Lijekovi za smirenje, antibiotici, pripravci za bildanje muške potencije tipa Viagre i Dinamica, brendirane kozmetičke linije, parfemi, vitamini, popularna sredstva protiv bolova i dalje su top odabir hrvatskih građana, koji koroni i pratećim zabranama usprkos, i nadalje obilato shoppingiraju u ljekarnama Posušja i Sovića.
Razlog koji ih tamo vuče je cijena od deset do 40 posto niža nego u hrvatskim ljekarnama. Rezultat je ona manje veleprodajne i cijene i marže. Kupcima iz RH dodatna je pogodnost i povrat poreza što još više snižava već ionako pristupačniju kupovinu.
Upravo to mnogobrojne Hrvate s poteza Trilja, Splita, Makarske dovodi u pograničnu zonu, u zdravstvene shoppinge u hercegovački kraj, gdje primjerice za 64 kune mogu kupiti antibiotik Klavocin. Ili za 29,60 kuna Sumamed.
- Najviše se traže anksiolitici, skupina lijekova za smirenje tipa Xanaxa, Lexiliuma, Apaurina. Tu su i vitamini, minerali, dodaci prehrani. Kada se govorilo kako u borbi protiv korone pomaže vitamin D, imali smo veliku potražnju za tim pripravkom. Tu su i parfemi, lijekovi za sniženje temperature tipa Aspirina, Andola, Lekadola. Interes uvijek vlada i za Viagrom i Dinamicom, pripravcima za bildanje muške potencije - veli nam mr. diplomirani farmaceut Dragan Pitić, iz ljekarne Biopharm u Posušju, smještene nedaleko od graničnog prijelaza.
Pa da vidimo što to Hrvate vuče u hercegovački Eldorado i zbog čega su do korone radili 30 posto prometa u pograničnim ljekarnama.
Lijek za smirenje tipa Xanax u BiH košta od 10 do 13 kuna, zavisno od jačine. Lexiliumu, još jednom lijeku za smirenje, cijena varira od devet do 18 kuna, ovisno od doze. Pakiranje Andola 20 puta 300 mg je u BiH 16 kuna, četiri puta jeftinije nego u RH. A onom od 30 puta 100 mg, cijena je 16 kuna, za sedam niža nego u Hrvatskoj.
Dinamico za bildanje muške seksualne snage, pakiranje sa 4 tablete puta 100 miligrama, u BiH dođe 160 kuna. U Hrvatskoj mu je cijena 250 kuna. I kao i Viagra može se dobiti isključivo uz liječničku preporuku i na bijeli recept.

- Uštedi se dosta koliko čujem, Aspirin tablete 20 puta 500 mg za čak 12 kuna su jeftinije nego u dalmatinskim ljekarnama. Neke od tekućina za leće, primjerice ona od 400 mililitara, u BiH je jeftinija 27 kuna, dodaci za zaštitu očiju do 38 kuna, a kapi za vlaženje očiju bez konzervansa 23 kune.
Ogroman je interes i za kozmetikom, što je razumljivo, jer je cijena nekih proizvoda u razdoblju naših popusta, kod linija tipa Uriage, Eucerin, La Roche čak za 40 posto niža nego u Hrvatskoj. Drugim riječima, cijena s popustom od 20 posto u Hrvatskoj je naša originalna. A kada na to stavimo i akciju, tada pada i za 40 posto – veli mr. Dragan Pitić.
Kako to uspijevaju? Pojašnjenje nam daje hercegovački poduzetnik Vjekoslav Bakula, koji se, između ostalog, bavi i ljekarničkim biznisom. On nam navodi kako su uistinu svi bezreceptni lijekovi, uostalom kao i sve kućne potrepštine, znatno jeftiniji u BiH nego u Hrvatskoj.
- Možda je tome razlog ljekarnička marža u BiH koja iznosi maksimalnih 25 posto. Realna je ispod 20 posto u većini ljekarni. Za usporedbu, u Hrvatskoj je maksimalna ljekarnička marža 35 posto i realno se uglavnom kreće oko te brojke. A, činjenica je da su i dobavljačke veledrogerijske cijene u BiH niže nego u Hrvatskoj, i to za iste lijekove, istog proizvođača. Ono što smanjuje cijenu, primjerice, kućnim potrepštinama je niži PDV-u u BiH, kao i znatno niža marža u trgovinama u graničnim područjima – pojasnio nam je Bakula.
U svakom slučaju kupcima je to razlog za veselje, ali i prilična ušteda.

Liječnici: Oprezno s uzimanjem lijekova i suplemenata na svoju ruku!
Liječnici koje smo kontaktirali slažu se u jednom, s lijekovima i suplementima za kojima ponekad na svoju ruku posežemo, treba biti iznimno pažljiv.
Iznimno je važno prije konzumacije popričati sa svojim liječnikom, educiranim ljekarnikom, poslušati što kažu, ispričati im što inače uzimamo, savjetovati se ukoliko postoji neki od zdravstvenih tegoba kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih kontraindikacija.
Bolje je spriječiti nego liječiti, vele liječnici i ljekarnici, uvijek apelirajući na neugodne potencijalne nuspojave, koje se mogu javiti. Te umjesto željenog olakšanja stvoriti neželjeni zdravstveni problem.

