Kao razlog odgode na sudu je navedeno da nije bilo dovoljno vremena da se novi podnesak koji je sudu podnijela zastupnica optuženog Emilija Bungura, Jagoda Bungur, na vrijeme dostavi svim sudionicima postupka radi njihove pripreme za suđenje, doznaje se u splitskom Općinskom sudu.

Glavna rasprava prvi je puta odgođena 25. ožujka jer su Jagoda Bungur i odvjetnik Željko Ostoja koji zastupa drugooptuženog Miljenka Bajića tražili da se ovaj postupka obustavi jer je, po njihovim tvrdnjama, nezakonit. Sutkinja Katarina Čulić je tom prigodom odgovorila da se radi o "regresnom sudskom postupku".

"Ovaj postupak se temelji na pravomoćnoj ovršnoj presudi Općinskog suda u Splitu iz svibnja 2008. da se obitelji Bulović obešteti što je Ministarstvo obrane i učinilo, a optužbom Općinskog državnog odvjetništva traži se da trojica optuženika (vojnih policajaca iz Lore) regresno namire financijski iznos isplaćen članovima obitelji pokojnog Bulovića", kazala je tada sutkinja Čulić.

Ona je tada pojasnila da se ovršna presuda iz 2008. temelji na pravomoćnoj presudi Županijskog suda u Splitu iz 2006. kojom se osmorica vojnih policajaca u slučaju Lora 1, među kojim i trojica iz ovog slučaja, osuđeni na ukupno 53 godine zatvora.

petak zakazani početak suđenja trojici vojnih policajaca od kojih tužiteljstvo traži da namire više od milijun kuna što je Ministarstvo obrane isplatilo kao odštetu obitelji Gojka Bulovića, koji je 1992. umro kao zatočenik u Vojnom istražnom centru Lora, odgođen je za 1. listopada.

Kao razlog odgode na sudu je navedeno da nije bilo dovoljno vremena da se novi podnesak koji je sudu podnijela zastupnica optuženog Emilija Bungura, Jagoda Bungur, na vrijeme dostavi svim sudionicima postupka radi njihove pripreme za suđenje, doznaje se u splitskom Općinskom sudu.

Glavna rasprava prvi je puta odgođena 25. ožujka jer su Jagoda Bungur i odvjetnik Željko Ostoja koji zastupa drugooptuženog Miljenka Bajića tražili da se ovaj postupka obustavi jer je, po njihovim tvrdnjama, nezakonit. Sutkinja Katarina Čulić je tom prigodom odgovorila da se radi o "regresnom sudskom postupku".

"Ovaj postupak se temelji na pravomoćnoj ovršnoj presudi Općinskog suda u Splitu iz svibnja 2008. da se obitelji Bulović obešteti što je Ministarstvo obrane i učinilo, a optužbom Općinskog državnog odvjetništva traži se da trojica optuženika (vojnih policajaca iz Lore) regresno namire financijski iznos isplaćen članovima obitelji pokojnog Bulovića", kazala je tada sutkinja Čulić.

Ona je tada pojasnila da se ovršna presuda iz 2008. temelji na pravomoćnoj presudi Županijskog suda u Splitu iz 2006. kojom se osmorica vojnih policajaca u slučaju Lora 1, među kojim i trojica iz ovog slučaja, osuđeni na ukupno 53 godine zatvora.
