RTL je u suradnji s agencijom Promocija Plus donio rezultate istraživanja na temu što građani očekuju od drugog mandata Andreja Plenkovića i njegova kabineta, ali i kako ocjenjuju predsjednika Zorana Milanovića.
Hoće li druga Plenkovićeva Vlada bi uspješnija od prve?
Na to su pitanje, objavio je RTL, građani iznijeli podijeljena mišljenja. No, najviše je onih koji smatraju kako će biti znatno ili djelomice uspješnija od prethodne postave u Banskim dvorima - tako misli gotovo 40 posto ispitanika.
Da će Vlada biti jednako uspješna odnosno neuspješna stav je trećine ispitanika, a njih 19,9 posto smatra kako će biti neuspješnija od prethodne. Gotovo desetak posto ispitanika ne očekuju ništa, odnosno ne znaju.
Optimizam je, očekivano, najvidljiviji kod birača HDZ-a, najmanje ga je kod oporbe, no čak i među biračima oporbenih stranaka nema dominantnog stava da će nova Vlada biti neuspješnija od prethodne.
Prevladava zato stav, i među oporbenim strankama, kako će Vlada odraditi puni četverogodišnji mandat. To misli gotovo 73 posto svih ispitanika, manje od petine u to ne vjeruje, a ne zna 8,3 posto.
Ono što je prvo iz izbornog programa, sada iz programa Vlade, poznato građanima su zadani ciljevi. Među najistaknutijim ponuđenim obećanjima Vlade u istraživanju najviše je ispitanika, njih nešto više od petine, izrazilo vjeru da će se minimalna plaća povećati na 4250 kuna. Nešto je manje onih koji smatraju da će PDV na hranu pasti s 25 posto na 13 posto, a da će mirovine rasti za 10 posto vjeruje 10 posto ispitanika.
Tek nešto više od 9 posto ispitanika vjeruje da će se ostvariti 50.000 stipendija za učenike i studente, 7 posto da će biti rasta prosječne plaće na 7.600 kuna, 6,4 posto da će se ostvariti povećanje poljoprivredne proizvodnje za 30 posto, a 2 posto da će se stvoriti uvjeti za 100.000 novih radnih mjesta.
Nešto više od 20 posto ispitanika smatra kako Vlada neće provesti niti jedno od najzvučnijih obećanja.
Najviše ispitanika drži kako ova tri obećanja Vlada neće ispuniti: neće stvoriti uvjete za 100 tisuća novih radnih mjesta, što je stav trećine ispitanika, neće ispuniti ni cilj o rastu prosječne plače na 7600 kuna, a neće ni povećati poljoprivrednu proizvodnju za 30 posto.
Njih 5,6 posto vjeruje da neće biti rasta mirovina za 10 posto, 3,8 posto da neće biti smanjenja PDV-a na hranu s 25 na 13 posto, 2,7 posto da neće biti rasta minimalne plaće na 4250 kn, a 2 posto da Vlada neće ostvariti obećanje o 50.000 stipendija za učenike i studente.

Građani su rad predsjednika Zorana Milanovića, čijih je prvih sto dana na radnom mjestu čelnika države prošlo još krajem svibnja, u kolovozu ocijenili ocjenom dobar (3).
Najrjeđa ocjena je odličan (5), tom je ocjenom Zorana Milanovića vrednovalo manje od 8 posto ispitanika. Četvorke mu daje nešto više od petine ispitanika, trojke su uvjerljivo najčešće, a nešto preko 20 posto rad predsjednika ocjenjuje s dovoljan (2). Da je njegov rad nedovoljan i zaslužuje jedinicu poruka je 14 posto ispitanika.
Valja napomenuti kako je istraživanje završeno dan prije obilježavanja Oluje, provedeno neposredno nakon Milanovićeva verbalnog okršaja s premijerom Plenkovićem, te u vrijeme kada je potvrdio odlikovanja postrojbama HVO-a.
Kada bismo uspoređivali njegove ocjene od travnja do sada, doduše bez srpnja jer u izbornom mjesecu njegov rad nije ocijenjen, dalo bi se uočiti kako je Zoran Milanović prije četiri mjeseca imao nategnutu, ali ipak vrlo dobru ocjenu koja je padala. No, pad je, barem zasad, zaustavljen.
RTL-ovo istraživanje provela je agencija PROMOCIJA PLUS od 1. do 4. kolovoza 2020. CATI metodom (telefonski) na uzorku od 1300 punoljetnih građana Republike Hrvatske. Standardna pogreška uzorka iznosi +/- 2,77 posto, uz razinu pouzdanosti od 95 posto.

