Ima ona stara, znat ćete je vi, malo je i vulgarna, al je taman: ko o čemu, vojnik o skraćenju, k... o poštenju! A Milorad Dodik, trenutno predsjedatelj Predsjedništva BiH, o odcjepljenju.

Kažu neki da mu je to valjda već pedeseti put. Ako nije bilo i češće. Pa se zezaju da bi u Banjoj Luci trebalo postavit onaj brojčanik, da znamo precizno. Ko što u Sarajevo ima za potrošnju javnog novca.

Slaže se s prijedlogom i Ivana Marić, politička analitičarka iz Sarajeva. Štoviše, izgledna kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu, koja je prašinu digla i najavom moguće kandidature za hrvatskog člana Predsjedništva BiH na idućim izborima. To bi bilo zanimljivo vidjeti.

- Ma, što vam je, pa ne bi se on usudio! Ne smije on to provesti, taj referendum bio bi njegov kraj. Mi smo već navikli da on vrti stalno iste priče, ima on tih par tema za okupaciju pažnje naroda, pa uvijek treba vidjeti što tim najavama želi prikriti, što je u pozadini, kaže nam Ivana Marić.

A o čemu se radi? Najbolje ćemo to opisati onom basnom - svima dragoj, teško da se itko na nju može i uvrijediti - u kojoj Glavni Medo Republike Šumske mora povremeno pokazati koga bi on da se tu o svemu pita.

Slično je i Dodik u srijedu nastupio u Narodnoj skupštini Republike Srpske. Jednom od zastupnika, koji ga se usudio prekinuti nakon dvosatnog brundanja, Mile je pokazao gdje su izlazna vrata. Pa je ukorio i Nedeljka Čubrilovića, šefa Skupštine. A predstavnike međunarodne zajednice nazvao je pacovima. I sad vi recite...

“Mi predlažemo: vratite se na izvorni Daytonski sporazum, vratite nam ovlasti i ostajemo u BiH. U razumnom vremenu. Ne bude li ispoštovano, pokrenut ćemo mehanizme – pravo naroda na samopredeljenje koje nam je dano u aneksima i međunarodnim konvencijama koje su dio ustava”, izjavio je Dodik s govornice, najavivši kako će to osobno inicirati za godinu ili dvije.

Ustvrdio je kako za takav scenarij ima razumijevanja i u nekim državama Europske unije, jer ga je jedan europski dužnosnik navodno pitao o tome “može li se BiH mirno razići”. Sve skupa je trajalo satima, entitetska oporba napustila je sjednicu, ali je većina prihvatila zaključke koje Sarajevo naziva skandaloznim. I međunarodna zajednica.

Evo dijela jednog zaključka:

"Narodna skupština Republike Srpske smatra da je konačno došlo vrijeme da Bosna i Hercegovina sa svoja dva entiteta i tri konstitutivna naroda, preuzme odgovornost za vlastiti razvoj u skladu s Daytonskim sporazumom i međunarodnim pravom koje je integralni dio pravnog sustava BiH. Ako to ne bude na dnevnom redu u skorije vrijeme, treba pokrenuti razgovore o mirnom razlazu, u skladu s Poveljom Ujedinjenih naroda, koja garantira svakom narodu pravo na samopredjeljenje, i Međunarodnim paktom o građanskim i političkim pravima, te Paktom o gospodarskim, socijalnim i kulturnim pravima, koji su po Aneksu 1. na Aneks 4., sastavni dio Ustava BiH, a u kojima piše: 'Svi narodi imaju pravo na samoopredjeljenje....'"

I tako dalje...

Dodik je, prije svega, osuo paljbu na instituciju visokog predstavnika i na OHR, sve bi ih tužio i zatvorio im Ured. Zanimljivo je to u svijetlu skorašnjeg odlaska Valentina Inzka i izvjesnog dolaska novog visokog predstavnika, Nijemca Christiana Schmidta, koji bi trebao inicirati reforme u BiH.

