     Ime Alije Izetbegovića, pokojnog bošnjačkog vođe, biti će uskoro zaštićeno od svake neprimjerene javne upotrebe, najavljuju iz kruga njegovih poštovatelja, sarajevske Fondacije “Alija Izetbegović”.

     Glavni tajnik ove zaklade Muhamed Mulahmetović izjavio je za bosanske medije kako je proces zaštite imena Alije Izetbegovića od neovlaštene upotrebe upravo u tijeku, i to na više razina: ime osnivača SDA i žig istoimene političke fondacije već su registrirani pri Uredu za intelektualno vlasništvo Europske unije, dok je istovjetan proces u Turskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini i široj regiji još uvijek u proceduri. Cilj akcije, prema riječima njezinih pokretača, zaštita je lika i djela rahmetli predsjednika predsjedništva BiH od neovlaštene i neodgovarajuće upotrebe. Svaka sličnost s pokojnim maršalom SFRJ, čiji su lik i djelo također svojedobno štićeni posebnim zakonom, sasvim je slučajna i neprimjerena.

      Ime prvog hrvatskog predsjednika Franje Tuđmana još nije formalno zaštićeno nikakvim posebnim propisima, pa ni zakonom o liku i djelu voljenoga vođe, ali praktično itekako jest, za razliku od brojnih drugih općih vrijednosti u hrvatskome sudstvu. Prekršajni sudovi dosad su izrekli cijeli niz kazni i pravorijeka čak i za uvrede upućene Tuđmanovim spomenicima. Pokojni ratni snimatelj i hrvatski branitelj Zoran Erceg je zbog povika da je Tuđman ratni zločinac bio promptno priveden i osuđen na 15 dana zatvora, godinu dana uvjetno, te mu je izrečena i jednogodišnja zabrana prilaska spomeniku Vrhovnika kod zagrebačke koncertne dvorane Lisinski.  Za uvrede neponovljivoga i jedinstvenoga brončanoga Tuđmana pokojnog se Zorana Ercega teretilo na temelju Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira. U spomenutom zakonskom članku stoji: „Tko se na javnom mjestu ponaša na naročito drzak i nepristojan način vrijeđajući građane ili narušavajući njihov mir, kaznit će se za prekršaj novčanom kaznom u protuvrijednosti domaće valute od 50 do 350 DEM ili kaznom zatvora do 30 dana“. Za mlađahnog Filipa Draču, koji je na isti taj Tuđmanov spomenik u Zagrebu svojedobno nacrtao srp i čekić, Državno odvjetništvo tražilo je čak 10 mjeseci zatvora, s rokom kušnje od tri godine. Zakonski temelj za Dračin progon pronašli su u kaznenom djelo oštećenja tuđe stvari. Uz Ercega i Draču, još je nekoliko Tuđmanovih kritičara zbog šaranja neprimjerenih grafita fasovalo prijave i kazne.

       Treći član slavnog povijesnog trolista, Slobodan Milošević, također je odavno mrtav, ali ga u Srbiji jednako nije naodmet zaštititi od neprimjerenih napada i kritika, pošto su njegovo djelo i suradnici itekako živi. U Beogradu danas ne postoji baš naglašeni kult lika i djela Slobodana Miloševića, ali se zato itekako vitalizira njegova politika: s istih se političkih adresa vodi na istim postavkama velikosrpskih interesa uokvirenih svima dobro poznatim konceptom 'srpskog sveta'.

      Premda je Slobodan Milošević u Haagu bio optužen i gotovo osuđen za brojne ratne zločine na Kosovu, u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini, a Srbija pod njegovim vodstvom puno desetljeće patila pod sankcijama, bila izložena hiperinflaciji i srozavanju svih moralnih i društvenih vrijednosti, Milošević je za brojne sunarodnjake, a naročito one u vladajućim strukturama, neupitni nacionalni heroj. Ne može se baš mjeriti s javnom popularnošću Ratka Mladića ili Draže Mihailovića, čiji likovi krase brojne javne prostore, ali je zato duboko u srcima mnogih aktualnih dužnosnika koji ne daju vrijeđati uspomenu na istog. Prije par godina jedan prezimenjak balkanskog krvnika pokušao se približiti Slobinu grobu pred njegovom rodnom kućom u Požarevcu s glogovim kolcem, ali je promptno priveden, te ga se teretilo za djelo oskvrnuća posljednjeg počivališta u pokušaju.

 Vučićev ministar obrane Aleksandar Vulin ne propušta voljenome Slobi ni na jednu godišnjicu smrti odati javno priznanje. „Slobodan Milošević svojim je životom i smrću zaslužio poštovanje Srbije i Srba, ali i svih ljudi koji poštuju istinske borce za slobodu. Nisu svi prijatelji Slobodana Miloševića bili ni njegovi prijatelji, ni prijatelji Srbije, ali svi neprijatelji Slobodana Milošević bili su iskreni neprijatelji Srbije“, kazao je u jednom od svojih zadnjih nastupa na Slobinom grobu Vulin, u vrijeme Miloševićevog režima inače portparol stranke koju je svojedobno osnovala Miloševićeva supruga Mirjana Marković.

