Ako ovu izvanrednu situaciju zbog pandemije koronavirusa koja je pogodila cijeli svijet, pa i Bosnu i Hercegovinu, promatramo s aspekta zdravlja i sigurnosti stanovništva, možemo je ocijeniti kao ozbiljnu opasnost na najvišem stupnju - kazala u razgovoru za Federalnu novinsku agenciju (Fenu) liječnica medicine rada i bh. članica Međunarodne komisije za medicinu rada (ICOH) dr. , koju je nedavno Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija imenovala kao člana za praćenje informacija o COVID-19.

Ona smatra da su, s obzirom na visok rizik širenja infekcije, u ovom trenutku najugroženiji radnici, ljudi koji moraju odlaziti na posao.

- Procjena opasnosti po zdravlje ili sigurnost radnika je na najvišem stupnju rizika, jer postoji visok rizik širenja infekcije. Zapravo, postoji opasnost da se inficirani teško razboli i umre, a da pritom ne postoji efikasna profilaksa-cjepivo niti lijek. U ovakvoj situaciji krizni stožer postupa ispravno u cilju zadovoljenja dvije ključne preporuke: minimalna kretanja i minimalan broj radnika na radnom mjestu uz adaptiranu organizaciju rada i fleksibilno radno vrijeme - pojašnjava dr. Pranjić.

S druge strane, sigurnost stanovništva i radnika nije moguća bez zdravstvenih radnika, zaposlenika u ljekarnama, medijskih radnika, blagajnika i drugih zaposlenika u trgovinama hrane, trgovaca u marketima, pekara, mesara, socijalnih radnika, njegovatelja, policijskih službenika, carinika, vojnika, rudara, radnika u energetskom sektoru, vozača.

- Za njih ne vrijedi zabrana kretanja, moraju ići na posao i raditi u kontaktu i u skupinama bez adekvatne zaštitne opreme, povremeno i neki na terenu. To je razlog njihovog nemira i straha kad se vrate kući svojoj djeci, supružnicima, roditeljima - podsjeća dr. Pranjić.

Ističe da je neophodno napraviti najsigurniji model upravljanja organizacijom rada te da rad treba dobro kreirati, kratkoročno i dugoročno planirati, jer, kako smatra, virus se neće tako brzo zaustaviti.  

- Ja samo iskustveno predviđam i mislim da je ovo tek početak, a kao čovjek bih željela da je ovo vrhunac i da nas najgori ishodi zaobiđu. Zato moramo sačuvati resurse svoje obrane na prvoj liniji, heroje radnike i naravno održati odgovornost svih nas da postupamo prema preporukama - naglasila je.

Koronavirus je, prema njenim riječima, biološki rat svjetskih razmjera. S druge strane, potencijali i slabosti neprijatelja COVID-a 19 još traže puno odgovora znanstvenika i potrebna znanja o liječenju, a to je tek u jednoj empirijskoj fazi.

- Ranije je to bio agens koji je napadao slijepe miševe, a bio bezopasan za čovjeka. Nedovoljno je znanstvenih potvrda da je cjepivo prešlo eksperimentalni nivo i potvrdu kliničkih studija da je sigurno za upotrebu uz odsustvo značajnih neželjenih reakcija. Mišljenja sam da poslije smirivanja situacije s novim koronavirusom nikad više ništa neće biti isto - kaže dr. Pranjić.

Upozorava također da se sa zagađenjem zraka i klimatskim promjenama zadnjih desetljeća razvila globalizacija vektora virusnih bolesti ptica, svinja, jelena, labudova, slijepih miševa, štakora i drugih. To je već sada dovelo do epigenetskih promjena i mutacija starih u nove viruse koji prijete čovječanstvu epidemijama i pandemijama novih virusa koji razvijaju nove smrtonosne infektivne bolesti.

Ako ovu izvanrednu situaciju zbog pandemije koronavirusa koja je pogodila cijeli svijet, pa i Bosnu i Hercegovinu, promatramo s aspekta zdravlja i sigurnosti stanovništva, možemo je ocijeniti kao ozbiljnu opasnost na najvišem stupnju - kazala u razgovoru za Federalnu novinsku agenciju (Fenu) liječnica medicine rada i bh. članica Međunarodne komisije za medicinu rada (ICOH) dr. , koju je nedavno Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija imenovala kao člana za praćenje informacija o COVID-19.

