Europska komisija u ponedjeljak je pokrenula istragu protiv TikToka zbog navodnog kršenja pravila Europske unije o zaštiti djece i transparentnosti oglašavanja na toj društvenoj mreži. 

Komisija istražuje stvaraju li TikTokovi algoritmi ovisnost ili takozvani „efekt zečje rupe”, odnosno pojavu da aplikacija korisnike preplavljuje sličnim sadržajem ako pokažu interes za neku temu. 

Komisija istražuje i postavke privatnosti za maloljetnike, kao i zadovoljava li ta kineska platforma obavezu repozitorija prikazanih reklama. 

Istraga se odnosi na potencijalna kršenja Akta o digitalnim uslugama (DSA), relativno novog seta zakona koji regulira online platforme. DSA zahtijeva da one upravljaju raznim rizicima poput zaštite mentalnog blagostanja i prava djece.

Zakonima se također zabranjuje korištenje podataka maloljetnika da bi im se prikazivale ciljane reklame. 

Ako se pokaže da je TikTok doista prekršio ta pravila, prijeti mu kazna do 6 posto godišnjih prihoda, piše agencija dpa.

Europska komisija u ponedjeljak je pokrenula istragu protiv TikToka zbog navodnog kršenja pravila Europske unije o zaštiti djece i transparentnosti oglašavanja na toj društvenoj mreži. 

Komisija istražuje stvaraju li TikTokovi algoritmi ovisnost ili takozvani „efekt zečje rupe”, odnosno pojavu da aplikacija korisnike preplavljuje sličnim sadržajem ako pokažu interes za neku temu. 

Komisija istražuje i postavke privatnosti za maloljetnike, kao i zadovoljava li ta kineska platforma obavezu repozitorija prikazanih reklama. 

Istraga se odnosi na potencijalna kršenja Akta o digitalnim uslugama (DSA), relativno novog seta zakona koji regulira online platforme. DSA zahtijeva da one upravljaju raznim rizicima poput zaštite mentalnog blagostanja i prava djece.

Zakonima se također zabranjuje korištenje podataka maloljetnika da bi im se prikazivale ciljane reklame. 

Ako se pokaže da je TikTok doista prekršio ta pravila, prijeti mu kazna do 6 posto godišnjih prihoda, piše agencija dpa.

EK pokrenuo istragu TikToka zbog zaštite maloljetnika; stvaraju li algoritmi kod djece ‘efekt zečje rupe‘?

Europska komisija u ponedjeljak je pokrenula istragu protiv TikToka zbog navodnog kršenja pravila Europske unije o zaštiti djece i transparentnosti oglašavanja na toj društvenoj mreži. 

Komisija istražuje stvaraju li TikTokovi algoritmi ovisnost ili takozvani „efekt zečje rupe”, odnosno pojavu da aplikacija korisnike preplavljuje sličnim sadržajem ako pokažu interes za neku temu. 

Komisija istražuje i postavke privatnosti za maloljetnike, kao i zadovoljava li ta kineska platforma obavezu repozitorija prikazanih reklama. 

Istraga se odnosi na potencijalna kršenja Akta o digitalnim uslugama (DSA), relativno novog seta zakona koji regulira online platforme. DSA zahtijeva da one upravljaju raznim rizicima poput zaštite mentalnog blagostanja i prava djece.

Zakonima se također zabranjuje korištenje podataka maloljetnika da bi im se prikazivale ciljane reklame. 

Ako se pokaže da je TikTok doista prekršio ta pravila, prijeti mu kazna do 6 posto godišnjih prihoda, piše agencija dpa.