     Ime Alije Izetbegovića, pokojnog bošnjačkog vođe, biti će uskoro zaštićeno od svake neprimjerene javne upotrebe, najavljuju iz kruga njegovih poštovatelja, sarajevske Fondacije “Alija Izetbegović”.

     Glavni tajnik ove zaklade Muhamed Mulahmetović izjavio je za bosanske medije kako je proces zaštite imena Alije Izetbegovića od neovlaštene upotrebe upravo u tijeku, i to na više razina: ime osnivača SDA i žig istoimene političke fondacije već su registrirani pri Uredu za intelektualno vlasništvo Europske unije, dok je istovjetan proces u Turskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini i široj regiji još uvijek u proceduri. Cilj akcije, prema riječima njezinih pokretača, zaštita je lika i djela rahmetli predsjednika predsjedništva BiH od neovlaštene i neodgovarajuće upotrebe. Svaka sličnost s pokojnim maršalom SFRJ, čiji su lik i djelo također svojedobno štićeni posebnim zakonom, sasvim je slučajna i neprimjerena.

      Ime prvog hrvatskog predsjednika Franje Tuđmana još nije formalno zaštićeno nikakvim posebnim propisima, pa ni zakonom o liku i djelu voljenoga vođe, ali praktično itekako jest, za razliku od brojnih drugih općih vrijednosti u hrvatskome sudstvu. Prekršajni sudovi dosad su izrekli cijeli niz kazni i pravorijeka čak i za uvrede upućene Tuđmanovim spomenicima. Pokojni ratni snimatelj i hrvatski branitelj Zoran Erceg je zbog povika da je Tuđman ratni zločinac bio promptno priveden i osuđen na 15 dana zatvora, godinu dana uvjetno, te mu je izrečena i jednogodišnja zabrana prilaska spomeniku Vrhovnika kod zagrebačke koncertne dvorane Lisinski.  Za uvrede neponovljivoga i jedinstvenoga brončanoga Tuđmana pokojnog se Zorana Ercega teretilo na temelju Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira. U spomenutom zakonskom članku stoji: „Tko se na javnom mjestu ponaša na naročito drzak i nepristojan način vrijeđajući građane ili narušavajući njihov mir, kaznit će se za prekršaj novčanom kaznom u protuvrijednosti domaće valute od 50 do 350 DEM ili kaznom zatvora do 30 dana“. Za mlađahnog Filipa Draču, koji je na isti taj Tuđmanov spomenik u Zagrebu svojedobno nacrtao srp i čekić, Državno odvjetništvo tražilo je čak 10 mjeseci zatvora, s rokom kušnje od tri godine. Zakonski temelj za Dračin progon pronašli su u kaznenom djelo oštećenja tuđe stvari. Uz Ercega i Draču, još je nekoliko Tuđmanovih kritičara zbog šaranja neprimjerenih grafita fasovalo prijave i kazne.

       Treći član slavnog povijesnog trolista, Slobodan Milošević, također je odavno mrtav, ali ga u Srbiji jednako nije naodmet zaštititi od neprimjerenih napada i kritika, pošto su njegovo djelo i suradnici itekako živi. U Beogradu danas ne postoji baš naglašeni kult lika i djela Slobodana Miloševića, ali se zato itekako vitalizira njegova politika: s istih se političkih adresa vodi na istim postavkama velikosrpskih interesa uokvirenih svima dobro poznatim konceptom 'srpskog sveta'.

      Premda je Slobodan Milošević u Haagu bio optužen i gotovo osuđen za brojne ratne zločine na Kosovu, u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini, a Srbija pod njegovim vodstvom puno desetljeće patila pod sankcijama, bila izložena hiperinflaciji i srozavanju svih moralnih i društvenih vrijednosti, Milošević je za brojne sunarodnjake, a naročito one u vladajućim strukturama, neupitni nacionalni heroj. Ne može se baš mjeriti s javnom popularnošću Ratka Mladića ili Draže Mihailovića, čiji likovi krase brojne javne prostore, ali je zato duboko u srcima mnogih aktualnih dužnosnika koji ne daju vrijeđati uspomenu na istog. Prije par godina jedan prezimenjak balkanskog krvnika pokušao se približiti Slobinu grobu pred njegovom rodnom kućom u Požarevcu s glogovim kolcem, ali je promptno priveden, te ga se teretilo za djelo oskvrnuća posljednjeg počivališta u pokušaju.

 Vučićev ministar obrane Aleksandar Vulin ne propušta voljenome Slobi ni na jednu godišnjicu smrti odati javno priznanje. „Slobodan Milošević svojim je životom i smrću zaslužio poštovanje Srbije i Srba, ali i svih ljudi koji poštuju istinske borce za slobodu. Nisu svi prijatelji Slobodana Miloševića bili ni njegovi prijatelji, ni prijatelji Srbije, ali svi neprijatelji Slobodana Milošević bili su iskreni neprijatelji Srbije“, kazao je u jednom od svojih zadnjih nastupa na Slobinom grobu Vulin, u vrijeme Miloševićevog režima inače portparol stranke koju je svojedobno osnovala Miloševićeva supruga Mirjana Marković.
