Ako ste ikada željeli pobjeći od gužve svakodnevnog života i otići na udaljeni otok bez drugih stanovnika, sada bi mogla biti vaša prilika. Smješten nedaleko od južne obale Škotske, otok Barlocco je na prodaju, po cijeni od 150.000 funti (170.000 eura), piše CNN, prenosi Jutarnji list.

- Još uvijek postoji vrlo romantičan osjećaj vezan uz posjedovanje vlastitog škotskog privatnog otoka, gdje možete pobjeći od užurbanosti svakodnevnog života i uživati u miru i tišini u najljepšem krajoliku u okolici, stoji u priopćenju agenta prodaje.

Kupac vjerojatno neće biti osoba koja svakodnevno putuje na posao. Najbliži grad udaljen je oko deset kilometara, a najbliža željeznička stanica je Dumfries, sat vremena vožnje autobusom udaljena od grada. London i Edinburgh udaljeni su više od 500, odnosno 160 km.

Dozvolu za gradnju nitko nije tražio

S bujnom zelenom travom i stijenama koje se protežu do mora, otok pokriva površinu od oko 25 hektara, ali na njemu nema zgrada, samo jezerce koje osigurava vodu za stoku i divlje životinje u zimskim mjesecima.

Nitko nikada nije zatražio dozvolu za gradnju na otoku, pa bi kupac trebao istražiti mogućnosti razvoja s lokalnim vlastima, stoji u priopćenju.

Za vrijeme oseke do otoka se može doći pješice, traktorom ili četverociklom. Što se tiče ostatka vremena, tu je šljunčana plaža na kojoj se mogu usidriti čamci—‘savršena baza za istraživanje otoka, plivanje u hladnoj vodi...i uživanje u pikniku uz vodu‘, stoji u priopćenju agenta prodaje.

Ako ste ikada željeli pobjeći od gužve svakodnevnog života i otići na udaljeni otok bez drugih stanovnika, sada bi mogla biti vaša prilika. Smješten nedaleko od južne obale Škotske, otok Barlocco je na prodaju, po cijeni od 150.000 funti (170.000 eura), piše CNN, prenosi Jutarnji list.

- Još uvijek postoji vrlo romantičan osjećaj vezan uz posjedovanje vlastitog škotskog privatnog otoka, gdje možete pobjeći od užurbanosti svakodnevnog života i uživati u miru i tišini u najljepšem krajoliku u okolici, stoji u priopćenju agenta prodaje.

Kupac vjerojatno neće biti osoba koja svakodnevno putuje na posao. Najbliži grad udaljen je oko deset kilometara, a najbliža željeznička stanica je Dumfries, sat vremena vožnje autobusom udaljena od grada. London i Edinburgh udaljeni su više od 500, odnosno 160 km.

Dozvolu za gradnju nitko nije tražio

S bujnom zelenom travom i stijenama koje se protežu do mora, otok pokriva površinu od oko 25 hektara, ali na njemu nema zgrada, samo jezerce koje osigurava vodu za stoku i divlje životinje u zimskim mjesecima.

Nitko nikada nije zatražio dozvolu za gradnju na otoku, pa bi kupac trebao istražiti mogućnosti razvoja s lokalnim vlastima, stoji u priopćenju.

Za vrijeme oseke do otoka se može doći pješice, traktorom ili četverociklom. Što se tiče ostatka vremena, tu je šljunčana plaža na kojoj se mogu usidriti čamci—‘savršena baza za istraživanje otoka, plivanje u hladnoj vodi...i uživanje u pikniku uz vodu‘, stoji u priopćenju agenta prodaje.

Otok se nalazi na području od posebnog znanstvenog interesa - lokaciji u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu koje je definirano kao područje od posebnog interesa zbog rijetkih vrsta faune ili flore koje sadrži - i utočište je za sve vrste divljih životinja, uključujući galebove, te rijetke biljke kao što su morska lavanda i mirisna orhideja.
