Trebalo je biti mirno, a kako će biti - tek treba vidjeti. Naime, danas se u Sloveniji održava zbog pandemije dva puta odgođen summit Proces Brdo-Brijuni, inicijativa koju je Borut Pahor, nekad slovenski premijer, a danas predsjednik, pokrenuo u suradnji s Hrvatskom 2010., i to s ciljem jačanja međusobnog povjerenja i pomoći zemljama Zapadnog Balkana na putu prema Europskoj uniji. Prisustvovanje skupu potvrdila su tri člana Predsjedništva BiH te predsjednici Hrvatske, Albanije, Crne Gore, Kosova, Sjeverne Makedonije i Srbije, piše Jutarnji list.

"Sastanak će biti prilika da se potvrdi i ojača obveza nastavka procesa proširenja EU, ali i prilika za razmjenu mišljenja o drugim aktualnim pitanjima u neformalnoj atmosferi", objavljeno je iz Pahorova ureda. Trebali bi obilježiti i - lani propuštenu - desetu obljetnicu inicijative.

Geopolitička hitnost

No, čini se, prema pisanju medija, da u pozadini postoji kamen smutnje, i to na relaciji Vučić-Pahor. Njih dvojica susreli su se u petak u Beogradu. Pahor je tada istaknuo da EU mora pokazati "nove, svježe procese strategije širenja bloka" te da je širenje na Zapadni Balkan "geopolitička hitnost".

"Bilo bi sjajno kad bi, više ili manje istodobno, u EU ušle sve zemlje Zapadnog Balkana", rekao je Pahor, naglašavajući da EU proširenje mora staviti na značajno višu poziciju u svojoj agendi.

"Samo u tom slučaju granice više neće imati takav značaj, a nacionalizam će izgubiti privlačnost. To je važno za očuvanje mira i sigurnosti, kao i blagostanja ljudi", rekao je. Dodao je kako je s Vučićem najdulje razgovarao o stajalištima o promjeni granica i podsjetio da je nakon 90-ih godina došlo do formiranja novih te da je izmjena granica mirnim putem nemoguća.

Vučić je, pak, tada izjavio, spominjući Kosovo, kako je Srbija spremna za dijalog, ali je "za tango potrebno dvoje", dok je, što se tiče promjene granica, velike sile optužio za stajalište da se Srbija treba ponašati kao da je "zgažena" i da "te iste zemlje izmišljaju nepostojeća načela da bi se Srbiji nametnula nečija volja".

Dodao je da se radi "o licemjerju dijela zapadnih sila koje nemaju nikakva načela, nego ih izmišljaju po potrebi, poput priče o nepromjenjivosti granica". Postavio je pitanje kada su zapadne sile točno počele "primjenjivati načelo nepromjenjivosti granica - 1991. kada je razbijana SFRJ, ili 1998. početkom secesije Kosova, ili 2008. kad je Kosovo proglasilo nezavisnost, bez odluke donesene u UN-u".

Državne granice

Da su granice spomenuti kamen smutnje i da se on prelijeva na zaključak summita koji bi lideri trebali prihvatiti, razvidno je i iz članaka u srpskim Novostima i slovenskom Delu. Novosti - čiji je urednik nekadašnji suradnik Slobodana Miloševića Milorad Vučelić - u tekstu "Vučićev amandman o granicama unio pomutnju: lideri regije još nisu usuglasili novi prijedlog zaključaka" pišu da je "prvi čovjek Slovenije Borut Pahor prilikom posjeta Beogradu pokušao Vučiću podmetnuti kukavičje jaje u smislu usuglašenih zaključaka, a koji bi podrazumijevali nepromjenjivost granica.

Prvi čovjek Srbije inzistirao je, međutim, da se u dokument ubaci odredba o poštovanju državnih granica koje je utemeljio UN". U članku stoji i da "amandman ne odgovara onim političkim faktorima koji priznaju lažnu državu Kosovo, s obzirom na to da UN ne priznaje lažnu državu, te priznaju cjelovitu Srbiju kao ravnopravnu članicu UN-a".

Slovensko Delo, pak, piše kako je Vučić za Prvu TV izjavio da je uložio dodatak na zaključak o protivljenju promjenama granica na Zapadnom Balkanu. Dopunio ga je, pišu, idućom rečenicom: "A u skladu s Poveljom UN-a i odlukama tijela UN-a". Vučić je pojasnio kako je primio prijedlog zaključka, kako su se ostali lideri država s tim složili, ali je on "unio mali amandman i da je to sada za njih pakao". Smatra da njegovu dopunu "neće prihvatiti jer bi to značilo Kosovo u okviru Srbije", ali ga to, citiraju ga, "ne brine jer ima mirnu savjest, a mogu prihvaćati što žele, ali bez Srbije".

