Policija i Uskok su jučer s nalozima za pretragu pokucali na vrata najmanje četiri osobe zbog sumnji da su bile umiješane u odavanje službenih podataka iz najtajnijih policijskih arhiva te da su namještali natječaje za kupovinu posebne obavještajne opreme za policiju, piše Jutarnji list. 

Naime, posljednjih mjeseci vodila se prava protuobavještajna akcija s ciljem otkrivanja moguće "krtice" u Ravnateljstvu policije koja je imala pristup svim, ali doslovce svim, najtajnijim bazama podataka policije, a za koju su sumnjali da te podatke distribuira zainteresiranim klijentima. Jučer je kao rezultat te akcije uhićen Damir Osterman (48), informatički znanstvenik i voditelj projekata jačanja i integracije svih baza podataka unutar sustava policije.

Kao čelnom "adminu" čitave policije, Ostermanu je bio omogućen pristup cjelokupnoj državnoj bazi podataka osoba nad kojima se provode ili su se provodile posebne dokazne radnje, kao i pristup arhivama svih kriminalističkih evidencija, pristup tekućim tajnim operacijama i slično. Osim za odavanje informacija iz tajnih istraga, Ostermana se tereti da je, sudjelujući kao sukreator postupaka nabave za opremanje policije najsuvremenijom informatičkom opremom, u zamjenu za mito, namjestio taj natječaj kako bi na njemu pobijedila tvrtka Siniše Patačka, predsjednika Udruge privatnih detektiva Hrvatske.

Policija sumnja kako je Ostermanu za namještanje toga natječaja plaćeno oko 200.000 kuna, a da je transakcija obavljena plaćanjem tvrtki u kojoj je Osterman bio prikriveni vlasnik, odnosno direktor. Inače, riječ je o tvrtki čiji je osnivač off-shore tvrtka iz Velike Britanije, a kao direktor je navedena posve druga osoba, budući da Osterman kao policijski službenik nije niti mogao voditi poslovanje privatne tvrtke. Osim Ostermana i Patačka u fokusu istražitelja se našao i bivši čelnik zagrebačkog odjela Protuobavještajne agencije (POA) Mario Frlan, poznat iz afere isljeđivanja novinarke Helene Puljiz 2004. godine.

Frlan već godinama u Zagrebu vodi vlastitu privatnu detektivsku agenciju, ali i niz tvrtki, a istražitelji sumnjaju da je Frlan također tražio od Ostermana da mu "pogleda" jedan predmet koji je na policiji pokrenut povodom kaznene prijave jedne osobe.

Gotovo identične sumnje odnose se i na poduzetnika Dinka Palca, za kojega policija sumnja da je od Ostermana tražio, ali i da mu je Osterman kao svojemu prijatelju sam nudio, podatke o tajnim istragama protiv bivšega supruga njegove prijateljice, ali i o istragama koje su pokrenute protiv Palca. Sumnja se da je Osterman podatke između ostaloga snimao svojim mobitelom te screenshotove prosljeđivao osobama koje su to tražile.

Na kraju, pak, vidjevši i da se sam možda našao pod tajnom protuobavještajnom istragom, Osterman je počeo pretraživati baze podataka da vidi vodi li se možda neka tajna istraga i protiv njega samoga. Kako je jučer mogao vidjeti, definitivno se vodila, no on više ništa nije mogao napraviti da je osujeti.

Policija i Uskok su jučer s nalozima za pretragu pokucali na vrata najmanje četiri osobe zbog sumnji da su bile umiješane u odavanje službenih podataka iz najtajnijih policijskih arhiva te da su namještali natječaje za kupovinu posebne obavještajne opreme za policiju, piše Jutarnji list. 

Naime, posljednjih mjeseci vodila se prava protuobavještajna akcija s ciljem otkrivanja moguće "krtice" u Ravnateljstvu policije koja je imala pristup svim, ali doslovce svim, najtajnijim bazama podataka policije, a za koju su sumnjali da te podatke distribuira zainteresiranim klijentima. Jučer je kao rezultat te akcije uhićen Damir Osterman (48), informatički znanstvenik i voditelj projekata jačanja i integracije svih baza podataka unutar sustava policije.

Kao čelnom "adminu" čitave policije, Ostermanu je bio omogućen pristup cjelokupnoj državnoj bazi podataka osoba nad kojima se provode ili su se provodile posebne dokazne radnje, kao i pristup arhivama svih kriminalističkih evidencija, pristup tekućim tajnim operacijama i slično. Osim za odavanje informacija iz tajnih istraga, Ostermana se tereti da je, sudjelujući kao sukreator postupaka nabave za opremanje policije najsuvremenijom informatičkom opremom, u zamjenu za mito, namjestio taj natječaj kako bi na njemu pobijedila tvrtka Siniše Patačka, predsjednika Udruge privatnih detektiva Hrvatske.

Policija sumnja kako je Ostermanu za namještanje toga natječaja plaćeno oko 200.000 kuna, a da je transakcija obavljena plaćanjem tvrtki u kojoj je Osterman bio prikriveni vlasnik, odnosno direktor. Inače, riječ je o tvrtki čiji je osnivač off-shore tvrtka iz Velike Britanije, a kao direktor je navedena posve druga osoba, budući da Osterman kao policijski službenik nije niti mogao voditi poslovanje privatne tvrtke. Osim Ostermana i Patačka u fokusu istražitelja se našao i bivši čelnik zagrebačkog odjela Protuobavještajne agencije (POA) Mario Frlan, poznat iz afere isljeđivanja novinarke Helene Puljiz 2004. godine.

Frlan već godinama u Zagrebu vodi vlastitu privatnu detektivsku agenciju, ali i niz tvrtki, a istražitelji sumnjaju da je Frlan također tražio od Ostermana da mu "pogleda" jedan predmet koji je na policiji pokrenut povodom kaznene prijave jedne osobe.

Gotovo identične sumnje odnose se i na poduzetnika Dinka Palca, za kojega policija sumnja da je od Ostermana tražio, ali i da mu je Osterman kao svojemu prijatelju sam nudio, podatke o tajnim istragama protiv bivšega supruga njegove prijateljice, ali i o istragama koje su pokrenute protiv Palca. Sumnja se da je Osterman podatke između ostaloga snimao svojim mobitelom te screenshotove prosljeđivao osobama koje su to tražile.

Na kraju, pak, vidjevši i da se sam možda našao pod tajnom protuobavještajnom istragom, Osterman je počeo pretraživati baze podataka da vidi vodi li se možda neka tajna istraga i protiv njega samoga. Kako je jučer mogao vidjeti, definitivno se vodila, no on više ništa nije mogao napraviti da je osujeti.

U velikoj akciji USKOK-a uhićen policajac na visokoj poziciji, sumnja se i na bivšeg špijuna: imali su pristup i najtajnijim policijskim podacima

Policija i Uskok su jučer s nalozima za pretragu pokucali na vrata najmanje četiri osobe zbog sumnji da su bile umiješane u odavanje službenih podataka iz najtajnijih policijskih arhiva te da su namještali natječaje za kupovinu posebne obavještajne opreme za policiju, piše Jutarnji list. 

Naime, posljednjih mjeseci vodila se prava protuobavještajna akcija s ciljem otkrivanja moguće "krtice" u Ravnateljstvu policije koja je imala pristup svim, ali doslovce svim, najtajnijim bazama podataka policije, a za koju su sumnjali da te podatke distribuira zainteresiranim klijentima. Jučer je kao rezultat te akcije uhićen Damir Osterman (48), informatički znanstvenik i voditelj projekata jačanja i integracije svih baza podataka unutar sustava policije.
