Dok korona divlja Starim kontinentom, a pojedine države donose odluke o sve rigoroznijim mjerama, zatvaranje škola i prelazak na online nastavu velika većina još uvijek nastoji odgoditi što je moguće dulje.
Kratkotrajan spas od "vaganja" takvih odluka mnogim zemljama stiže iz planiranog školskog kalendara za ovu 2020./2021. školsku godinu, i to u vidu jesenskih praznika, zbog čega će se škole oko blagdana Svih svetih "prirodno" isprazniti na bar nekoliko dana.
Jače čišćenje prostora
Tako će ove godine biti i u Hrvatskoj, koja u ovoj školskoj godini ima jedinstveni kalendar praznika i odmora za cijelu zemlju, pa će tako sve osnovne i srednje škole imati dva dana jesenskih praznika, 2. i 3. studenoga, a nastava bi opet trebala početi u srijedu 4. studenoga. Uzme li se u obzir vikend prije, učenici i nastavnici dobit će četiri slobodna dana.
– Škola će biti doslovno prazna, osim onoga što zovemo hladni pogon. Malo ćemo pojačati čišćenje prostora, iako smo i dosad sustavno vodili računa o tome – kaže Đuro Baloević, ravnatelj solinske OŠ "Vjekoslav Parać", ujedno predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinskog ogranka Hrvatske udruge ravnatelja osnovnih škola.
– Da je ovo normalno stanje – dodaje – rekao bih kako su jesenski praznici dobrodošli jer su vezani uz blagdan Svih svetih, kada mnogi obilaze posljednja počivališta svojih predaka od Zagore do otoka.
Ovako, ističe, zbog okolnosti i protuepidemijskih mjera veća okupljanja nisu dopuštena, a nada se i kako će ljudi biti odgovorni te da će se povratkom u školu nastaviti povoljna situacija za daljnju organizaciju nastave prema A-modelu (nastava uživo u školama).
– U našoj školi smo od početka školske godine imali samo jedan razred u samoizolaciji. U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji i gradu Splitu situacija je uglavnom dobra što se tiče pohađanja nastave u školi. U županiji je samo između tri do pet posto razrednih odjela u osnovnim školama dosad završilo u samoizolaciji, što nam daje razloga za zadovoljstvo – kaže Baloević.
Trebali su putovati...
– Da su normalna vremena, jesenske praznike planirali bismo kao projektni tjedan u kojemu bi se putovalo na terensku nastavu, provodio Erasmus program. U školi trenutačno imamo pet Erasmus projekata, tu su aktivnosti poput školskih partnerstava, digitalni projekti, učenje jezika kroz struku. Naši su učenici trebali putovati od Skandinavije do Mediterana, od Malte do Islanda i Estonije, ali sada sve stoji – kaže Ivo Bilić, ravnatelj Turističko-ugostiteljske škole Split, koja također zasad nije imala većih problema s koronom.
Nadaju se da će tako i ostati poslije jesenskih praznika jer, kako kaže Ivo Bilić, nastava pod maskama je teška, ali je obrazovni proces u učionicama još uvijek najbolji oblik nastave.

Razlike između zemalja EU-a
Prema podacima mreže Europske komisije o obrazovanju Eurydice, u 19 europskih zemalja/regija djeca imaju po tjedan dana jesenskih praznika, kao, na primjer, u Belgiji, Irskoj, Estoniji, Švedskoj ili Sloveniji (u kojoj su učenici na jesenskim praznicima ovaj tjedan prije blagdana Svih svetih).
Nekoliko zemalja, poput Hrvatske, Češke, Malte, Slovačke, Islanda i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, ima od dva do tri dana jesenskih praznika. U Francuskoj oni traju dva tjedna, a u Švicarskoj između jedan i čak tri tjedna.
U 11 zemalja, među kojima su Italija, Albanija, Grčka, Poljska, Crna Gora, nema praznika u jesenskom razdoblju.

