato - istaknula je Barišić.

O poremećajima s cijenama za N1 govorila je i specijalistica za sektor poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije iz konzultantske tvrtke Smarter, Zvjezdana Blažić.
Blažić je rekla da su mnogobrojni faktori koji utječu na cijene, osim klimatskih promjena koje su ove godine značajno prisutne na najvećim područjima gdje se proizvodi hrana.
- Zaista je došlo do značajnijih poremećaja, do velikih suša u Americi i poplava i velikih kiša u Europi. Sve to je utjecalo, ali postoje i drugi faktori. Prvenstveno je značajno povećana potrošnja, koja je na rastućim tržištima. Populacija raste, rastu i cijene energenata, kao posljedica pandemije ostale su povećane cijene prijevoza pa su još uvijek otežani kanali dobave. Svi ti razlozi utječu na povećanje cijena globalno, koje se prelijeva i na naše tržište - rekla je Blažić.
Istaknula je još jednu situaciju koja utječe na sve cijene, ne samo na cijene osnovnih sirovina u poljoprivredi.
- To je da na globalnom tržištu ima viška novca i da veliki ulagači značajno utječu svojim ulaganjima na imovinu, ali utječu i na ulaganja u primarne sirovine i tu postoji određena bojazan od spirale inflacije i povećanja cijena. To su također neki od faktora koji mogu utjecati na rast cijena. Zasad kretanja idu u smjeru da su cijene i dalje dosta visoke - rekla je Blažić za N1.

Cijene kruha i žitarica u 2020. godini diljem Europske unije značajno se razlikovala među zemljama članicama, pa je prosječna najviša cijena bila dva i pol puta skuplja od najniže, prenosi N1.
Prema podacima Eurostata, kad se cijene u zemljama članicama usporede s prosječnim cjenovnim indeksom Unije koji iznosi 100, rezultati pokazuju da je cijena kruha i žitarica najviša u Danskoj, s indeksom 153, Austriji s indeksom 135, Luksemburgu, Finskoj i Švedskoj, s indeksom 127.
S druge strane, cijena kruha i žitarica najjeftinije su u Rumunjskoj, s indeksom 56, Bugarskoj s indeksom 67 i Poljskoj s indeksom 70.
Cijena kruha i žitarica u Hrvatskoj nešto je viša od europskog prosjeka i ima indeks viši od 100.
Direktorica Žitozajednice, Nada Barišić, za N1 je komentirala kretanje cijena kruha i pšenice.
- Imamo sreće što smo imali dobru žetvu s velikim prinosima koji nisu zabilježeni skoro nikad. Imali smo veliku sreću sa žetvom, a uslijedile su visoke cijene otkupa koje su uvjetovane velikom potražnjom za žitaricama na globalnom tržištu. Potražnja iz Kine, suše i klimatske promjene… Imamo situaciju da je u dijelovima Europe žetva podbacila. Mi sa svojim količinama ne možemo utjecati na globalno kretanje cijena. Imali smo dizanje cijena na svjetskoj razini i to je utjecalo na nas - rekla je Barišić.

Uspoređujući cijene kaže da smo prošle godine imali cijenu od kunu i 15 za premium klasu brašna dok je to sad cijena stočne, a cijena premium klase premašuje dvije kune.
- Ne pamtimo ovakav skok cijena. Na globalnom tržištu se hrana u svim segmentima traži kao suho zlato - istaknula je Barišić.

O poremećajima s cijenama za N1 govorila je i specijalistica za sektor poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije iz konzultantske tvrtke Smarter, Zvjezdana Blažić.
Blažić je rekla da su mnogobrojni faktori koji utječu na cijene, osim klimatskih promjena koje su ove godine značajno prisutne na najvećim područjima gdje se proizvodi hrana.
- Zaista je došlo do značajnijih poremećaja, do velikih suša u Americi i poplava i velikih kiša u Europi. Sve to je utjecalo, ali postoje i drugi faktori. Prvenstveno je značajno povećana potrošnja, koja je na rastućim tržištima. Populacija raste, rastu i cijene energenata, kao posljedica pandemije ostale su povećane cijene prijevoza pa su još uvijek otežani kanali dobave. Svi ti razlozi utječu na povećanje cijena globalno, koje se prelijeva i na naše tržište - rekla je Blažić.
Istaknula je još jednu situaciju koja utječe na sve cijene, ne samo na cijene osnovnih sirovina u poljoprivredi.
- To je da na globalnom tržištu ima viška novca i da veliki ulagači značajno utječu svojim ulaganjima na imovinu, ali utječu i na ulaganja u primarne sirovine i tu postoji određena bojazan od spirale inflacije i povećanja cijena. To su također neki od faktora koji mogu utjecati na rast cijena. Zasad kretanja idu u smjeru da su cijene i dalje dosta visoke - rekla je Blažić za N1.
