Prošle godine u travnju švedska Vlada otkupila je trupove 14 Gripena C/D. Sve u nastojanju da održi Saabovu proizvodnu liniju vojnih zrakoplova rentabilnom. I omogući joj transformaciju ka proizvodnji Gripena E linije. Ovoga tjedna novi Gripeni upravo oznake C/D ponuđeni su Hrvatskoj. Njih ukupno 12, čija cijena iznosi 6,8 milijardi kuna.

- Jesu li u toj ponudi glavni dijelovi aviona čiju su proizvodnju pokrenuli prije godinu dana, ili nude avione koje su gradili od nule Hrvatskoj to ništa ne znači ako ih proizvođač deklarira kao nove i preuzme sve obveze kao da su novi. Ako dakle nema zamora materijala, ako je resurs tvornički postavljen na nulu i ako avioni nisu u međuvremenu korišteni – ističe vojni analitičar portala Obris.hr Igor Tabak.

Oni su Hrvatskoj, ocjenjuje naglašava Tabak, i kao država i kao tvrtka ponudili nove avione. A to proizvode li oni iz tehničkih razloga već neko vrijeme dijelove za te avione, pa će ih onda kompletirati u avion, ili će proizvodnja započeti u trenutku kada i ako ih hrvatska Vlada odabere to nama ne znači preveliku razliku.

- I kad su američki avioni u pitanju često se dođe na listu čekanja. Jesu li pojedini dijelovi proizvedeni nakon narudžbe, ili u skladištu već postoje dijelovi, to za kupca nije ključno. I kad kupujete neki drugi proizvod, vrijedi isto pravilo: niste sigurni jesu li neki dijelovi izrađeni ranije, jesu li postojali na skladištu, ili su izrađeni netom nakon narudžbe. Vi proizvod kupujete kao nov – podsjeća Tabak.

U proljeće prošle godine mediji su opsežno izvještavali o tome kako SAAB-u, koji je Gripene između ostalih isporučio Češkoj, Tajlandu i Južnoafričkoj republici, prijeti zatvaranje proizvodne linije nakon što je pala prodaja.

- Njima je tada prijetio prekid funkcioniranja proizvodne linije. I to su onda premostili dodatnom narudžbom glavnine dijelova trupova, bez da su u tom trenutku imali inozemnog kupca za avione. Šveđani nemaju neku jako veliku zrakoplovnu industriju. Saab nema nekoliko proizvodnih linija koje bi paralelno radile neovisno o tržištu, posebno ne za borbene avione. Velika je stvar pobrinuti se da ta jedna linija koja proizvode Gripene ne ostane nezasposlena. Na tvrtki je naprosto da osigura popunjenost linije – analizira Tabak.

Te teškoće, podsjeća on, nisu bile nikakva tajna.

- Saab je u postupku uvođenja cijelog jednog novog tipa aviona koji se paralelno počeo raditi prvo u Švedskoj, a onda i u Brazilu. Između početka velike serijske proizvodnje novoga tipa i dovršetka narudžbi koje su postojale za stariji Gripen C/D, da bi izbjegli višemjesečnu rupu, taj su period popunili narudžbom nekih ključnih dijelova aviona – ističe Tabak.

To ih u svakom slučaju, smatra naš sugovornik, ne diskvalificira iz utrke u Hrvatskoj.

- Nas zanimaju kompletni avioni. Nas ne zanimaju posebno krila, trupovi, pojedini komadi elektronike… Mi kupujemo borbeni avion sa simulatorima, obukom pilota i tehničkog osoblja, rezervnim dijelovima i paketom naoružanja. Za Gripen je specifično da ne treba posebne prilagodbe infrastrukture, za razliku od većine ostalih aviona. U trenutku kada je tvornica sposobna isporučiti paket u kojemu su zaokruženi avioni, u kojima nema rabljenih dijelova i za koje su preuzeta sva jamstva da je riječ o novim avionima, takva ponuda ravnopravno ulazi u konkurenciju – zaključuje Tabak.

Ovoga tjedna završila je faza dostave ponuda. I otpočinje proces evaluacije koji će trajati do kraja 2020. Osim švedske, pristigle su još četiri ponude za vojne avione: od SAD-a, Francuske i Izraela.

Prošle godine u travnju švedska Vlada otkupila je trupove 14 Gripena C/D. Sve u nastojanju da održi Saabovu proizvodnu liniju vojnih zrakoplova rentabilnom. I omogući joj transformaciju ka proizvodnji Gripena E linije. Ovoga tjedna novi Gripeni upravo oznake C/D ponuđeni su Hrvatskoj. Njih ukupno 12, čija cijena iznosi 6,8 milijardi kuna.