Dok korona divlja Starim kontinentom, a pojedine države donose odluke o sve rigoroznijim mjerama, zatvaranje škola i prelazak na online nastavu velika većina još uvijek nastoji odgoditi što je moguće dulje.
Kratkotrajan spas od "vaganja" takvih odluka mnogim zemljama stiže iz planiranog školskog kalendara za ovu 2020./2021. školsku godinu, i to u vidu jesenskih praznika, zbog čega će se škole oko blagdana Svih svetih "prirodno" isprazniti na bar nekoliko dana.
Jače čišćenje prostora
Tako će ove godine biti i u Hrvatskoj, koja u ovoj školskoj godini ima jedinstveni kalendar praznika i odmora za cijelu zemlju, pa će tako sve osnovne i srednje škole imati dva dana jesenskih praznika, 2. i 3. studenoga, a nastava bi opet trebala početi u srijedu 4. studenoga. Uzme li se u obzir vikend prije, učenici i nastavnici dobit će četiri slobodna dana.
– Škola će biti doslovno prazna, osim onoga što zovemo hladni pogon. Malo ćemo pojačati čišćenje prostora, iako smo i dosad sustavno vodili računa o tome – kaže Đuro Baloević, ravnatelj solinske OŠ "Vjekoslav Parać", ujedno predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinskog ogranka Hrvatske udruge ravnatelja osnovnih škola.
– Da je ovo normalno stanje – dodaje – rekao bih kako su jesenski praznici dobrodošli jer su vezani uz blagdan Svih svetih, kada mnogi obilaze posljednja počivališta svojih predaka od Zagore do otoka.
Ovako, ističe, zbog okolnosti i protuepidemijskih mjera veća okupljanja nisu dopuštena, a nada se i kako će ljudi biti odgovorni te da će se povratkom u školu nastaviti povoljna situacija za daljnju organizaciju nastave prema A-modelu (nastava uživo u školama).
– U našoj školi smo od početka školske godine imali samo jedan razred u samoizolaciji. U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji i gradu Splitu situacija je uglavnom dobra što se tiče pohađanja nastave u školi. U županiji je samo između tri do pet posto razrednih odjela u osnovnim školama dosad završilo u samoizolaciji, što nam daje razloga za zadovoljstvo – kaže Baloević.
Trebali su putovati...
– Da su normalna vremena, jesenske praznike planirali bismo kao projektni tjedan u kojemu bi se putovalo na terensku nastavu, provodio Erasmus program. U školi trenutačno imamo pet Erasmus projekata, tu su aktivnosti poput školskih partnerstava, digitalni projekti, učenje jezika kroz struku. Naši su učenici trebali putovati od Skandinavije do Mediterana, od Malte do Islanda i Estonije, ali sada sve stoji – kaže Ivo Bilić, ravnatelj Turističko-ugostiteljske škole Split, koja također zasad nije imala većih problema s koronom.
Nadaju se da će tako i ostati poslije jesenskih praznika jer, kako kaže Ivo Bilić, nastava pod maskama je teška, ali je obrazovni proces u učionicama još uvijek najbolji oblik nastave.

Razlike između zemalja EU-a
Prema podacima mreže Europske komisije o obrazovanju Eurydice, u 19 europskih zemalja/regija djeca imaju po tjedan dana jesenskih praznika, kao, na primjer, u Belgiji, Irskoj, Estoniji, Švedskoj ili Sloveniji (u kojoj su učenici na jesenskim praznicima ovaj tjedan prije blagdana Svih svetih).
Nekoliko zemalja, poput Hrvatske, Češke, Malte, Slovačke, Islanda i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, ima od dva do tri dana jesenskih praznika. U Francuskoj oni traju dva tjedna, a u Švicarskoj između jedan i čak tri tjedna.
U 11 zemalja, među kojima su Italija, Albanija, Grčka, Poljska, Crna Gora, nema praznika u jesenskom razdoblju.