Trebalo je biti mirno, a kako će biti - tek treba vidjeti. Naime, danas se u Sloveniji održava zbog pandemije dva puta odgođen summit Proces Brdo-Brijuni, inicijativa koju je Borut Pahor, nekad slovenski premijer, a danas predsjednik, pokrenuo u suradnji s Hrvatskom 2010., i to s ciljem jačanja međusobnog povjerenja i pomoći zemljama Zapadnog Balkana na putu prema Europskoj uniji. Prisustvovanje skupu potvrdila su tri člana Predsjedništva BiH te predsjednici Hrvatske, Albanije, Crne Gore, Kosova, Sjeverne Makedonije i Srbije, piše Jutarnji list.

"Sastanak će biti prilika da se potvrdi i ojača obveza nastavka procesa proširenja EU, ali i prilika za razmjenu mišljenja o drugim aktualnim pitanjima u neformalnoj atmosferi", objavljeno je iz Pahorova ureda. Trebali bi obilježiti i - lani propuštenu - desetu obljetnicu inicijative.

Geopolitička hitnost

No, čini se, prema pisanju medija, da u pozadini postoji kamen smutnje, i to na relaciji Vučić-Pahor. Njih dvojica susreli su se u petak u Beogradu. Pahor je tada istaknuo da EU mora pokazati "nove, svježe procese strategije širenja bloka" te da je širenje na Zapadni Balkan "geopolitička hitnost".

"Bilo bi sjajno kad bi, više ili manje istodobno, u EU ušle sve zemlje Zapadnog Balkana", rekao je Pahor, naglašavajući da EU proširenje mora staviti na značajno višu poziciju u svojoj agendi.

"Samo u tom slučaju granice više neće imati takav značaj, a nacionalizam će izgubiti privlačnost. To je važno za očuvanje mira i sigurnosti, kao i blagostanja ljudi", rekao je. Dodao je kako je s Vučićem najdulje razgovarao o stajalištima o promjeni granica i podsjetio da je nakon 90-ih godina došlo do formiranja novih te da je izmjena granica mirnim putem nemoguća.

Vučić je, pak, tada izjavio, spominjući Kosovo, kako je Srbija spremna za dijalog, ali je "za tango potrebno dvoje", dok je, što se tiče promjene granica, velike sile optužio za stajalište da se Srbija treba ponašati kao da je "zgažena" i da "te iste zemlje izmišljaju nepostojeća načela da bi se Srbiji nametnula nečija volja".

Dodao je da se radi "o licemjerju dijela zapadnih sila koje nemaju nikakva načela, nego ih izmišljaju po potrebi, poput priče o nepromjenjivosti granica". Postavio je pitanje kada su zapadne sile točno počele "primjenjivati načelo nepromjenjivosti granica - 1991. kada je razbijana SFRJ, ili 1998. početkom secesije Kosova, ili 2008. kad je Kosovo proglasilo nezavisnost, bez odluke donesene u UN-u".

Državne granice

Da su granice spomenuti kamen smutnje i da se on prelijeva na zaključak summita koji bi lideri trebali prihvatiti, razvidno je i iz članaka u srpskim Novostima i slovenskom Delu. Novosti - čiji je urednik nekadašnji suradnik Slobodana Miloševića Milorad Vučelić - u tekstu "Vučićev amandman o granicama unio pomutnju: lideri regije još nisu usuglasili novi prijedlog zaključaka" pišu da je "prvi čovjek Slovenije Borut Pahor prilikom posjeta Beogradu pokušao Vučiću podmetnuti kukavičje jaje u smislu usuglašenih zaključaka, a koji bi podrazumijevali nepromjenjivost granica.

Prvi čovjek Srbije inzistirao je, međutim, da se u dokument ubaci odredba o poštovanju državnih granica koje je utemeljio UN". U članku stoji i da "amandman ne odgovara onim političkim faktorima koji priznaju lažnu državu Kosovo, s obzirom na to da UN ne priznaje lažnu državu, te priznaju cjelovitu Srbiju kao ravnopravnu članicu UN-a".

Slovensko Delo, pak, piše kako je Vučić za Prvu TV izjavio da je uložio dodatak na zaključak o protivljenju promjenama granica na Zapadnom Balkanu. Dopunio ga je, pišu, idućom rečenicom: "A u skladu s Poveljom UN-a i odlukama tijela UN-a". Vučić je pojasnio kako je primio prijedlog zaključka, kako su se ostali lideri država s tim složili, ali je on "unio mali amandman i da je to sada za njih pakao". Smatra da njegovu dopunu "neće prihvatiti jer bi to značilo Kosovo u okviru Srbije", ali ga to, citiraju ga, "ne brine jer ima mirnu savjest, a mogu prihvaćati što žele, ali bez Srbije".

Trebalo je biti mirno, a kako će biti - tek treba vidjeti. Naime, danas se u Sloveniji održava zbog pandemije dva puta odgođen summit Proces Brdo-Brijuni, inicijativa koju je Borut Pahor, nekad slovenski premijer, a danas predsjednik, pokrenuo u suradnji s Hrvatskom 2010., i to s ciljem jačanja međusobnog povjerenja i pomoći zemljama Zapadnog Balkana na putu prema Europskoj uniji. Prisustvovanje skupu potvrdila su tri člana Predsjedništva BiH te predsjednici Hrvatske, Albanije, Crne Gore, Kosova, Sjeverne Makedonije i Srbije, piše Jutarnji list.
