U ponedjeljak bi na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu u tom postupku trebao svjedočiti i Hrvoje Petrač, ali on nije primio sudski poziv, a na jedinom dosad održanom ročištu Zagorčeva odvjetnica zatražila je da se odmah donese presuda, ali je sud odlučio ipak pozvati i Matekovića i Petra ča. Stoga će u ponedjeljak Općinski sud opet biti pod posebnim sigurnosnim režimom, posebno ako se na raspravu dovede i tužitelj Vladimir Zagorec.
U tužbi koju je podnio sada već njegov bivši zastupnik, odvjetnik Zvonimir Hodale, Zagorec je u tužbi zatražio da mu se plate i kamate i troškovi kredita koji je podigao u Hypo Alpe-Adria banci za 1,5 milijuna eura odkupnine koju je predao otmičarima kako bi mu oslobodili malodobnog,17-godišnjeg sina, kojeg su oteli 23. veljače 2004. godine.
Zagorec je otmičarima predao 25.veljače oko 16 sati kod kavane Lisinski 750.000 eura, dok ostatak novca nije predan. Vrhovni sud je 2007.djelomično prihvatio žalbu državnog odvjetnika i od Ice Matekovića oduzeo 750.000 eura otkupnine, ali Zagorec taj novac nikad nije dobio i sada traži povrat novca kojim je platio sinovljev život.
U tužbi Zagorec navodi da mu je zbog toga kako bi isplatio otmičare 24. veljače odobreno prekoračenje tekućeg računa za 1,5 milijuna eura, ali je pola tog iznosa vratio jer ga otmičari nisu preuzeli, ali je on na konverziji novca iz eura u kune, pa ponovno u eure izgubio 100.000 kuna na tečajnoj razlici pa traži i taj novac. Da bi vratio dug band, 14. travnja je u istoj banci uzeo kredit u iznosu od 1,280.000 švicarskih franaka uz četiripostonu kamatu, pri čemu mu je obračunata i naknada od 19.200 švicaraca, te 10.029,94 franaka za državnu naknadu za sklapanje pravnog posla u visini od 0,8 posto iznosa kredita te mu se godišnje zaračunava 40,90 eura za vođenje računa.
Obroke za taj kredit plaća po tromjesečnom obračunu i uzeo ga je na rok od 20 godina, do 2024. godine. Zagorec je u tužbi predložio da se obave uvidi u presude Županijskog suda, da se kao svjedoci pozovu tadašnji predsjednik Uprave Hypo banice te odvjetnik Pero Lozica, da se ispitaju policajci koji su nadgledali isplatu novca, te obavi uvid u dokumentaciju Hypo banke o kreditu i isplatama.

U ponedjeljak bi na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu u tom postupku trebao svjedočiti i Hrvoje Petrač, ali on nije primio sudski poziv, a na jedinom dosad održanom ročištu Zagorčeva odvjetnica zatražila je da se odmah donese presuda, ali je sud odlučio ipak pozvati i Matekovića i Petra ča. Stoga će u ponedjeljak Općinski sud opet biti pod posebnim sigurnosnim režimom, posebno ako se na raspravu dovede i tužitelj Vladimir Zagorec.
U tužbi koju je podnio sada već njegov bivši zastupnik, odvjetnik Zvonimir Hodale, Zagorec je u tužbi zatražio da mu se plate i kamate i troškovi kredita koji je podigao u Hypo Alpe-Adria banci za 1,5 milijuna eura odkupnine koju je predao otmičarima kako bi mu oslobodili malodobnog,17-godišnjeg sina, kojeg su oteli 23. veljače 2004. godine.
Zagorec je otmičarima predao 25.veljače oko 16 sati kod kavane Lisinski 750.000 eura, dok ostatak novca nije predan. Vrhovni sud je 2007.djelomično prihvatio žalbu državnog odvjetnika i od Ice Matekovića oduzeo 750.000 eura otkupnine, ali Zagorec taj novac nikad nije dobio i sada traži povrat novca kojim je platio sinovljev život.
U tužbi Zagorec navodi da mu je zbog toga kako bi isplatio otmičare 24. veljače odobreno prekoračenje tekućeg računa za 1,5 milijuna eura, ali je pola tog iznosa vratio jer ga otmičari nisu preuzeli, ali je on na konverziji novca iz eura u kune, pa ponovno u eure izgubio 100.000 kuna na tečajnoj razlici pa traži i taj novac. Da bi vratio dug band, 14. travnja je u istoj banci uzeo kredit u iznosu od 1,280.000 švicarskih franaka uz četiripostonu kamatu, pri čemu mu je obračunata i naknada od 19.200 švicaraca, te 10.029,94 franaka za državnu naknadu za sklapanje pravnog posla u visini od 0,8 posto iznosa kredita te mu se godišnje zaračunava 40,90 eura za vođenje računa.
Obroke za taj kredit plaća po tromjesečnom obračunu i uzeo ga je na rok od 20 godina, do 2024. godine. Zagorec je u tužbi predložio da se obave uvidi u presude Županijskog suda, da se kao svjedoci pozovu tadašnji predsjednik Uprave Hypo banice te odvjetnik Pero Lozica, da se ispitaju policajci koji su nadgledali isplatu novca, te obavi uvid u dokumentaciju Hypo banke o kreditu i isplatama.
