Predsjedavajući Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić je u Pressingu na N1 u srijedu navečer kazao da je odgovornost za sve što se bude događalo u BiH nadalje na Tužilaštvu. Komšić je to poručio kao komentar na najnovije poteze člana Predsjedništva BiH Milorada Dodika, izvještava N1 BiH.

Je li ovo državni udar?

“Jest, ovo je pokušaj državnog udara. Ne bih rekao da je RS krenula u rušenje države, on uvlači institucije RS preko NSRS. Činjenica je da također postoji vidljiv politički otpor i na nivou građana RS u sve ovo što radi. On ima tanku većinu u NSRS-u pa još uvijek to može raditi. Mislim da nije u redu da stavljamo jednakost između Dodika i svih ljudi u RS jer definitivno oni ne misle kao Dodik. Oni gledaju dalje i vide da bi to moglo biti avantura s pogubnim posljedicama za Dodika i njegovu politiku“, kazao je Komšić.

“On ne može ukinuti OS BiH, on ne može ukinuti OSA-u, SIPA-u, sve će to nastaviti postojati. On pokušava izazvati jedan incident, što nasilniji, ne bi li imao opravdanje za sve što rade prije svega pred ljudima u RS i da bi one koji su protiv politike pridobio kod sebe“, istaknuo je Komšić.

DODIK TRAŽI BILO KAKAV INCIDENT

Dodaje da je Dodiku kao pokriće dovoljan “bilo kakav incident”.

“Bilo kakav incident je njemu dovoljan, kao opravdanje za sve što radi. Sva ta njegova priča ipak nije toliko duboko ukorijenjena u RS i u politikama u RS”.

“To je kazneno djelo, isto kao što je i ovo što je urađeno s tim Inzkovim zakonom i ovo što je danas urađeno u NSRS- jest kazneno djelo. U ovom slučaju, sačekat ćemo da vidimo kako će Tužilaštvo reagirati, ali ćemo reagirati. Tužilaštvo radi, i OSA i SIPA, bez obzira na njega. Postojat će i Predsjedništvo sve da on sutra napusti Predsjedništvo. Bitno je da se zadrži taj legalitet“.

NEKA TUŽITELJSTVO RADI SVOJ POSAO

Komšić je kazao da je od ovog trenutka odgovornost za sve što se događa na Tužilaštvu BiH.

“Ovo što su uradili u ova dva navrata u NSRS jest ispipavanje pulsa i reakcije i ja sam siguran da će Dodik ići do kraja sa svojim najavama. Po meni, ovo je trenutak da Tužilaštvo reagira onako kako mu nalaže zakon. Ovdje postoji nešto što je organizirana grupa na čelu s Dodikom, od ovog trenutka odgovornost za sve ono što će se događati u BiH leži na Tužilaštvu. Dakle, hoće li raditi svoj posao ili neće. Po državu, po stabilnost je najbolje da oni rade svoj posao. Zato potenciram da odgovor mora ići kroz institucije sistema“.

Optužnica, uhićenje? Nasljednik Gordane Tadić?

“Ja ne znam gospodina Kajganića, gospođu Tadić sam možda sreo dvaput, dakle kako oni gledaju na te stvari. Mene interesira da provedu zakon onako kako im je naloženo upravo tim zakonima. Ja mogu reći što bih uradio da sam tužitelj; ja bih to uradio bez obzira na sve. Ali budući da ja nisam tužitelj, sad ćemo vidjeti što će Tužilaštvo uraditi. Ovo je klasično rušenje poretka, preuzimanje nadležnosti, kvalifikacija djela može biti da se objedini više kaznenih djela. Ali, neka znaju da što god uradi; odgovornost za buduće događaje je na njima“, kazao je Komšić, izvještava N1 BiH.

Predsjedavajući Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić je u Pressingu na N1 u srijedu navečer kazao da je odgovornost za sve što se bude događalo u BiH nadalje na Tužilaštvu. Komšić je to poručio kao komentar na najnovije poteze člana Predsjedništva BiH Milorada Dodika, izvještava N1 BiH.

Je li ovo državni udar?

“Jest, ovo je pokušaj državnog udara. Ne bih rekao da je RS krenula u rušenje države, on uvlači institucije RS preko NSRS. Činjenica je da također postoji vidljiv politički otpor i na nivou građana RS u sve ovo što radi. On ima tanku većinu u NSRS-u pa još uvijek to može raditi. Mislim da nije u redu da stavljamo jednakost između Dodika i svih ljudi u RS jer definitivno oni ne misle kao Dodik. Oni gledaju dalje i vide da bi to moglo biti avantura s pogubnim posljedicama za Dodika i njegovu politiku“, kazao je Komšić.

“On ne može ukinuti OS BiH, on ne može ukinuti OSA-u, SIPA-u, sve će to nastaviti postojati. On pokušava izazvati jedan incident, što nasilniji, ne bi li imao opravdanje za sve što rade prije svega pred ljudima u RS i da bi one koji su protiv politike pridobio kod sebe“, istaknuo je Komšić.

DODIK TRAŽI BILO KAKAV INCIDENT

Dodaje da je Dodiku kao pokriće dovoljan “bilo kakav incident”.

“Bilo kakav incident je njemu dovoljan, kao opravdanje za sve što radi. Sva ta njegova priča ipak nije toliko duboko ukorijenjena u RS i u politikama u RS”.

Ako Dodik opkoli kasarne OS BiH, ako postavi specijalce na entitetsku granicu?

“To je kazneno djelo, isto kao što je i ovo što je urađeno s tim Inzkovim zakonom i ovo što je danas urađeno u NSRS- jest kazneno djelo. U ovom slučaju, sačekat ćemo da vidimo kako će Tužilaštvo reagirati, ali ćemo reagirati. Tužilaštvo radi, i OSA i SIPA, bez obzira na njega. Postojat će i Predsjedništvo sve da on sutra napusti Predsjedništvo. Bitno je da se zadrži taj legalitet“.

NEKA TUŽITELJSTVO RADI SVOJ POSAO

Komšić je kazao da je od ovog trenutka odgovornost za sve što se događa na Tužilaštvu BiH.

“Ovo što su uradili u ova dva navrata u NSRS jest ispipavanje pulsa i reakcije i ja sam siguran da će Dodik ići do kraja sa svojim najavama. Po meni, ovo je trenutak da Tužilaštvo reagira onako kako mu nalaže zakon. Ovdje postoji nešto što je organizirana grupa na čelu s Dodikom, od ovog trenutka odgovornost za sve ono što će se događati u BiH leži na Tužilaštvu. Dakle, hoće li raditi svoj posao ili neće. Po državu, po stabilnost je najbolje da oni rade svoj posao. Zato potenciram da odgovor mora ići kroz institucije sistema“.

Optužnica, uhićenje? Nasljednik Gordane Tadić?

“Ja ne znam gospodina Kajganića, gospođu Tadić sam možda sreo dvaput, dakle kako oni gledaju na te stvari. Mene interesira da provedu zakon onako kako im je naloženo upravo tim zakonima. Ja mogu reći što bih uradio da sam tužitelj; ja bih to uradio bez obzira na sve. Ali budući da ja nisam tužitelj, sad ćemo vidjeti što će Tužilaštvo uraditi. Ovo je klasično rušenje poretka, preuzimanje nadležnosti, kvalifikacija djela može biti da se objedini više kaznenih djela. Ali, neka znaju da što god uradi; odgovornost za buduće događaje je na njima“, kazao je Komšić, izvještava N1 BiH.
