– Toliko oduševljenje nisam vidio nikad u životu. Ljudi su željni tjelovježbe. Cijeli dan zvoni mi telefon – kazao nam je Joško Bašić, voditelj teretane "Joker" na splitskoj Brodarici, kad smo ga upitali kakve su reakcije na izjavu premijera Andreja Plenkovića da se od ponedjeljak otvaraju fitness centri.

Bašić ističe da će se poštovati sva ranije donesena epidemiološka pravila, a to su da osoba prije ulaska u fitness dezinficira ruke, te joj zaposlenici izmjere tjelesnu temperaturu. Prije vježbanja u svlačionici skida masku i uzima ručnik. Također, može se tuširati i koristiti saunu.

– Na naših 2200 kvadrata može biti i 200 ljudi, a nikad ih nemamo više od 100, pa se možemo prilagoditi i strožim mjerama. Ipak, te se mjere ne smiju previše postrožiti jer bi bio veliki hladni pogon i ne bi bilo isplativo raditi – rekao nam je Bašić i napomenuo da vježbači za ulazak u teretanu "Joker" koriste karticu, zbog čega se uvijek može izlistati koje su osobe u određeno vrijeme boravile u teretani i njihovi kontakt podaci.

– Naš fitness centar stalno se prozračuje i treneri znaju da se prozori ne smiju zatvarati ako ne puše orkanska bura, i zato možemo reći da je kod nas poluotvoreni prostor – kazao nam je voditelj fitnessa, kojeg smo potom upitali za isplatu plaća trenerima proteklih mjeseci:

– Kad su nas zatvorili, naši su zaposlenici prebačeni na mjere, pa država sufinancira naš rad ili nerad, kako god to hoćete nazvati, jer stojimo kod kuće.

I trener Ivan Vukas kaže da su ljudi jedva dočekali otvaranje teretana, najviše oni u dobi od 18 do 40 godina.

– Zamislite mlade momke koji su motivirani za vježbanje, pa ih prisilite da stoje doma. To je za probit! Šteta što je proteklih mjeseci vrijeme bilo loše, jer bi se ljudi inače više rekreirali na otvorenom. Neki su se snalazili vježbajući kod kuće. Što se tiče online treninga, većina ljudi nema rekvizite za to, a oni nisu jeftini i u ovim vremenima nije lako davati novac za to, posebno zbog toga što se ne zna do kada će teretane biti zatvorene. Također, vježbanje kod kuće uopće se ne može usporediti s atmosferom i treningom u teretani. Čovjek nije napravljen da se zabije doma i čeka. Bilo bi bolje da su se stariji malo izolirali i da su nas mlade prije pustili da treniramo – mišljenja je splitski trener Vukas.

Poznati i iskusni trener Željko Baljkas, vlasnik fitness centra "Champion Gym", kaže da su epidemiološke mjere otpočetka bile drastične prema fitness centrima, iako oni nisu bili žarišta COVID-a 19. Tvrdi da se s manjim brojem ljudi koji istovremenu vježbaju, i bez tuširanja nakon treninga, moglo bezbolno raditi ovih godinu dana.

– Ako nemate optimalan ili maksimalan broj ljudi u fitnessu, tu nema nikakve zarade. Zbog toga smo bili dosta blagi u otporu protiv mjera, jer nismo mogli ništa postići. Naime, u kontaktu sam s voditeljima fitnessa po gradu, jer većina ih je proizišla iz našeg fitnessa, i došli smo do zaključka da protesti ne bi imali smisla – rekao nam je Željko Baljkas, te naglasio da su na neki način ogorčeni jer se bave poslom od posebnog društvenog interesa, brigom za zdravlje i prevencijom bolesti, zbog čega mu je sveukupni stav oko zatvaranja teretana bio nerazumljiv i takva mjera ni njemu ni njegovim kolegama nije dobro "legla".

Naglašava da financijske pomoći od države kao da nije ni bilo, jer je u fitness centrima puno ljudi koji ne mogu biti stalno zaposleni, nego rade na određeno ili na druge oblike ugovora.

– Fitness centri traže velike prostore i skupe, moderne sprave, što je teško financijski pratiti, pa u bogatijim i naprednijim zemljama postoje subvencije za djelatnosti koje su preventiva bolesti i koje su prateća djelatnost za sve individualne i kolektivne sportove. Ovdje, umjesto da smo stalno sponzorirani i potpomognuti, imamo suprotnu situaciju – naglašava Baljkas.

Jedva dočekali

Zvonimir Boras, vlasnik teretana "XXL1" i "XXL2" na zagrebačkom Velesajmu, kaže da od objave premijera Plenkovića o otvaranju fitness centara ni njemu ne prestaje zvoniti telefon.

– Ljudi su ovo jedva dočekali. Članovi fitnessa, među kojima su vrhunski sportaši i rekreativci, oduševljeni su što će napokon moći doći vježbati, a mojih deset stalno zaposlenih djelatnika reklo je da su sretni što napokon počinjemo raditi, od gospođa koje su kod mene već 11 godina i čiste teretanu, do fitness trenera i cura na recepciji – kaže Boras, te otkriva:

– Do dana danas od države nismo dobili ni kune za plaće za prosinac, iako smo potpisali ugovore s Ministarstvom sporta o subvencioniranju, pa smo plaće za studeni isplatili iz vlastitih sredstava. Uz to, za jednog djelatnika koji ima slovensku diplomu pomoćnog fitness trenera, Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje rekao je da za njega ovaj put nema novca od države. Ali nema problema, za njega ja imam novac od kojeg ću mu isplatiti plaće za prosinac i siječanj, jer dečko ima majku koja je invalid i skrbi se o njoj – za kraj će Zvonimir Boras.

