U susjednoj Bosni i Hercegovini potvrđena je afrička svinjska kuga (ASK).

Prema trenutno dostupnim informacijama afrička svinjska kuga je potvrđena u jedne domaće svinje na području Bijeljine.

Radi se o pojavi afričke svinjske kuge najbliže hrvatskoj granici do sada, što predstavlja rizik za unos virusa afričke svinjske kuge u Republiku Hrvatsku. Pretpostavka je da se virus afričke svinjske kuge na područje BiH proširio iz Srbije gdje se ova bolest nezaustavljivo širi i u domaćih i u divljih svinja. Samo do 15. lipnja 2023. godine, Srbija je putem sustava ADIS prijavila čak 180 slučajeva ASK u divljih svinja i 131 izbijanje u domaćih svinja.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede podsjeća da su u Hrvatskoj i dalje na snazi pojačane preventivne mjere kojima je glavni cilj očuvanje trenutno povoljnog statusa Republike Hrvatske, ali i rano otkrivanje unosa virusa ASK kako bi se pravovremeno i žurno u slučaju pojave bolesti provele mjere radi sprječavanja daljnjeg širenja.

Ističu kako je od općeg interesa da se pojava ove bolesti spriječi, a u slučaju njene pojave da se što ranije otkrije kako bi posljedice izbijanja bile svedene na najmanju moguću mjeru.

Svjesno sve većeg rizika od pojave ove bolesti u Hrvatskoj, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede dodatno je pojačalo preventivne mjere donošenjem nove Naredbe o mjerama sprječavanja pojave i ranog otkrivanja afričke svinjske kuge u Republici Hrvatskoj koja je na snazi od 10. lipnja ove godine. Naredbom je tako propisana provedba godišnje kategorizacije svih objekata na kojima se drže svinje koji ne zadovoljavaju uvjete biosigurnosti (kategorija 1) s ciljem njihovog unaprjeđenja u višu kategoriju. S objekata kategorije 1 koji ne primjenjuju osnovne mjere biosigurnosti, zabranjeno je premještati svinje, osim izravno u klaonicu, a klanje za vlastite potrebe dozvoljeno je tek nakon provedenog kliničkog pregleda svinja od strane veterinara.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede poručuju da je u slučaju pojave ASK naknada štete zbog provedenih mjera kontrole, moguća isključivo za one uzgajivače svinja koji su na vrijeme prijavili sumnju ili uginuća i koji su primjenjivali sve propisane mjere.

Stoga se pozivaju svi držatelji svinja da se strogo pridržavaju svih propisanih mjera, posebno svih propisanih mjera biosigurnosti te da svaku pojavu bolesti i uginuće odmah i bez odlaganja prijave svojim veterinarima. Ističemo kako je strogo zabranjeno unošenje proizvoda životinjskog podrijetla na farme svinja, prijevoz svinja u prijevoznim sredstvima koja nisu očišćena, oprana i dezinficirana, premještanje svinja iz jednog uzgoja u drugi bez propisane popratne dokumentacije (svjedodžba o zdravstvenom stanju i dokumentacija o premještanju), kao i držanje svinja na neregistriranim objektima kao i na objektima s otvorenim držanjem bez odobrenja veterinarske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata te zakapanje lešina i nusproizvoda životinjskog podrijetla.

Lovoovlaštenici su se također dužni pridržavati biosigurnosnih mjera prije, tijekom i nakon lova te aktivno tražiti i prijaviti ovlaštenoj veterinarskoj organizaciji svaku pronađenu uginulu divlju svinju (uključujući i stradale u prometu i odstrijeljene bolesne) u svrhu pretraživanja na ASK.

ASK je kontagiozna virusna zarazna bolest isključivo domaćih i divljih svinja, koja se manifestira u obliku hemoragijske groznice, a smrtnost svinja može doseći i 100%. Bolest nije opasna za ljude i druge životinje, ali se vrlo brzo širi bez obzira na granice te ima ozbiljne socioekonomske i javno zdravstvene posljedice što ima izrazito negativan utjecaj na međunarodni promet svinja i svinjskog mesa.

U susjednoj Bosni i Hercegovini potvrđena je afrička svinjska kuga (ASK).

Prema trenutno dostupnim informacijama afrička svinjska kuga je potvrđena u jedne domaće svinje na području Bijeljine.