Lijekovi za smirenje, antibiotici, pripravci za bildanje muške potencije tipa Viagre i Dinamica, brendirane kozmetičke linije, parfemi, vitamini, popularna sredstva protiv bolova i dalje su top odabir hrvatskih građana, koji koroni i pratećim zabranama usprkos, i nadalje obilato shoppingiraju u ljekarnama Posušja i Sovića.
Razlog koji ih tamo vuče je cijena od deset do 40 posto niža nego u hrvatskim ljekarnama. Rezultat je ona manje veleprodajne i cijene i marže. Kupcima iz RH dodatna je pogodnost i povrat poreza što još više snižava već ionako pristupačniju kupovinu.
Upravo to mnogobrojne Hrvate s poteza Trilja, Splita, Makarske dovodi u pograničnu zonu, u zdravstvene shoppinge u hercegovački kraj, gdje primjerice za 64 kune mogu kupiti antibiotik Klavocin. Ili za 29,60 kuna Sumamed.
- Najviše se traže anksiolitici, skupina lijekova za smirenje tipa Xanaxa, Lexiliuma, Apaurina. Tu su i vitamini, minerali, dodaci prehrani. Kada se govorilo kako u borbi protiv korone pomaže vitamin D, imali smo veliku potražnju za tim pripravkom. Tu su i parfemi, lijekovi za sniženje temperature tipa Aspirina, Andola, Lekadola. Interes uvijek vlada i za Viagrom i Dinamicom, pripravcima za bildanje muške potencije - veli nam mr. diplomirani farmaceut Dragan Pitić, iz ljekarne Biopharm u Posušju, smještene nedaleko od graničnog prijelaza.
Pa da vidimo što to Hrvate vuče u hercegovački Eldorado i zbog čega su do korone radili 30 posto prometa u pograničnim ljekarnama.
Lijek za smirenje tipa Xanax u BiH košta od 10 do 13 kuna, zavisno od jačine. Lexiliumu, još jednom lijeku za smirenje, cijena varira od devet do 18 kuna, ovisno od doze. Pakiranje Andola 20 puta 300 mg je u BiH 16 kuna, četiri puta jeftinije nego u RH. A onom od 30 puta 100 mg, cijena je 16 kuna, za sedam niža nego u Hrvatskoj.
Dinamico za bildanje muške seksualne snage, pakiranje sa 4 tablete puta 100 miligrama, u BiH dođe 160 kuna. U Hrvatskoj mu je cijena 250 kuna. I kao i Viagra može se dobiti isključivo uz liječničku preporuku i na bijeli recept.

- Uštedi se dosta koliko čujem, Aspirin tablete 20 puta 500 mg za čak 12 kuna su jeftinije nego u dalmatinskim ljekarnama. Neke od tekućina za leće, primjerice ona od 400 mililitara, u BiH je jeftinija 27 kuna, dodaci za zaštitu očiju do 38 kuna, a kapi za vlaženje očiju bez konzervansa 23 kune.
Ogroman je interes i za kozmetikom, što je razumljivo, jer je cijena nekih proizvoda u razdoblju naših popusta, kod linija tipa Uriage, Eucerin, La Roche čak za 40 posto niža nego u Hrvatskoj. Drugim riječima, cijena s popustom od 20 posto u Hrvatskoj je naša originalna. A kada na to stavimo i akciju, tada pada i za 40 posto – veli mr. Dragan Pitić.
Kako to uspijevaju? Pojašnjenje nam daje hercegovački poduzetnik Vjekoslav Bakula, koji se, između ostalog, bavi i ljekarničkim biznisom. On nam navodi kako su uistinu svi bezreceptni lijekovi, uostalom kao i sve kućne potrepštine, znatno jeftiniji u BiH nego u Hrvatskoj.
- Možda je tome razlog ljekarnička marža u BiH koja iznosi maksimalnih 25 posto. Realna je ispod 20 posto u većini ljekarni. Za usporedbu, u Hrvatskoj je maksimalna ljekarnička marža 35 posto i realno se uglavnom kreće oko te brojke. A, činjenica je da su i dobavljačke veledrogerijske cijene u BiH niže nego u Hrvatskoj, i to za iste lijekove, istog proizvođača. Ono što smanjuje cijenu, primjerice, kućnim potrepštinama je niži PDV-u u BiH, kao i znatno niža marža u trgovinama u graničnim područjima – pojasnio nam je Bakula.
U svakom slučaju kupcima je to razlog za veselje, ali i prilična ušteda.

Liječnici: Oprezno s uzimanjem lijekova i suplemenata na svoju ruku!
Liječnici koje smo kontaktirali slažu se u jednom, s lijekovima i suplementima za kojima ponekad na svoju ruku posežemo, treba biti iznimno pažljiv.
Iznimno je važno prije konzumacije popričati sa svojim liječnikom, educiranim ljekarnikom, poslušati što kažu, ispričati im što inače uzimamo, savjetovati se ukoliko postoji neki od zdravstvenih tegoba kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih kontraindikacija.
Bolje je spriječiti nego liječiti, vele liječnici i ljekarnici, uvijek apelirajući na neugodne potencijalne nuspojave, koje se mogu javiti. Te umjesto željenog olakšanja stvoriti neželjeni zdravstveni problem.