– Toliko oduševljenje nisam vidio nikad u životu. Ljudi su željni tjelovježbe. Cijeli dan zvoni mi telefon – kazao nam je Joško Bašić, voditelj teretane "Joker" na splitskoj Brodarici, kad smo ga upitali kakve su reakcije na izjavu premijera Andreja Plenkovića da se od ponedjeljak otvaraju fitness centri.

Bašić ističe da će se poštovati sva ranije donesena epidemiološka pravila, a to su da osoba prije ulaska u fitness dezinficira ruke, te joj zaposlenici izmjere tjelesnu temperaturu. Prije vježbanja u svlačionici skida masku i uzima ručnik. Također, može se tuširati i koristiti saunu.

– Na naših 2200 kvadrata može biti i 200 ljudi, a nikad ih nemamo više od 100, pa se možemo prilagoditi i strožim mjerama. Ipak, te se mjere ne smiju previše postrožiti jer bi bio veliki hladni pogon i ne bi bilo isplativo raditi – rekao nam je Bašić i napomenuo da vježbači za ulazak u teretanu "Joker" koriste karticu, zbog čega se uvijek može izlistati koje su osobe u određeno vrijeme boravile u teretani i njihovi kontakt podaci.

– Naš fitness centar stalno se prozračuje i treneri znaju da se prozori ne smiju zatvarati ako ne puše orkanska bura, i zato možemo reći da je kod nas poluotvoreni prostor – kazao nam je voditelj fitnessa, kojeg smo potom upitali za isplatu plaća trenerima proteklih mjeseci:

– Kad su nas zatvorili, naši su zaposlenici prebačeni na mjere, pa država sufinancira naš rad ili nerad, kako god to hoćete nazvati, jer stojimo kod kuće.

I trener Ivan Vukas kaže da su ljudi jedva dočekali otvaranje teretana, najviše oni u dobi od 18 do 40 godina.

– Zamislite mlade momke koji su motivirani za vježbanje, pa ih prisilite da stoje doma. To je za probit! Šteta što je proteklih mjeseci vrijeme bilo loše, jer bi se ljudi inače više rekreirali na otvorenom. Neki su se snalazili vježbajući kod kuće. Što se tiče online treninga, većina ljudi nema rekvizite za to, a oni nisu jeftini i u ovim vremenima nije lako davati novac za to, posebno zbog toga što se ne zna do kada će teretane biti zatvorene. Također, vježbanje kod kuće uopće se ne može usporediti s atmosferom i treningom u teretani. Čovjek nije napravljen da se zabije doma i čeka. Bilo bi bolje da su se stariji malo izolirali i da su nas mlade prije pustili da treniramo – mišljenja je splitski trener Vukas.

Poznati i iskusni trener Željko Baljkas, vlasnik fitness centra "Champion Gym", kaže da su epidemiološke mjere otpočetka bile drastične prema fitness centrima, iako oni nisu bili žarišta COVID-a 19. Tvrdi da se s manjim brojem ljudi koji istovremenu vježbaju, i bez tuširanja nakon treninga, moglo bezbolno raditi ovih godinu dana.

– Ako nemate optimalan ili maksimalan broj ljudi u fitnessu, tu nema nikakve zarade. Zbog toga smo bili dosta blagi u otporu protiv mjera, jer nismo mogli ništa postići. Naime, u kontaktu sam s voditeljima fitnessa po gradu, jer većina ih je proizišla iz našeg fitnessa, i došli smo do zaključka da protesti ne bi imali smisla – rekao nam je Željko Baljkas, te naglasio da su na neki način ogorčeni jer se bave poslom od posebnog društvenog interesa, brigom za zdravlje i prevencijom bolesti, zbog čega mu je sveukupni stav oko zatvaranja teretana bio nerazumljiv i takva mjera ni njemu ni njegovim kolegama nije dobro "legla".

Naglašava da financijske pomoći od države kao da nije ni bilo, jer je u fitness centrima puno ljudi koji ne mogu biti stalno zaposleni, nego rade na određeno ili na druge oblike ugovora.

– Fitness centri traže velike prostore i skupe, moderne sprave, što je teško financijski pratiti, pa u bogatijim i naprednijim zemljama postoje subvencije za djelatnosti koje su preventiva bolesti i koje su prateća djelatnost za sve individualne i kolektivne sportove. Ovdje, umjesto da smo stalno sponzorirani i potpomognuti, imamo suprotnu situaciju – naglašava Baljkas.

Jedva dočekali

Zvonimir Boras, vlasnik teretana "XXL1" i "XXL2" na zagrebačkom Velesajmu, kaže da od objave premijera Plenkovića o otvaranju fitness centara ni njemu ne prestaje zvoniti telefon.

– Ljudi su ovo jedva dočekali. Članovi fitnessa, među kojima su vrhunski sportaši i rekreativci, oduševljeni su što će napokon moći doći vježbati, a mojih deset stalno zaposlenih djelatnika reklo je da su sretni što napokon počinjemo raditi, od gospođa koje su kod mene već 11 godina i čiste teretanu, do fitness trenera i cura na recepciji – kaže Boras, te otkriva:

– Do dana danas od države nismo dobili ni kune za plaće za prosinac, iako smo potpisali ugovore s Ministarstvom sporta o subvencioniranju, pa smo plaće za studeni isplatili iz vlastitih sredstava. Uz to, za jednog djelatnika koji ima slovensku diplomu pomoćnog fitness trenera, Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje rekao je da za njega ovaj put nema novca od države. Ali nema problema, za njega ja imam novac od kojeg ću mu isplatiti plaće za prosinac i siječanj, jer dečko ima majku koja je invalid i skrbi se o njoj – za kraj će Zvonimir Boras.