Ona smatra da su, s obzirom na visok rizik širenja infekcije, u ovom trenutku najugroženiji radnici, ljudi koji moraju odlaziti na posao.

- Procjena opasnosti po zdravlje ili sigurnost radnika je na najvišem stupnju rizika, jer postoji visok rizik širenja infekcije. Zapravo, postoji opasnost da se inficirani teško razboli i umre, a da pritom ne postoji efikasna profilaksa-cjepivo niti lijek. U ovakvoj situaciji krizni stožer postupa ispravno u cilju zadovoljenja dvije ključne preporuke: minimalna kretanja i minimalan broj radnika na radnom mjestu uz adaptiranu organizaciju rada i fleksibilno radno vrijeme - pojašnjava dr. Pranjić.

S druge strane, sigurnost stanovništva i radnika nije moguća bez zdravstvenih radnika, zaposlenika u ljekarnama, medijskih radnika, blagajnika i drugih zaposlenika u trgovinama hrane, trgovaca u marketima, pekara, mesara, socijalnih radnika, njegovatelja, policijskih službenika, carinika, vojnika, rudara, radnika u energetskom sektoru, vozača.

- Za njih ne vrijedi zabrana kretanja, moraju ići na posao i raditi u kontaktu i u skupinama bez adekvatne zaštitne opreme, povremeno i neki na terenu. To je razlog njihovog nemira i straha kad se vrate kući svojoj djeci, supružnicima, roditeljima - podsjeća dr. Pranjić.

Ističe da je neophodno napraviti najsigurniji model upravljanja organizacijom rada te da rad treba dobro kreirati, kratkoročno i dugoročno planirati, jer, kako smatra, virus se neće tako brzo zaustaviti.  

- Ja samo iskustveno predviđam i mislim da je ovo tek početak, a kao čovjek bih željela da je ovo vrhunac i da nas najgori ishodi zaobiđu. Zato moramo sačuvati resurse svoje obrane na prvoj liniji, heroje radnike i naravno održati odgovornost svih nas da postupamo prema preporukama - naglasila je.

Koronavirus je, prema njenim riječima, biološki rat svjetskih razmjera. S druge strane, potencijali i slabosti neprijatelja COVID-a 19 još traže puno odgovora znanstvenika i potrebna znanja o liječenju, a to je tek u jednoj empirijskoj fazi.

- Ranije je to bio agens koji je napadao slijepe miševe, a bio bezopasan za čovjeka. Nedovoljno je znanstvenih potvrda da je cjepivo prešlo eksperimentalni nivo i potvrdu kliničkih studija da je sigurno za upotrebu uz odsustvo značajnih neželjenih reakcija. Mišljenja sam da poslije smirivanja situacije s novim koronavirusom nikad više ništa neće biti isto - kaže dr. Pranjić.

Upozorava također da se sa zagađenjem zraka i klimatskim promjenama zadnjih desetljeća razvila globalizacija vektora virusnih bolesti ptica, svinja, jelena, labudova, slijepih miševa, štakora i drugih. To je već sada dovelo do epigenetskih promjena i mutacija starih u nove viruse koji prijete čovječanstvu epidemijama i pandemijama novih virusa koji razvijaju nove smrtonosne infektivne bolesti.

Ako ovu izvanrednu situaciju zbog pandemije koronavirusa koja je pogodila cijeli svijet, pa i Bosnu i Hercegovinu, promatramo s aspekta zdravlja i sigurnosti stanovništva, možemo je ocijeniti kao ozbiljnu opasnost na najvišem stupnju - kazala u razgovoru za Federalnu novinsku agenciju (Fenu) liječnica medicine rada i bh. članica Međunarodne komisije za medicinu rada (ICOH) dr. , koju je nedavno Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija imenovala kao člana za praćenje informacija o COVID-19.

Ona smatra da su, s obzirom na visok rizik širenja infekcije, u ovom trenutku najugroženiji radnici, ljudi koji moraju odlaziti na posao.
