Riječ je o privremenoj mjeri na koju se tužiteljstvo odlučilo istog dana kada je izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u prosincu potvrdilo da se Mamić u nastavku nove istrage može braniti sa slobode uz jamčevinu od 14 milijuna kuna.

No, na odluku o blokadi ranije položene jamčevine, koja mu je trebala biti vraćena nakon određivanja nove, Mamić je naknadno uložio žalbu koju je Vrhovni sud odbio kao neosnovanu. Tvrdio je, među ostalim, da novac nije njegov već da ga je posudio od Davora Šukera.

Istovremeno Vrhovni je sud naložio banci da sedam milijuna kuna s računa zagrebačkog Županijskog suda uplati u korist državnog proračuna, gdje novac treba ostati barem do pravomoćne presude u postupku protiv Mamića.

U prvom dijelu Uskokove istrage, pokrenute početkom srpnja, Mamića se tereti da je nizom nedjela zajedno s bratom Zoranom, Damirom Vrbanovićem i poreznikom Milanom Pernatom Dinamo oštetio za najmanje 117,8 milijuna kuna, a proračun za barem 12,2 milijuna kuna neobračunatog i neplaćenog poreza i prireza.

Nova istraga pokrenuta je nakon što je tzv. porezni Uskok navodno utvrdio da je iz Dinama preko off shore tvrtki od 2004. izvučeno preko deset milijuna eura i pola milijuna funti. Upravo su za taj dio priče, po sumnjama tužiteljstva, bili zaduženi Mamićev sin Mario te poduzetnici Igor Krota i Sandro Stipančić, a i u ovom je slučaju osumnjičen i Vrbanović.

Riječ je o privremenoj mjeri na koju se tužiteljstvo odlučilo istog dana kada je izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u prosincu potvrdilo da se Mamić u nastavku nove istrage može braniti sa slobode uz jamčevinu od 14 milijuna kuna.

No, na odluku o blokadi ranije položene jamčevine, koja mu je trebala biti vraćena nakon određivanja nove, Mamić je naknadno uložio žalbu koju je Vrhovni sud odbio kao neosnovanu. Tvrdio je, među ostalim, da novac nije njegov već da ga je posudio od Davora Šukera.

Istovremeno Vrhovni je sud naložio banci da sedam milijuna kuna s računa zagrebačkog Županijskog suda uplati u korist državnog proračuna, gdje novac treba ostati barem do pravomoćne presude u postupku protiv Mamića.

U prvom dijelu Uskokove istrage, pokrenute početkom srpnja, Mamića se tereti da je nizom nedjela zajedno s bratom Zoranom, Damirom Vrbanovićem i poreznikom Milanom Pernatom Dinamo oštetio za najmanje 117,8 milijuna kuna, a proračun za barem 12,2 milijuna kuna neobračunatog i neplaćenog poreza i prireza.

Nova istraga pokrenuta je nakon što je tzv. porezni Uskok navodno utvrdio da je iz Dinama preko off shore tvrtki od 2004. izvučeno preko deset milijuna eura i pola milijuna funti. Upravo su za taj dio priče, po sumnjama tužiteljstva, bili zaduženi Mamićev sin Mario te poduzetnici Igor Krota i Sandro Stipančić, a i u ovom je slučaju osumnjičen i Vrbanović.
