Muškarac iz Srbije (39) osuđen je na 13 mjeseci zatvora i mora platiti 25.000 eura jer je petero ljudi umrlo, a šestero ima doživotne posljedice zbog trovanja kajmakom iz mljekare u Austriji na čijem je čelu bio.

Suđenju koje je održano prošlog tjedna prethodila je serija trovanja listerijom od 2020. do 2022. godine, a kada su nadležni u Austriji proveli istragu, dokazi su ih doveli do mljekare Glognitz u Wiener Neustadtu u Donjoj Austriji. Sudski vještaci ustanovili su da listerija koja je izazvala oboljenje kod ljudi pripada istom soju bakterije koji je pronađen i u proizvodima i u mljekari. 

Beogradski mediji pišu kako su dvije osobe zadobile trajno oštećenje mozga, a tri kroničnu bubrežnu insuficijenciju, upalu pluća i malaksalost.

Mlađa žena ispričala je da je tijekom 2022. godine, nakon što je konzumirala proizvode iz mljekare, rodila sedam tjedana ranije te da je dijete odmah moralo biti priključeno na respirator te da se da se razboljelo i pretrpjelo teži oblik sepse. Jedan građevinski radnik koji je konzumirao otrovni kajmak morat će se do kraja života hraniti uz pomoć sonde, jedna je žena ostala u invalidskim kolicima, a u sudnici se pojavila i udovica muškarca koji je umro od listerije.

Srbinova tvrtka proglasila je bankrot nakon što je u javnost isplivala informacija o zarazi, a na sudu se ispostavilo da je to čak drugi put da je ta bakterija pronađena u toj mljekari. Prvi je put uočena 2018., ali je optuženi Srbin rekao da je to saznao tek kasnije.

Saslušanjem svjedoka otkriveni su brojni propusti u radu mljekare. Ispričali su da su u mljekari imali štakore, osjećao se neugodan miris, a klime nisu radile. Osim niza propusta u održavanju, utvrđeno je i da zaposleni nisu prošli odgovarajuću obuku te da dostavna vozila nisu bila adekvatno hlađena.

Okrivljeni Srbin govorio je na suđenju o svojoj djelatnosti prije otvaranja tvornice sira. Radio je u tvrtki za preradu mesa 13 godina prije nego što je i sam kupio mesnicu i pretvorio je u mljekaru. Negirao je bilo kakve higijenske probleme o kojima se može pročitati u rezultatima rada inspekcije. Prema riječima optuženog, bilo je samo poteškoća sa strojevima.

Da se postupak ne bi odugovlačio, donesena je odluka da se o novim optužbama odlučuje 14. ožujka. Ta presuda nije konačna.

Muškarac iz Srbije (39) osuđen je na 13 mjeseci zatvora i mora platiti 25.000 eura jer je petero ljudi umrlo, a šestero ima doživotne posljedice zbog trovanja kajmakom iz mljekare u Austriji na čijem je čelu bio.

Suđenju koje je održano prošlog tjedna prethodila je serija trovanja listerijom od 2020. do 2022. godine, a kada su nadležni u Austriji proveli istragu, dokazi su ih doveli do mljekare Glognitz u Wiener Neustadtu u Donjoj Austriji. Sudski vještaci ustanovili su da listerija koja je izazvala oboljenje kod ljudi pripada istom soju bakterije koji je pronađen i u proizvodima i u mljekari. 

Beogradski mediji pišu kako su dvije osobe zadobile trajno oštećenje mozga, a tri kroničnu bubrežnu insuficijenciju, upalu pluća i malaksalost.

Mlađa žena ispričala je da je tijekom 2022. godine, nakon što je konzumirala proizvode iz mljekare, rodila sedam tjedana ranije te da je dijete odmah moralo biti priključeno na respirator te da se da se razboljelo i pretrpjelo teži oblik sepse. Jedan građevinski radnik koji je konzumirao otrovni kajmak morat će se do kraja života hraniti uz pomoć sonde, jedna je žena ostala u invalidskim kolicima, a u sudnici se pojavila i udovica muškarca koji je umro od listerije.

Srbinova tvrtka proglasila je bankrot nakon što je u javnost isplivala informacija o zarazi, a na sudu se ispostavilo da je to čak drugi put da je ta bakterija pronađena u toj mljekari. Prvi je put uočena 2018., ali je optuženi Srbin rekao da je to saznao tek kasnije.

Saslušanjem svjedoka otkriveni su brojni propusti u radu mljekare. Ispričali su da su u mljekari imali štakore, osjećao se neugodan miris, a klime nisu radile. Osim niza propusta u održavanju, utvrđeno je i da zaposleni nisu prošli odgovarajuću obuku te da dostavna vozila nisu bila adekvatno hlađena.

Okrivljeni Srbin govorio je na suđenju o svojoj djelatnosti prije otvaranja tvornice sira. Radio je u tvrtki za preradu mesa 13 godina prije nego što je i sam kupio mesnicu i pretvorio je u mljekaru. Negirao je bilo kakve higijenske probleme o kojima se može pročitati u rezultatima rada inspekcije. Prema riječima optuženog, bilo je samo poteškoća sa strojevima.

Da se postupak ne bi odugovlačio, donesena je odluka da se o novim optužbama odlučuje 14. ožujka. Ta presuda nije konačna.

Muškarac iz Srbije (39) osuđen je na 13 mjeseci zatvora i mora platiti 25.000 eura jer je petero ljudi umrlo, a šestero ima doživotne posljedice zbog trovanja kajmakom iz mljekare u Austriji na čijem je čelu bio.

Suđenju koje je održano prošlog tjedna prethodila je serija trovanja listerijom od 2020. do 2022. godine, a kada su nadležni u Austriji proveli istragu, dokazi su ih doveli do mljekare Glognitz u Wiener Neustadtu u Donjoj Austriji. Sudski vještaci ustanovili su da listerija koja je izazvala oboljenje kod ljudi pripada istom soju bakterije koji je pronađen i u proizvodima i u mljekari. 

Beogradski mediji pišu kako su dvije osobe zadobile trajno oštećenje mozga, a tri kroničnu bubrežnu insuficijenciju, upalu pluća i malaksalost.
