Bivši visoki časnik Armije BiH Hamdija Abdić potvrdio je u petak kako su se pripadnici te vojske tijekom rata od 1992. do 1995. godine borili i na teritoriju Hrvatske ali je ustvrdio kako je sve to urađeno u suradnji i uz znanje vlasti u Hrvatskoj odnosno Hrvatske vojske.

Komentirajući za televiziju N1 izjavu glavne državne odvjetnice Zlate Hrvoj Šipek da DORH provodi izvide o mogućim ulascima pripadnika Armije BiH na teritorij Hrvatske povezanim s počinjenjem ratnih zločina, Abdić koji se tijekom rata borio u redovima Petog korpusa sa sjedištem u Bihaću, kazao je kako je odavno poznata informacija da su se pripadnici Armije BiH borili zajedno i u koordinaciji s Hrvatskom vojskom (HV).

"Ja sam na kraju svjedok da nije počinjen nikakav zločin. Ja sam imao 13 poginulih vojnika na području Hrvatske, imali smo preko 100 zarobljenih srpskih vojnika koji su svi otišli u razmjenu, tako da tu nema nikakve sumnje da se dogodilo nešto što se nije trebalo dogoditi. Međutim, znate kako to ide, politika radi svoje kad im je u interesu oni to potenciraju, kad nije negiraju, ali kad je u pitanju Armija tu je sve čisto", kazao je Abdić.

On je tijekom rata bio zapovjednik postrojbe 502. viteške brigade Armije BiH a sada je zastupnik Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA) u Zastupničkom domu parlamenta Federacije BiH. Nedavno je pred sudom u Bihaću u prvostupanjskom postupku oslobođen krivnje da je sudjelovao u ubojstvu generala HVO-a Vlade Šantića.

Potvrda glavne hrvatske državne odvjetnice o izvidima koje provodi DORH a odnose se na Armiju BiH uslijedila je nakon što su protiv četvorice pilota Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva u Srbiji podignute optužnice zbog navodnih ratnih zločina 1995. godine odnosno raketiranja kolone bivših pripadnika vojske pobunjenih Srba u kojoj su bili i civili.

Optužnice se odnose na zbivanja na tzv. Petrovačkoj cesti a srbijansko se pravosuđe pozvalo na tvrdnju kako imaju univerzalnu jurisdikciju nad kaznenim djelima ratnih zločina na području cijele bivše Jugoslavije.

Bivši visoki časnik Armije BiH Hamdija Abdić potvrdio je u petak kako su se pripadnici te vojske tijekom rata od 1992. do 1995. godine borili i na teritoriju Hrvatske ali je ustvrdio kako je sve to urađeno u suradnji i uz znanje vlasti u Hrvatskoj odnosno Hrvatske vojske.

Komentirajući za televiziju N1 izjavu glavne državne odvjetnice Zlate Hrvoj Šipek da DORH provodi izvide o mogućim ulascima pripadnika Armije BiH na teritorij Hrvatske povezanim s počinjenjem ratnih zločina, Abdić koji se tijekom rata borio u redovima Petog korpusa sa sjedištem u Bihaću, kazao je kako je odavno poznata informacija da su se pripadnici Armije BiH borili zajedno i u koordinaciji s Hrvatskom vojskom (HV).

"Ja sam na kraju svjedok da nije počinjen nikakav zločin. Ja sam imao 13 poginulih vojnika na području Hrvatske, imali smo preko 100 zarobljenih srpskih vojnika koji su svi otišli u razmjenu, tako da tu nema nikakve sumnje da se dogodilo nešto što se nije trebalo dogoditi. Međutim, znate kako to ide, politika radi svoje kad im je u interesu oni to potenciraju, kad nije negiraju, ali kad je u pitanju Armija tu je sve čisto", kazao je Abdić.

On je tijekom rata bio zapovjednik postrojbe 502. viteške brigade Armije BiH a sada je zastupnik Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA) u Zastupničkom domu parlamenta Federacije BiH. Nedavno je pred sudom u Bihaću u prvostupanjskom postupku oslobođen krivnje da je sudjelovao u ubojstvu generala HVO-a Vlade Šantića.

Potvrda glavne hrvatske državne odvjetnice o izvidima koje provodi DORH a odnose se na Armiju BiH uslijedila je nakon što su protiv četvorice pilota Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva u Srbiji podignute optužnice zbog navodnih ratnih zločina 1995. godine odnosno raketiranja kolone bivših pripadnika vojske pobunjenih Srba u kojoj su bili i civili.

Optužnice se odnose na zbivanja na tzv. Petrovačkoj cesti a srbijansko se pravosuđe pozvalo na tvrdnju kako imaju univerzalnu jurisdikciju nad kaznenim djelima ratnih zločina na području cijele bivše Jugoslavije.

Bivši visoki časnik Armije BiH Hamdija Abdić potvrdio je u petak kako su se pripadnici te vojske tijekom rata od 1992. do 1995. godine borili i na teritoriju Hrvatske ali je ustvrdio kako je sve to urađeno u suradnji i uz znanje vlasti u Hrvatskoj odnosno Hrvatske vojske.

Komentirajući za televiziju N1 izjavu glavne državne odvjetnice Zlate Hrvoj Šipek da DORH provodi izvide o mogućim ulascima pripadnika Armije BiH na teritorij Hrvatske povezanim s počinjenjem ratnih zločina, Abdić koji se tijekom rata borio u redovima Petog korpusa sa sjedištem u Bihaću, kazao je kako je odavno poznata informacija da su se pripadnici Armije BiH borili zajedno i u koordinaciji s Hrvatskom vojskom (HV).

"Ja sam na kraju svjedok da nije počinjen nikakav zločin. Ja sam imao 13 poginulih vojnika...