Radi se o pojavi afričke svinjske kuge najbliže hrvatskoj granici do sada, što predstavlja rizik za unos virusa afričke svinjske kuge u Republiku Hrvatsku. Pretpostavka je da se virus afričke svinjske kuge na područje BiH proširio iz Srbije gdje se ova bolest nezaustavljivo širi i u domaćih i u divljih svinja. Samo do 15. lipnja 2023. godine, Srbija je putem sustava ADIS prijavila čak 180 slučajeva ASK u divljih svinja i 131 izbijanje u domaćih svinja.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede podsjeća da su u Hrvatskoj i dalje na snazi pojačane preventivne mjere kojima je glavni cilj očuvanje trenutno povoljnog statusa Republike Hrvatske, ali i rano otkrivanje unosa virusa ASK kako bi se pravovremeno i žurno u slučaju pojave bolesti provele mjere radi sprječavanja daljnjeg širenja.

Ističu kako je od općeg interesa da se pojava ove bolesti spriječi, a u slučaju njene pojave da se što ranije otkrije kako bi posljedice izbijanja bile svedene na najmanju moguću mjeru.

Svjesno sve većeg rizika od pojave ove bolesti u Hrvatskoj, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede dodatno je pojačalo preventivne mjere donošenjem nove Naredbe o mjerama sprječavanja pojave i ranog otkrivanja afričke svinjske kuge u Republici Hrvatskoj koja je na snazi od 10. lipnja ove godine. Naredbom je tako propisana provedba godišnje kategorizacije svih objekata na kojima se drže svinje koji ne zadovoljavaju uvjete biosigurnosti (kategorija 1) s ciljem njihovog unaprjeđenja u višu kategoriju. S objekata kategorije 1 koji ne primjenjuju osnovne mjere biosigurnosti, zabranjeno je premještati svinje, osim izravno u klaonicu, a klanje za vlastite potrebe dozvoljeno je tek nakon provedenog kliničkog pregleda svinja od strane veterinara.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede poručuju da je u slučaju pojave ASK naknada štete zbog provedenih mjera kontrole, moguća isključivo za one uzgajivače svinja koji su na vrijeme prijavili sumnju ili uginuća i koji su primjenjivali sve propisane mjere.

Stoga se pozivaju svi držatelji svinja da se strogo pridržavaju svih propisanih mjera, posebno svih propisanih mjera biosigurnosti te da svaku pojavu bolesti i uginuće odmah i bez odlaganja prijave svojim veterinarima. Ističemo kako je strogo zabranjeno unošenje proizvoda životinjskog podrijetla na farme svinja, prijevoz svinja u prijevoznim sredstvima koja nisu očišćena, oprana i dezinficirana, premještanje svinja iz jednog uzgoja u drugi bez propisane popratne dokumentacije (svjedodžba o zdravstvenom stanju i dokumentacija o premještanju), kao i držanje svinja na neregistriranim objektima kao i na objektima s otvorenim držanjem bez odobrenja veterinarske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata te zakapanje lešina i nusproizvoda životinjskog podrijetla.

Lovoovlaštenici su se također dužni pridržavati biosigurnosnih mjera prije, tijekom i nakon lova te aktivno tražiti i prijaviti ovlaštenoj veterinarskoj organizaciji svaku pronađenu uginulu divlju svinju (uključujući i stradale u prometu i odstrijeljene bolesne) u svrhu pretraživanja na ASK.

ASK je kontagiozna virusna zarazna bolest isključivo domaćih i divljih svinja, koja se manifestira u obliku hemoragijske groznice, a smrtnost svinja može doseći i 100%. Bolest nije opasna za ljude i druge životinje, ali se vrlo brzo širi bez obzira na granice te ima ozbiljne socioekonomske i javno zdravstvene posljedice što ima izrazito negativan utjecaj na međunarodni promet svinja i svinjskog mesa.

Afrička svinjska kuga približila se hrvatskoj granici: virusna bolest potvrđena u BiH, tamo je stigla iz Srbije

U susjednoj Bosni i Hercegovini potvrđena je afrička svinjska kuga (ASK).

Prema trenutno dostupnim informacijama afrička svinjska kuga je potvrđena u jedne domaće svinje na području Bijeljine.

Radi se o pojavi afričke svinjske kuge najbliže hrvatskoj granici do sada, što predstavlja rizik za unos virusa afričke svinjske kuge u Republiku Hrvatsku. Pretpostavka je da se virus afričke svinjske kuge na područje BiH proširio iz Srbije gdje se ova bolest nezaustavljivo širi i u domaćih i u divljih svinja. Samo do 15. lipnja 2023. godine, Srbija je putem sustava ADIS prijavila čak 180 slučajeva ASK u divljih svinja i 131 izbijanje u domaćih svinja.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede podsjeća da su u Hrvatskoj i dalje na snazi pojačane preventivne mjere kojima je glavni cilj očuvanje trenutno povoljnog statusa Republike Hrvatske, ali i rano otkrivanje unosa virusa ASK kako bi se pravovremeno i žurno u slučaju pojave bolesti provele mjere radi sprječavanja daljnjeg širenja.