- Dodik možda želi prikriti svoje razgovore s Matthewom Palmerom, posebnim predstavnikom SAD-a za Zapadni Balkan. Tko zna o čemu se sve razgovaralo... Pa je Bisera Turković, šefica diplomacije BiH, bila u Njemačkoj, a i Sergej Lavrov pozvao ju je u Moskvu. I to baš u vrijeme kad su Dodiku “pale akcije” kod Lavrova, čak ni kod Vučića više nije omiljen – slaže Ivana Marić moguće razloge Dodikove grmljavine, naglasivši da ne treba zaboraviti ni rok od tri mjeseca koji je Inzko početkom veljače dao Skupštini u Banjoj Luci da poništi odlikovanja ratnim zločincima Karadžiću, Mladiću, Krajišniku i Biljani Plavšić.

Podsjetimo, visoki predstavnik ima tzv. bonske ovlasti i može smijeniti političke dužnosnike u Bosni i Hercegovini.

"Ovlaštenja visokog predstavnika proizlaze iz međunarodnog prava i ne podliježu preispitivanju od strane bosanskohercegovačkih organa vlasti, uključujući i Narodnu skupštinu Republike Srpske", jasna je poruka OHR-a.

A dužan Dodiku nije ostao ni Željko Komšić, član Predsjedništva BiH:

"S obzirom da se poziva na Skupštinu koja je donosila političke odluke o provođenju genocida, i da su na bazi tih odluka politički i vojni dužnosnici iz RS osuđeni za genocid, najnoviji Dodikovi pozivi samo su nastavak kontinuiteta genocidne politike".

Kaže Komšić da su svi oni koji vole državu Bosnu i Hercegovinu jači za jedno veliko generacijsko iskustvo i da bi nova runda genocidne politike za dva dana doživjela potpuni debakl.

“Ako želi vidjeti nestanak RS, neka pokuša provesti to što govori. Pošto sam siguran da to ne želi, Dodiku bi bilo bolje da se okrene rješavanju stvarnih problema građana, a ne da moramo raspravljati o njegovim ispadima", podvukao je Komšić.

Dragan Čović, čelnik HDZ-a BiH, često u suglasju s Dodikom, još nije reagirao. Analitičarka Ivana Marić misli da i neće:

- Podijelili su se oni. Čović ne reagira na najave referenduma, to je, kao, više odnos Srba i Bošnjaka. Čoviću je više stalo da se samo priča o izmjenama izbornog zakona i legitimnom predstavljanju Hrvata.

Ima ona stara, znat ćete je vi, malo je i vulgarna, al je taman: ko o čemu, vojnik o skraćenju, k... o poštenju! A Milorad Dodik, trenutno predsjedatelj Predsjedništva BiH, o odcjepljenju.

Kažu neki da mu je to valjda već pedeseti put. Ako nije bilo i češće. Pa se zezaju da bi u Banjoj Luci trebalo postavit onaj brojčanik, da znamo precizno. Ko što u Sarajevo ima za potrošnju javnog novca.

Slaže se s prijedlogom i Ivana Marić, politička analitičarka iz Sarajeva. Štoviše, izgledna kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu, koja je prašinu digla i najavom moguće kandidature za hrvatskog člana Predsjedništva BiH na idućim izborima. To bi bilo zanimljivo vidjeti.

- Ma, što vam je, pa ne bi se on usudio! Ne smije on to provesti, taj referendum bio bi njegov kraj. Mi smo već navikli da on vrti stalno iste priče, ima on tih par tema za okupaciju pažnje naroda, pa uvijek treba vidjeti što tim najavama želi prikriti, što je u pozadini, kaže nam Ivana Marić.

A o čemu se radi? Najbolje ćemo to opisati onom basnom - svima dragoj, teško da se itko na nju može i uvrijediti - u kojoj Glavni Medo Republike Šumske mora povremeno pokazati koga bi on da se tu o svemu pita.

Slično je i Dodik u srijedu nastupio u Narodnoj skupštini Republike Srpske. Jednom od zastupnika, koji ga se usudio prekinuti nakon dvosatnog brundanja, Mile je pokazao gdje su izlazna vrata. Pa je ukorio i Nedeljka Čubrilovića, šefa Skupštine. A predstavnike međunarodne zajednice nazvao je pacovima. I sad vi recite...

“Mi predlažemo: vratite se na izvorni Daytonski sporazum, vratite nam ovlasti i ostajemo u BiH. U razumnom vremenu. Ne bude li ispoštovano, pokrenut ćemo mehanizme – pravo naroda na samopredeljenje koje nam je dano u aneksima i međunarodnim konvencijama koje su dio ustava”, izjavio je Dodik s govornice, najavivši kako će to osobno inicirati za godinu ili dvije.

