U posljednjih nekoliko godina na širem području Mostara došlo je do pravog buma u gradnji vila i kuća s bazenom. Štoviše, sve više građana iz drugih gradova BiH, ponajviše Sarajeva, kupuje atraktivno zemljište južno od Mostara za gradnju takvih objekata, od običnih apartmanskih kuća, do luksuznih nekretnina, piše Avaz.
Potvrđuje to i Ramiz Bašić iz Turističke zajednice Hercegovačko-neretvanskog kantona, koji ocjenjuje kako je to iznenađujuće pozitivna priča za to područje Hercegovine.

- Definitivno, fokus je na Mostaru, kao i sve više prigradskim naseljima Blagaju, Malom Polju, Kosoru i drugim mjestima. Također, primjetno je i da naša dijaspora sve više ulaže u taj biznis, a ponuda je dosta šarolika, od obnovljenih kamenih kuća, do vila moderne arhitekture. U ekonomskom smislu, to je zaista jedan stabilan izvor prihoda - kazao je Bašić.

Iako prevladava mišljenje da potražnja za takvim objektima mahom dolazi od domaćih gostiju iz cijele BiH, ipak, kako Bašić naglašava, to se donekle moglo pripisati pandemijskom periodu.

- Gosti koji se odmaraju u takvim objektima dolaze skoro iz cijelog svijeta, od Nijemaca do Arapa. Ta vrsta odmora nudi im brojne mogućnosti. Prije svega, obilje prirodnih i drugih ljepota, razne turističke sadržaje – od bicikliranja u prirodi, do vožnji kajakom ili kanuom, blizina Jadrana, brojnih gradova koji su privlačni za istraživanje - pojasnio je Bašić.
Brojni objekti se nude i na stranicama koje promoviraju halal turizam zbog privatnosti, urednosti, čistoće, mogućnosti obavljanja molitve i slično.
Cijene iznajmljivanja takvih objekata ovise o brojnim faktorima, od veličine, nivoa uređenja, sadržaja, i kreću se od 200 KM (100 eura) za dvije osobe po noći do 2.500 KM (1300 eura).

U posljednjih nekoliko godina na širem području Mostara došlo je do pravog buma u gradnji vila i kuća s bazenom. Štoviše, sve više građana iz drugih gradova BiH, ponajviše Sarajeva, kupuje atraktivno zemljište južno od Mostara za gradnju takvih objekata, od običnih apartmanskih kuća, do luksuznih nekretnina, piše Avaz.
Potvrđuje to i Ramiz Bašić iz Turističke zajednice Hercegovačko-neretvanskog kantona, koji ocjenjuje kako je to iznenađujuće pozitivna priča za to područje Hercegovine.

- Definitivno, fokus je na Mostaru, kao i sve više prigradskim naseljima Blagaju, Malom Polju, Kosoru i drugim mjestima. Također, primjetno je i da naša dijaspora sve više ulaže u taj biznis, a ponuda je dosta šarolika, od obnovljenih kamenih kuća, do vila moderne arhitekture. U ekonomskom smislu, to je zaista jedan stabilan izvor prihoda - kazao je Bašić.

Iako prevladava mišljenje da potražnja za takvim objektima mahom dolazi od domaćih gostiju iz cijele BiH, ipak, kako Bašić naglašava, to se donekle moglo pripisati pandemijskom periodu.

- Gosti koji se odmaraju u takvim objektima dolaze skoro iz cijelog svijeta, od Nijemaca do Arapa. Ta vrsta odmora nudi im brojne mogućnosti. Prije svega, obilje prirodnih i drugih ljepota, razne turističke sadržaje – od bicikliranja u prirodi, do vožnji kajakom ili kanuom, blizina Jadrana, brojnih gradova koji su privlačni za istraživanje - pojasnio je Bašić.
Brojni objekti se nude i na stranicama koje promoviraju halal turizam zbog privatnosti, urednosti, čistoće, mogućnosti obavljanja molitve i slično.
Cijene iznajmljivanja takvih objekata ovise o brojnim faktorima, od veličine, nivoa uređenja, sadržaja, i kreću se od 200 KM (100 eura) za dvije osobe po noći do 2.500 KM (1300 eura).