Hoće li druga Plenkovićeva Vlada bi uspješnija od prve?
Na to su pitanje, objavio je RTL, građani iznijeli podijeljena mišljenja. No, najviše je onih koji smatraju kako će biti znatno ili djelomice uspješnija od prethodne postave u Banskim dvorima - tako misli gotovo 40 posto ispitanika.
Da će Vlada biti jednako uspješna odnosno neuspješna stav je trećine ispitanika, a njih 19,9 posto smatra kako će biti neuspješnija od prethodne. Gotovo desetak posto ispitanika ne očekuju ništa, odnosno ne znaju.
Optimizam je, očekivano, najvidljiviji kod birača HDZ-a, najmanje ga je kod oporbe, no čak i među biračima oporbenih stranaka nema dominantnog stava da će nova Vlada biti neuspješnija od prethodne.
Prevladava zato stav, i među oporbenim strankama, kako će Vlada odraditi puni četverogodišnji mandat. To misli gotovo 73 posto svih ispitanika, manje od petine u to ne vjeruje, a ne zna 8,3 posto.
Ono što je prvo iz izbornog programa, sada iz programa Vlade, poznato građanima su zadani ciljevi. Među najistaknutijim ponuđenim obećanjima Vlade u istraživanju najviše je ispitanika, njih nešto više od petine, izrazilo vjeru da će se minimalna plaća povećati na 4250 kuna. Nešto je manje onih koji smatraju da će PDV na hranu pasti s 25 posto na 13 posto, a da će mirovine rasti za 10 posto vjeruje 10 posto ispitanika.
Tek nešto više od 9 posto ispitanika vjeruje da će se ostvariti 50.000 stipendija za učenike i studente, 7 posto da će biti rasta prosječne plaće na 7.600 kuna, 6,4 posto da će se ostvariti povećanje poljoprivredne proizvodnje za 30 posto, a 2 posto da će se stvoriti uvjeti za 100.000 novih radnih mjesta.
Nešto više od 20 posto ispitanika smatra kako Vlada neće provesti niti jedno od najzvučnijih obećanja.
Najviše ispitanika drži kako ova tri obećanja Vlada neće ispuniti: neće stvoriti uvjete za 100 tisuća novih radnih mjesta, što je stav trećine ispitanika, neće ispuniti ni cilj o rastu prosječne plače na 7600 kuna, a neće ni povećati poljoprivrednu proizvodnju za 30 posto.
Njih 5,6 posto vjeruje da neće biti rasta mirovina za 10 posto, 3,8 posto da neće biti smanjenja PDV-a na hranu s 25 na 13 posto, 2,7 posto da neće biti rasta minimalne plaće na 4250 kn, a 2 posto da Vlada neće ostvariti obećanje o 50.000 stipendija za učenike i studente.

Građani su rad predsjednika Zorana Milanovića, čijih je prvih sto dana na radnom mjestu čelnika države prošlo još krajem svibnja, u kolovozu ocijenili ocjenom dobar (3).
Najrjeđa ocjena je odličan (5), tom je ocjenom Zorana Milanovića vrednovalo manje od 8 posto ispitanika. Četvorke mu daje nešto više od petine ispitanika, trojke su uvjerljivo najčešće, a nešto preko 20 posto rad predsjednika ocjenjuje s dovoljan (2). Da je njegov rad nedovoljan i zaslužuje jedinicu poruka je 14 posto ispitanika.
Valja napomenuti kako je istraživanje završeno dan prije obilježavanja Oluje, provedeno neposredno nakon Milanovićeva verbalnog okršaja s premijerom Plenkovićem, te u vrijeme kada je potvrdio odlikovanja postrojbama HVO-a.
Kada bismo uspoređivali njegove ocjene od travnja do sada, doduše bez srpnja jer u izbornom mjesecu njegov rad nije ocijenjen, dalo bi se uočiti kako je Zoran Milanović prije četiri mjeseca imao nategnutu, ali ipak vrlo dobru ocjenu koja je padala. No, pad je, barem zasad, zaustavljen.
RTL-ovo istraživanje provela je agencija PROMOCIJA PLUS od 1. do 4. kolovoza 2020. CATI metodom (telefonski) na uzorku od 1300 punoljetnih građana Republike Hrvatske. Standardna pogreška uzorka iznosi +/- 2,77 posto, uz razinu pouzdanosti od 95 posto.
