Predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor predložio je u srijedu pomjenu pristupa Europske unije prema BiH odnosno brzu dodjelu toj zemlji statusa kandidata za članstvo nakon čega bi se ponovo inzistiralo na provedbi preduvjeta koje je Europska komisija postavila pred BiH još 2019.

U govoru koji je održao u Sarajevu na otvaranju poslovne konferencije Pahor je kazao kako je svima jasno da je politička stabilnost preduvjet gospodarskog razvitka a regija zapadnog Balkana i dalje je prostor političke nestabilnosti.

Ocijenio je da stalno prijeti nestabilnost prouzročena bugarskom blokadom makedonskih pregovora o članstvu u EU što se prelijeva i na Albaniju, izostankom napretka u pregovorima Srbije i Kosova ali i unutarnjim problemima koje ima BiH.

Pahor drži kako je možda najvažnije riješiti zastoj u slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine pred koju je postavljeno 14 prioriteta koje valja riješiti kako bi dobila kandidatski status. Zastoj na tom planu traje već duže od dvije godine a slovenski predsjednik sada predlaže da se BiH ipak da takav status kao važan politički signal o postojanju jasne europske perspektive te da se nakon toga radi na ispunjenu postavljenih kriterija.  

Pojasnio je kako je integracijski proces zbog prevelike sporosti prouzročio rast nacionalizma i potaknuo neprihvatljive ideje o promjenama granica u regiji.

Predložio je stoga da se o proširenju razmišlja kao o najvažnijem pitanju koje je posebice dobilo na značaju nakon ruske agresije na Ukrajinu.

"Podržavam ubrzani pristup Ukrajine no želim ubrzani pristup i kada je riječ o BiH", kazao je Pahor dodajući kako je potrebno iskoristiti sadašnji trenutak i pomoći BiH jer je to od ključne važnosti ne samo za BiH nego i za stabilnost cijele regije.

"Ne znam je li ovo izvedivo i koliko će biti komplicirano postići konsenzus oko ovoga no to mi se čini trenutačno najproduktivnijom idejom kada je riječ o postupku proširenja", kazao je predsjednik Slovenije.

Dodao je da je sada potrebna odlučna potpora iz Bruxellesa da bi se i ljudima u BiH pokazalo da je europska perspektiva dostižna.

Predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor predložio je u srijedu pomjenu pristupa Europske unije prema BiH odnosno brzu dodjelu toj zemlji statusa kandidata za članstvo nakon čega bi se ponovo inzistiralo na provedbi preduvjeta koje je Europska komisija postavila pred BiH još 2019.

U govoru koji je održao u Sarajevu na otvaranju poslovne konferencije Pahor je kazao kako je svima jasno da je politička stabilnost preduvjet gospodarskog razvitka a regija zapadnog Balkana i dalje je prostor političke nestabilnosti.

Ocijenio je da stalno prijeti nestabilnost prouzročena bugarskom blokadom makedonskih pregovora o članstvu u EU što se prelijeva i na Albaniju, izostankom napretka u pregovorima Srbije i Kosova ali i unutarnjim problemima koje ima BiH.

Pahor drži kako je možda najvažnije riješiti zastoj u slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine pred koju je postavljeno 14 prioriteta koje valja riješiti kako bi dobila kandidatski status. Zastoj na tom planu traje već duže od dvije godine a slovenski predsjednik sada predlaže da se BiH ipak da takav status kao važan politički signal o postojanju jasne europske perspektive te da se nakon toga radi na ispunjenu postavljenih kriterija.  

Pojasnio je kako je integracijski proces zbog prevelike sporosti prouzročio rast nacionalizma i potaknuo neprihvatljive ideje o promjenama granica u regiji.

Predložio je stoga da se o proširenju razmišlja kao o najvažnijem pitanju koje je posebice dobilo na značaju nakon ruske agresije na Ukrajinu.

"Podržavam ubrzani pristup Ukrajine no želim ubrzani pristup i kada je riječ o BiH", kazao je Pahor dodajući kako je potrebno iskoristiti sadašnji trenutak i pomoći BiH jer je to od ključne važnosti ne samo za BiH nego i za stabilnost cijele regije.

"Ne znam je li ovo izvedivo i koliko će biti komplicirano postići konsenzus oko ovoga no to mi se čini trenutačno najproduktivnijom idejom kada je riječ o postupku proširenja", kazao je predsjednik Slovenije.

Dodao je da je sada potrebna odlučna potpora iz Bruxellesa da bi se i ljudima u BiH pokazalo da je europska perspektiva dostižna.

Pahor predlaže da Europska unija Bosni i Hercegovini odmah odobri kandidatski status

Predsjednik Slovenije Borut Pahor predložio je u srijedu pomjenu pristupa Europske unije prema BiH odnosno brzu dodjelu toj zemlji statusa kandidata za članstvo nakon čega bi se ponovo inzistiralo na provedbi preduvjeta koje je Europska komisija postavila pred BiH još 2019.

U govoru koji je održao u Sarajevu na otvaranju poslovne konferencije Pahor je kazao kako je svima jasno da je politička stabilnost preduvjet gospodarskog razvitka a regija zapadnog Balkana i dalje je prostor političke nestabilnosti.

Ocijenio je da stalno prijeti nestabilnost prouzročena bugarskom blokadom makedonskih pregovora o članstvu u EU što se prelijeva i na Albaniju, izostankom napretka u pregovorima Srbije i Kosova ali i unutarnjim problemima koje ima BiH.
