Hrvatski sabor u petak je izglasao izmjene Zakona o dobrovoljnom zdravstvenom osiguranju kojim se na prijedlog Silvana Hrelje (HSU) za oko 70 tisuća ljudi podiže prihodovni cenzus za pravo na dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje na teret državnog proračuna.

Prihodovni cenzus, temeljem kojega će osiguranik ostvarivati pravo na plaćanje premije dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz državnog proračuna, povećava se s 265,45 eura na 331,81 euro mjesečno, a za osiguranika samca s 331,81 na 415,42 eura mjesečno.

Procjenjuje se da će tim izmjenama biti obuhvaćeno oko 70.000 ljudi, za što je u državnom proračunu osigurano 5,5 milijuna eura u 2023. i 5,9 milijuna eura u 2024. godini.

Većinom glasova, Sabor je donio i novi Zakon o kazalištima.

Vlada je ostala pri rješenjima da ministar kulture neće potvrđivati intendanta nacionalnog kazališta, a da će te intendante imenovati izvršno, a ne predstavničko tijelo osnivača, tj. gradonačelnik, a ne gradsko vijeće.

Slijedom novog zakona, intendanta HNK u Zagrebu imenovat će i razrješavati hrvatska Vlada na zajednički prijedlog ministra kulture i gradonačelnika Zagreba. Intendante nacionalnih kazališta u Osijeku, Splitu, Rijeci i Varaždinu na prijedlog kazališnog vijeća imenovat će i razrješavati izvršno tijelo osnivača, odnosno gradonačelnici tih gradova.

Prema prihvaćenom amandmanu Vesne Bedeković (HDZ) za člana kazališnog vijeća moći će se imenovati osoba koja ima završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij ili stručni diplomski studij ili s njim izjednačen studij.

Prema dosadašnjem Zakonu o kazalištima, intendanta nacionalnog kazališta na prijedlog kazališnoga vijeća imenovalo je i razrješavalo predstavničko tijelo osnivača, a potvrđivao ministar kulture.

Stabilnije financiranje kazališta

Novi zakon uređuje osnivanje i prestanak rada kazališta i kazališnih kuća, status kazališnih umjetnika koji više nisu sposobni umjetnički djelovati.

Uređuje stabilnije financiranje kazališta koje će sada biti četverogodišnje, jasnije razgraničava ovlasti intendanta, odnosno ravnatelja i kazališnog vijeća.

Novina je uređenje statusa kazališnih umjetnika koji više nisu sposobni umjetnički djelovati i doprinositi. Njima će se ponuditi sklapanje ugovora za obavljanje poslova nekog drugog radnog mjesta ili upućivanje na prekvalifikaciju u drugu profesiju.

Prekvalifikacija može trajati najduže četiri godine, a dok traje poslodavac osigurava baletnom i plesnom kazališnom umjetniku naknadu prosječne mjesečne bruto plaće isplaćene u prethodna tri mjeseca te vaučer za troškove prekvalifikacije.

Sabor je izglasao i Nacionalni programa protuminskog djelovanja Hrvatske do 2026. koji za cilj ima najkasnije do 1. ožujka 2026. u potpunosti očistiti državu od mina. Za to će iz državnog proračuna biti potrebno izdvojiti još oko 240 milijuna eura, odnosno oko 80 milijuna eura godišnje.

U Hrvatskoj je još oko 170 četvornih kilometara minski sumnjivog prostora, odnosno minskoj opasnosti izloženo je još oko 4,7 posto ukupnog stanovništva, posebno u Ličko-senjskoj, Sisačko-moslavačkoj, Splitsko-dalmatinskoj  i Karlovačkoj županiji.
Riječ je najvećim dijelom o brdsko- planinskim i šumskim područjima.

Hrvatski sabor u petak je izglasao izmjene Zakona o dobrovoljnom zdravstvenom osiguranju kojim se na prijedlog Silvana Hrelje (HSU) za oko 70 tisuća ljudi podiže prihodovni cenzus za pravo na dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje na teret državnog proračuna.

Prihodovni cenzus, temeljem kojega će osiguranik ostvarivati pravo na plaćanje premije dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz državnog proračuna, povećava se s 265,45 eura na 331,81 euro mjesečno, a za osiguranika samca s 331,81 na 415,42 eura mjesečno.

