Poznati svjetski brend Sotheby‘s počeo je s radom u Hrvatskoj 2017. Krajem te godine dogodila se prva značajnija realizacija Croatia Sotheby‘s International u Hrvatskoj. Jednom poduzetniku iz Slovačke za 8,1 milijuna eura prodana je rezidencija obitelji Todorić u Medveji, Vila Castello.
"Takvi objekti se traže, ali mi ih, nažalost, na Jadranu imamo jako malo. Zato i čekamo pojačanu gradnju resorta u kojem će se nalaziti brendirane vile. U budućnosti će se najviše aktivnosti što se tiče luksuznijih nekretnina događati upravo u takvim resortima. Tako ćemo dobiti i poznate svjetske brendove u turizmu, gastronomiji, trgovini...Mi ih još uvijek nemamo. A to je segment u kojem mi poslujemo. Nove generacije traže moderne objekte, a kupci srednjih godina vole i povijesne priče koje imaju neki objekti. Što se tiče kupaca oni su uglavnom iz EU. Najviše ih je iz Njemačke, Češke, Slovačke i Poljske, ali je vidljiv i pojačan interes Amerikanaca", ističe Marko Pažanin.
Croatia Sotheby‘s International Realityju je imao uspješnu proteklu godinu. Između ostalih realizirana je prodaja tri vile prvi red uz more unutar jednog mini resorta u blizini Primoštena.

Poznati svjetski brend Sotheby‘s počeo je s radom u Hrvatskoj 2017. Krajem te godine dogodila se prva značajnija realizacija Croatia Sotheby‘s International u Hrvatskoj. Jednom poduzetniku iz Slovačke za 8,1 milijuna eura prodana je rezidencija obitelji Todorić u Medveji, Vila Castello.
"Takvi objekti se traže, ali mi ih, nažalost, na Jadranu imamo jako malo. Zato i čekamo pojačanu gradnju resorta u kojem će se nalaziti brendirane vile. U budućnosti će se najviše aktivnosti što se tiče luksuznijih nekretnina događati upravo u takvim resortima. Tako ćemo dobiti i poznate svjetske brendove u turizmu, gastronomiji, trgovini...Mi ih još uvijek nemamo. A to je segment u kojem mi poslujemo. Nove generacije traže moderne objekte, a kupci srednjih godina vole i povijesne priče koje imaju neki objekti. Što se tiče kupaca oni su uglavnom iz EU. Najviše ih je iz Njemačke, Češke, Slovačke i Poljske, ali je vidljiv i pojačan interes Amerikanaca", ističe Marko Pažanin.
Croatia Sotheby‘s International Realityju je imao uspješnu proteklu godinu. Između ostalih realizirana je prodaja tri vile prvi red uz more unutar jednog mini resorta u blizini Primoštena.