- Jesu li u toj ponudi glavni dijelovi aviona čiju su proizvodnju pokrenuli prije godinu dana, ili nude avione koje su gradili od nule Hrvatskoj to ništa ne znači ako ih proizvođač deklarira kao nove i preuzme sve obveze kao da su novi. Ako dakle nema zamora materijala, ako je resurs tvornički postavljen na nulu i ako avioni nisu u međuvremenu korišteni – ističe vojni analitičar portala Obris.hr Igor Tabak.

Oni su Hrvatskoj, ocjenjuje naglašava Tabak, i kao država i kao tvrtka ponudili nove avione. A to proizvode li oni iz tehničkih razloga već neko vrijeme dijelove za te avione, pa će ih onda kompletirati u avion, ili će proizvodnja započeti u trenutku kada i ako ih hrvatska Vlada odabere to nama ne znači preveliku razliku.

- I kad su američki avioni u pitanju često se dođe na listu čekanja. Jesu li pojedini dijelovi proizvedeni nakon narudžbe, ili u skladištu već postoje dijelovi, to za kupca nije ključno. I kad kupujete neki drugi proizvod, vrijedi isto pravilo: niste sigurni jesu li neki dijelovi izrađeni ranije, jesu li postojali na skladištu, ili su izrađeni netom nakon narudžbe. Vi proizvod kupujete kao nov – podsjeća Tabak.

U proljeće prošle godine mediji su opsežno izvještavali o tome kako SAAB-u, koji je Gripene između ostalih isporučio Češkoj, Tajlandu i Južnoafričkoj republici, prijeti zatvaranje proizvodne linije nakon što je pala prodaja.

- Njima je tada prijetio prekid funkcioniranja proizvodne linije. I to su onda premostili dodatnom narudžbom glavnine dijelova trupova, bez da su u tom trenutku imali inozemnog kupca za avione. Šveđani nemaju neku jako veliku zrakoplovnu industriju. Saab nema nekoliko proizvodnih linija koje bi paralelno radile neovisno o tržištu, posebno ne za borbene avione. Velika je stvar pobrinuti se da ta jedna linija koja proizvode Gripene ne ostane nezasposlena. Na tvrtki je naprosto da osigura popunjenost linije – analizira Tabak.

Te teškoće, podsjeća on, nisu bile nikakva tajna.

- Saab je u postupku uvođenja cijelog jednog novog tipa aviona koji se paralelno počeo raditi prvo u Švedskoj, a onda i u Brazilu. Između početka velike serijske proizvodnje novoga tipa i dovršetka narudžbi koje su postojale za stariji Gripen C/D, da bi izbjegli višemjesečnu rupu, taj su period popunili narudžbom nekih ključnih dijelova aviona – ističe Tabak.

To ih u svakom slučaju, smatra naš sugovornik, ne diskvalificira iz utrke u Hrvatskoj.

- Nas zanimaju kompletni avioni. Nas ne zanimaju posebno krila, trupovi, pojedini komadi elektronike… Mi kupujemo borbeni avion sa simulatorima, obukom pilota i tehničkog osoblja, rezervnim dijelovima i paketom naoružanja. Za Gripen je specifično da ne treba posebne prilagodbe infrastrukture, za razliku od većine ostalih aviona. U trenutku kada je tvornica sposobna isporučiti paket u kojemu su zaokruženi avioni, u kojima nema rabljenih dijelova i za koje su preuzeta sva jamstva da je riječ o novim avionima, takva ponuda ravnopravno ulazi u konkurenciju – zaključuje Tabak.

Ovoga tjedna završila je faza dostave ponuda. I otpočinje proces evaluacije koji će trajati do kraja 2020. Osim švedske, pristigle su još četiri ponude za vojne avione: od SAD-a, Francuske i Izraela.

Vojni analitičar Igor Tabak: Šveđani nemaju jako veliku zrakoplovnu industriju, ali nema straha, ponuđeni Gripeni su kao novi

Prošle godine u travnju švedska Vlada otkupila je trupove 14 Gripena C/D. Sve u nastojanju da održi Saabovu proizvodnu liniju vojnih zrakoplova rentabilnom. I omogući joj transformaciju ka proizvodnji Gripena E linije. Ovoga tjedna novi Gripeni upravo oznake C/D ponuđeni su Hrvatskoj. Njih ukupno 12, čija cijena iznosi 6,8 milijardi kuna.

- Jesu li u toj ponudi glavni dijelovi aviona čiju su proizvodnju pokrenuli prije godinu dana, ili nude avione koje su gradili od nule Hrvatskoj to ništa ne znači ako ih proizvođač deklarira kao nove i preuzme sve obveze kao da su novi. Ako dakle nema zamora materijala, ako je resurs tvornički postavljen na nulu i ako avioni nisu u međuvremenu korišteni – ističe vojni analitičar portala Obris.hr Igor Tabak.