Procjenjuje se da će tim izmjenama biti obuhvaćeno oko 70.000 ljudi, za što je u državnom proračunu osigurano 5,5 milijuna eura u 2023. i 5,9 milijuna eura u 2024. godini.

Većinom glasova, Sabor je donio i novi Zakon o kazalištima.

Vlada je ostala pri rješenjima da ministar kulture neće potvrđivati intendanta nacionalnog kazališta, a da će te intendante imenovati izvršno, a ne predstavničko tijelo osnivača, tj. gradonačelnik, a ne gradsko vijeće.

Slijedom novog zakona, intendanta HNK u Zagrebu imenovat će i razrješavati hrvatska Vlada na zajednički prijedlog ministra kulture i gradonačelnika Zagreba. Intendante nacionalnih kazališta u Osijeku, Splitu, Rijeci i Varaždinu na prijedlog kazališnog vijeća imenovat će i razrješavati izvršno tijelo osnivača, odnosno gradonačelnici tih gradova.

Prema prihvaćenom amandmanu Vesne Bedeković (HDZ) za člana kazališnog vijeća moći će se imenovati osoba koja ima završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij ili stručni diplomski studij ili s njim izjednačen studij.

Prema dosadašnjem Zakonu o kazalištima, intendanta nacionalnog kazališta na prijedlog kazališnoga vijeća imenovalo je i razrješavalo predstavničko tijelo osnivača, a potvrđivao ministar kulture.

Stabilnije financiranje kazališta

Novi zakon uređuje osnivanje i prestanak rada kazališta i kazališnih kuća, status kazališnih umjetnika koji više nisu sposobni umjetnički djelovati.

Uređuje stabilnije financiranje kazališta koje će sada biti četverogodišnje, jasnije razgraničava ovlasti intendanta, odnosno ravnatelja i kazališnog vijeća.

Novina je uređenje statusa kazališnih umjetnika koji više nisu sposobni umjetnički djelovati i doprinositi. Njima će se ponuditi sklapanje ugovora za obavljanje poslova nekog drugog radnog mjesta ili upućivanje na prekvalifikaciju u drugu profesiju.

Prekvalifikacija može trajati najduže četiri godine, a dok traje poslodavac osigurava baletnom i plesnom kazališnom umjetniku naknadu prosječne mjesečne bruto plaće isplaćene u prethodna tri mjeseca te vaučer za troškove prekvalifikacije.

Sabor je izglasao i Nacionalni programa protuminskog djelovanja Hrvatske do 2026. koji za cilj ima najkasnije do 1. ožujka 2026. u potpunosti očistiti državu od mina. Za to će iz državnog proračuna biti potrebno izdvojiti još oko 240 milijuna eura, odnosno oko 80 milijuna eura godišnje.

U Hrvatskoj je još oko 170 četvornih kilometara minski sumnjivog prostora, odnosno minskoj opasnosti izloženo je još oko 4,7 posto ukupnog stanovništva, posebno u Ličko-senjskoj, Sisačko-moslavačkoj, Splitsko-dalmatinskoj  i Karlovačkoj županiji.
Riječ je najvećim dijelom o brdsko- planinskim i šumskim područjima.

Hrvatski sabor u petak je izglasao izmjene Zakona o dobrovoljnom zdravstvenom osiguranju kojim se na prijedlog Silvana Hrelje (HSU) za oko 70 tisuća ljudi podiže prihodovni cenzus za pravo na dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje na teret državnog proračuna.

Prihodovni cenzus, temeljem kojega će osiguranik ostvarivati pravo na plaćanje premije dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz državnog proračuna, povećava se s 265,45 eura na 331,81 euro mjesečno, a za osiguranika samca s 331,81 na 415,42 eura mjesečno.

Procjenjuje se da će tim izmjenama biti obuhvaćeno oko 70.000 ljudi, za što je u državnom proračunu osigurano 5,5 milijuna eura u 2023. i 5,9 milijuna eura u 2024. godini.

Većinom glasova, Sabor je donio i novi Zakon o kazalištima.
