Zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva general Michael Križanec u četvrtak je na konferenciji za novinare objasnio zašto je zapovijedio prizemljenje svih deset helikoptera MI-171Sh koji su nedavno remontirani od strane ruske kompanije 'Russian Helicopters', javlja Jutarnji.

- Tema nije dramatična. Jučer smo dobili informaciju o određenoj grešci prilikom remonta. U tijeku su intenzivne konzultacije s ruskim izvođačem, rekao je na konferenciji za novinare Križanec.

Otkrio je da je riječ o kvaru na uljnom sustavu motora.

'Dobili smo informaciju o tehničkoj greški koja se potkrala tijekom remonta u Rusiji. Povezali smo se s ruskim proizvođačem koji je radio remont i poduzeli smo sve potrebne mjere. Na određenom broju helikoptera doista su uočene greške o kojima su odmah obaviješteni ruski proizvođači kako bismo probleme otklonili i postupili po predloženim mjerama.

Radilo se o grešci na uljnom sustavu motora, a moram naglasiti da ni u jednom trenutku nije bilo povišenih temperatura i povišenog tlaka, pa sigurnost posade, putnika i bolesnika nije bila ugrožena. Greška je na vrijeme primijećena i otklonjena, a izvješće o tome poslano je stožeru i predsjednici', kazao je general Križanec.

'Na četiri helikoptera je otklonjena greška i oni su u upotrebi. Peti će biti sutra popravljen. Još pet helikoptera se nalazi na redovitom remontu. Ostali dio flote transportnih helikoptera je spreman za sve misije i obuke. Dosad smo odradili 1100 sati naleta, na području sjevernog Jadrana spašeno 300 pacijenata, bili smo na Kosovu... Da smo imali bilo kakve indikacije da postoji opasnost, helikoptere bi prizemljili i ranije. Ovakvi pregledi obavljaju se na svakih 300 sati leta, a mi smo sad tek na 200 sati. Da nam nisu javili, mi bismo sami uočili te greške.

Inače, moram naglasiti da se trudimo da se svi nedostatci otklone u jamstvenom roku. Za remont je utrošeno 268 milijuna kuna i ne želimo platiti više ako još uvijek vrijedi jamstveni rok. Ruski izvođač je priznao svoju grešku i mi ne moramo platiti dodatni popravak. Reklamacije se mogu odnositi na količinu, kvalitetu, nomenklaturu i vrijeme isporuke, no neke su se reklamacije odnosile na banalne stvari, ali mi niti za najmanju stvar ne želimo trošiti novac poreznih obveznika ako još vrijedi jamstvo', kazao je Križanec, prenosi Jutarnji.

Zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva general Michael Križanec u četvrtak je na konferenciji za novinare objasnio zašto je zapovijedio prizemljenje svih deset helikoptera MI-171Sh koji su nedavno remontirani od strane ruske kompanije 'Russian Helicopters', javlja Jutarnji.

- Tema nije dramatična. Jučer smo dobili informaciju o određenoj grešci prilikom remonta. U tijeku su intenzivne konzultacije s ruskim izvođačem, rekao je na konferenciji za novinare Križanec.

Otkrio je da je riječ o kvaru na uljnom sustavu motora.

'Dobili smo informaciju o tehničkoj greški koja se potkrala tijekom remonta u Rusiji. Povezali smo se s ruskim proizvođačem koji je radio remont i poduzeli smo sve potrebne mjere. Na određenom broju helikoptera doista su uočene greške o kojima su odmah obaviješteni ruski proizvođači kako bismo probleme otklonili i postupili po predloženim mjerama.

Radilo se o grešci na uljnom sustavu motora, a moram naglasiti da ni u jednom trenutku nije bilo povišenih temperatura i povišenog tlaka, pa sigurnost posade, putnika i bolesnika nije bila ugrožena. Greška je na vrijeme primijećena i otklonjena, a izvješće o tome poslano je stožeru i predsjednici', kazao je general Križanec.

'Na četiri helikoptera je otklonjena greška i oni su u upotrebi. Peti će biti sutra popravljen. Još pet helikoptera se nalazi na redovitom remontu. Ostali dio flote transportnih helikoptera je spreman za sve misije i obuke. Dosad smo odradili 1100 sati naleta, na području sjevernog Jadrana spašeno 300 pacijenata, bili smo na Kosovu... Da smo imali bilo kakve indikacije da postoji opasnost, helikoptere bi prizemljili i ranije. Ovakvi pregledi obavljaju se na svakih 300 sati leta, a mi smo sad tek na 200 sati. Da nam nisu javili, mi bismo sami uočili te greške.

Inače, moram naglasiti da se trudimo da se svi nedostatci otklone u jamstvenom roku. Za remont je utrošeno 268 milijuna kuna i ne želimo platiti više ako još uvijek vrijedi jamstveni rok. Ruski izvođač je priznao svoju grešku i mi ne moramo platiti dodatni popravak. Reklamacije se mogu odnositi na količinu, kvalitetu, nomenklaturu i vrijeme isporuke, no neke su se reklamacije odnosile na banalne stvari, ali mi niti za najmanju stvar ne želimo trošiti novac poreznih obveznika ako još vrijedi jamstvo', kazao je Križanec, prenosi Jutarnji.

Zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva general Michael Križanec u četvrtak je na konferenciji za novinare objasnio zašto je zapovijedio prizemljenje svih deset helikoptera MI-171Sh koji su nedavno remontirani od strane ruske kompanije 'Russian Helicopters', javlja Jutarnji.

- Tema nije dramatična. Jučer smo dobili informaciju o određenoj grešci prilikom remonta. U tijeku su intenzivne konzultacije s ruskim izvođačem, rekao je na konferenciji za novinare Križanec.

Otkrio je da je riječ o kvaru na uljnom sustavu motora.
