Posmrtni ostaci najmanje deset žrtava genocida počinjenog nad Bošnjacima u Srebrenici u srpnju 1995. godine pronađeni su u još jednoj masovnoj grobnici kod mjesta Kalinovik, potvrdili su u srijedu iz Međunarodnog povjerenstva za nestale osobe (ICMP) čije je sjedište u Den Haagu.
Analizom DNK uzoraka iz skeletnih ostataka pronađenih u grobnici otkrivenoj u svibnju potvrđeno je da su ondje pokopani Bošnjaci zarobljeni u Srebrenici nakon čega su ih pripadnici vojske i policije bosanskih Srba likvidirali.
Podaci o identitetu novootkrivenih žrtava koji su potvrđeni tijekom pretraga u laboratorijima ICMP-a u Den Haagu dostavljeni su bosanskohercegovačkom Institutu za nestale osobe (INO).
Grobnica u selu Dobro Polje kod Kalinovika, ujedno rodnom mjestu zapovjednika vojske bosanskih srba Ratka Mladića koji je pravomoćno osuđen za ratne zločine uključujući genocid u Srebrenici, prvo je grobište sa srebreničkim žrtvama pronađeno još od 2016. godine.
Grobište je na nepristupačnom terenu prekrivenom kamenjem te građevinskim otpadom.
Forenzičari su utvrdili kako su na posmrtnim ostacima žrtava bili vidljivi tragovi pogubljenja po kratkom postupku.
Kako je istaknuo Matthew Holliday, šef ICMP-ovog programa za zapadni Balkan, lokalitet Kalinovika je neuobičajen po tome što se u odnosu na sve grobnice vezane za srebrenički genocid koje su pronađene do sada, nalazi na daleko najvećoj udaljenosti od Srebrenice.
Ta je lokacija samo nekoliko kilometara od sela Godinjske Bare u blizini Trnova gdje su sredinom srpnja 1995. godine pripadnici srpske paravojne postrojbe "Škorpioni" strijeljali šest zarobljenika bošnjačke nacionalnosti iz Srebrenice što je ostalo zabilježeno na potresnim snimkama prikazanima i tijekom suđenja Slobodanu Miloševiću pred Haaškim tribunalom.
U genocidu u Srebrenici počinjenom nakon što su tu enklavu u istočnoj Bosni 11. srpnja okupirale postrojbe bosanskih Srba ubijeno je više od osam tisuća Bošnjaka, pretežito muškaraca i dječaka.
Još uvijek se traga za posmrtnim ostacima oko tisuću žrtava.

Posmrtni ostaci najmanje deset žrtava genocida počinjenog nad Bošnjacima u Srebrenici u srpnju 1995. godine pronađeni su u još jednoj masovnoj grobnici kod mjesta Kalinovik, potvrdili su u srijedu iz Međunarodnog povjerenstva za nestale osobe (ICMP) čije je sjedište u Den Haagu.
Analizom DNK uzoraka iz skeletnih ostataka pronađenih u grobnici otkrivenoj u svibnju potvrđeno je da su ondje pokopani Bošnjaci zarobljeni u Srebrenici nakon čega su ih pripadnici vojske i policije bosanskih Srba likvidirali.
Podaci o identitetu novootkrivenih žrtava koji su potvrđeni tijekom pretraga u laboratorijima ICMP-a u Den Haagu dostavljeni su bosanskohercegovačkom Institutu za nestale osobe (INO).
Grobnica u selu Dobro Polje kod Kalinovika, ujedno rodnom mjestu zapovjednika vojske bosanskih srba Ratka Mladića koji je pravomoćno osuđen za ratne zločine uključujući genocid u Srebrenici, prvo je grobište sa srebreničkim žrtvama pronađeno još od 2016. godine.
Grobište je na nepristupačnom terenu prekrivenom kamenjem te građevinskim otpadom.
Forenzičari su utvrdili kako su na posmrtnim ostacima žrtava bili vidljivi tragovi pogubljenja po kratkom postupku.
Kako je istaknuo Matthew Holliday, šef ICMP-ovog programa za zapadni Balkan, lokalitet Kalinovika je neuobičajen po tome što se u odnosu na sve grobnice vezane za srebrenički genocid koje su pronađene do sada, nalazi na daleko najvećoj udaljenosti od Srebrenice.
Ta je lokacija samo nekoliko kilometara od sela Godinjske Bare u blizini Trnova gdje su sredinom srpnja 1995. godine pripadnici srpske paravojne postrojbe "Škorpioni" strijeljali šest zarobljenika bošnjačke nacionalnosti iz Srebrenice što je ostalo zabilježeno na potresnim snimkama prikazanima i tijekom suđenja Slobodanu Miloševiću pred Haaškim tribunalom.
U genocidu u Srebrenici počinjenom nakon što su tu enklavu u istočnoj Bosni 11. srpnja okupirale postrojbe bosanskih Srba ubijeno je više od osam tisuća Bošnjaka, pretežito muškaraca i dječaka.
