Solinski poduzetnik Miroslav Jeličić Purko, za kojeg se u financijskim krugovima ističe da je veteran domaćeg tržišta kapitala, te s njim povezana splitska tvrtka “Stanovi Jadran”, prodali su firmu “Winter” iz Travnika (BiH) koja upravlja hotelom “Blanca Resort & Spa” na planini Vlašić.

Novi vlasnici turističkog objekta postali su investitori iz susjedne nam države, koji su ukupno 9,5 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka, odnosno oko 36,2 milijuna kuna uložili u akviziciju u blizini popularnog skijališta. “Stanovi Jadran” su kupoprodajni ugovor, “težak” 8,45 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka (oko 32,2 milijuna kuna), za svojih 89 posto poslovnih udjela u “Winteru” sklopili prije nekoliko dana u Sarajevu.

Miroslav Jeličić Purko, čiji je “Jadran Kapital” većinski dioničar “Stanova Jadran”, te koji je ujedno i predsjednik Nadzornog odbora te splitske nekretninske tvrtke, kao imatelj preostalih 11 posto bosansko-hercegovačke tvrtke, svoje osobne udjele prodao je istom kupcu za 1,04 milijuna kuna, odnosno za oko četiri milijuna kuna. O tome svjedoči objava koju je na Zagrebačkoj burzi objavila splitska tvrtka budući da njezine dionice od 2018. godine kotiraju na uređenom tržištu.

Investitor Jeličić Purko je široj javnosti također poznat kao predstavnik Udruge manjinskih dioničara “Agrokora”, predsjednik je Savjeta CAMA (Crnogorska asocijacija manjinskih akcionara), a od 2005. do 2010. godine bio je partner s istarskim poduzetnikom Kristijanom Floričićem, gdje je njihov “Aureus Invest”, koji je upravljao s četiri investicijska fonda, 2008. godine upravljao s više od milijardu kuna kapitala.

– Hotel “Blanca Resort & Spa” je izgrađen u središtu planine Vlašić kao “greenfield” investicija i otvoren je 2010. godine. Proglašavan je najljepšim planinskim hotelom u jugoistočnoj Europi, te je dobitnik više svjetskih nagrada na turističkim natjecanjima. Ima 56 smještajnih jedinica, wellness centar, ski-bar, looby bar, konferencijsku dvoranu...

Prodaja je bila logičan potez, zbog promjene strategije tvrtke.

Naime, hotel je nakon 10 godina tražio proširenje kapaciteta zbog velike potražnje klijenata, a to bi smanjilo diverzifikaciju našeg portfelja i povećalo rizike prema dioničarima. Kupce ne mogu imenovati, ali mogu kazati da se radi o investitorima iz Bosne i Hercegovine koji su već napravili određene investicije na istom području – rekao nam je Miroslav Jeličić Purko.

Grupa “Jadran Kapital” i s njom povezane tvrtke, kaže nas sugovornik, ne staju s investicijama. Zadnja u nizu bio je projekt “Peškarija” na šibenskoj rivi, gdje su izgradili hotel, sedam luksuznih stanova i dva restorana.

Što se tiče Dalmacije, slijedi investicija u vinariju na Hvaru, dok se ostala ulaganja odnose na tri projekta u Dubrovniku i jedan na sjeveru Hrvatske.

Solinski poduzetnik Miroslav Jeličić Purko, za kojeg se u financijskim krugovima ističe da je veteran domaćeg tržišta kapitala, te s njim povezana splitska tvrtka “Stanovi Jadran”, prodali su firmu “Winter” iz Travnika (BiH) koja upravlja hotelom “Blanca Resort & Spa” na planini Vlašić.

Novi vlasnici turističkog objekta postali su investitori iz susjedne nam države, koji su ukupno 9,5 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka, odnosno oko 36,2 milijuna kuna uložili u akviziciju u blizini popularnog skijališta. “Stanovi Jadran” su kupoprodajni ugovor, “težak” 8,45 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka (oko 32,2 milijuna kuna), za svojih 89 posto poslovnih udjela u “Winteru” sklopili prije nekoliko dana u Sarajevu.

Miroslav Jeličić Purko, čiji je “Jadran Kapital” većinski dioničar “Stanova Jadran”, te koji je ujedno i predsjednik Nadzornog odbora te splitske nekretninske tvrtke, kao imatelj preostalih 11 posto bosansko-hercegovačke tvrtke, svoje osobne udjele prodao je istom kupcu za 1,04 milijuna kuna, odnosno za oko četiri milijuna kuna. O tome svjedoči objava koju je na Zagrebačkoj burzi objavila splitska tvrtka budući da njezine dionice od 2018. godine kotiraju na uređenom tržištu.

Investitor Jeličić Purko je široj javnosti također poznat kao predstavnik Udruge manjinskih dioničara “Agrokora”, predsjednik je Savjeta CAMA (Crnogorska asocijacija manjinskih akcionara), a od 2005. do 2010. godine bio je partner s istarskim poduzetnikom Kristijanom Floričićem, gdje je njihov “Aureus Invest”, koji je upravljao s četiri investicijska fonda, 2008. godine upravljao s više od milijardu kuna kapitala.

– Hotel “Blanca Resort & Spa” je izgrađen u središtu planine Vlašić kao “greenfield” investicija i otvoren je 2010. godine. Proglašavan je najljepšim planinskim hotelom u jugoistočnoj Europi, te je dobitnik više svjetskih nagrada na turističkim natjecanjima. Ima 56 smještajnih jedinica, wellness centar, ski-bar, looby bar, konferencijsku dvoranu...

Prodaja je bila logičan potez, zbog promjene strategije tvrtke.

Naime, hotel je nakon 10 godina tražio proširenje kapaciteta zbog velike potražnje klijenata, a to bi smanjilo diverzifikaciju našeg portfelja i povećalo rizike prema dioničarima. Kupce ne mogu imenovati, ali mogu kazati da se radi o investitorima iz Bosne i Hercegovine koji su već napravili određene investicije na istom području – rekao nam je Miroslav Jeličić Purko.

Grupa “Jadran Kapital” i s njom povezane tvrtke, kaže nas sugovornik, ne staju s investicijama. Zadnja u nizu bio je projekt “Peškarija” na šibenskoj rivi, gdje su izgradili hotel, sedam luksuznih stanova i dva restorana.

Što se tiče Dalmacije, slijedi investicija u vinariju na Hvaru, dok se ostala ulaganja odnose na tri projekta u Dubrovniku i jedan na sjeveru Hrvatske.

Solinski poduzetnik Miroslav Jeličić Purko, za kojeg se u financijskim krugovima ističe da je veteran domaćeg tržišta kapitala, te s njim povezana splitska tvrtka “Stanovi Jadran”, prodali su firmu “Winter” iz Travnika (BiH) koja upravlja hotelom “Blanca Resort & Spa” na planini Vlašić.

Novi vlasnici turističkog objekta postali su investitori iz susjedne nam države, koji su ukupno 9,5 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka, odnosno oko 36,2 milijuna kuna uložili u akviziciju u blizini popularnog skijališta. “Stanovi Jadran” su kupoprodajni ugovor, “težak” 8,45 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka (oko 32,2 milijuna kuna), za svojih 89 posto poslovnih udjela u “Winteru” sklopili prije nekoliko dana u Sarajevu.