Ustvrdio je kako za takav scenarij ima razumijevanja i u nekim državama Europske unije, jer ga je jedan europski dužnosnik navodno pitao o tome “može li se BiH mirno razići”. Sve skupa je trajalo satima, entitetska oporba napustila je sjednicu, ali je većina prihvatila zaključke koje Sarajevo naziva skandaloznim. I međunarodna zajednica.

Evo dijela jednog zaključka:

"Narodna skupština Republike Srpske smatra da je konačno došlo vrijeme da Bosna i Hercegovina sa svoja dva entiteta i tri konstitutivna naroda, preuzme odgovornost za vlastiti razvoj u skladu s Daytonskim sporazumom i međunarodnim pravom koje je integralni dio pravnog sustava BiH. Ako to ne bude na dnevnom redu u skorije vrijeme, treba pokrenuti razgovore o mirnom razlazu, u skladu s Poveljom Ujedinjenih naroda, koja garantira svakom narodu pravo na samopredjeljenje, i Međunarodnim paktom o građanskim i političkim pravima, te Paktom o gospodarskim, socijalnim i kulturnim pravima, koji su po Aneksu 1. na Aneks 4., sastavni dio Ustava BiH, a u kojima piše: 'Svi narodi imaju pravo na samoopredjeljenje....'"

I tako dalje...

Dodik je, prije svega, osuo paljbu na instituciju visokog predstavnika i na OHR, sve bi ih tužio i zatvorio im Ured. Zanimljivo je to u svijetlu skorašnjeg odlaska Valentina Inzka i izvjesnog dolaska novog visokog predstavnika, Nijemca Christiana Schmidta, koji bi trebao inicirati reforme u BiH.

- Dodik možda želi prikriti svoje razgovore s Matthewom Palmerom, posebnim predstavnikom SAD-a za Zapadni Balkan. Tko zna o čemu se sve razgovaralo... Pa je Bisera Turković, šefica diplomacije BiH, bila u Njemačkoj, a i Sergej Lavrov pozvao ju je u Moskvu. I to baš u vrijeme kad su Dodiku “pale akcije” kod Lavrova, čak ni kod Vučića više nije omiljen – slaže Ivana Marić moguće razloge Dodikove grmljavine, naglasivši da ne treba zaboraviti ni rok od tri mjeseca koji je Inzko početkom veljače dao Skupštini u Banjoj Luci da poništi odlikovanja ratnim zločincima Karadžiću, Mladiću, Krajišniku i Biljani Plavšić.

Podsjetimo, visoki predstavnik ima tzv. bonske ovlasti i može smijeniti političke dužnosnike u Bosni i Hercegovini.

"Ovlaštenja visokog predstavnika proizlaze iz međunarodnog prava i ne podliježu preispitivanju od strane bosanskohercegovačkih organa vlasti, uključujući i Narodnu skupštinu Republike Srpske", jasna je poruka OHR-a.

A dužan Dodiku nije ostao ni Željko Komšić, član Predsjedništva BiH:

"S obzirom da se poziva na Skupštinu koja je donosila političke odluke o provođenju genocida, i da su na bazi tih odluka politički i vojni dužnosnici iz RS osuđeni za genocid, najnoviji Dodikovi pozivi samo su nastavak kontinuiteta genocidne politike".

Kaže Komšić da su svi oni koji vole državu Bosnu i Hercegovinu jači za jedno veliko generacijsko iskustvo i da bi nova runda genocidne politike za dva dana doživjela potpuni debakl.

“Ako želi vidjeti nestanak RS, neka pokuša provesti to što govori. Pošto sam siguran da to ne želi, Dodiku bi bilo bolje da se okrene rješavanju stvarnih problema građana, a ne da moramo raspravljati o njegovim ispadima", podvukao je Komšić.

Dragan Čović, čelnik HDZ-a BiH, često u suglasju s Dodikom, još nije reagirao. Analitičarka Ivana Marić misli da i neće:

- Podijelili su se oni. Čović ne reagira na najave referenduma, to je, kao, više odnos Srba i Bošnjaka. Čoviću je više stalo da se samo priča o izmjenama izbornog zakona i legitimnom predstavljanju Hrvata.
