Filipini su optužili Kinu da je vojnim laserom pogodila brod filipinske obalne straže i nakratko zaslijepila njihovu posadu koja je plovila Južnim kineskim morem, prenosi Jutarnji.

Osim što je dva puta bljesnuo laserskim svjetlom, kineski brod također je izveo "opasne manevre", približivši se na oko 137 metara filipinskom brodu i time ga spriječio da priđe Second Thomasu, stoji u priopćenju filipinske obalne straže.

Incident se dogodio 6. veljače u blizini Second Thomasa, potopljenog grebena koji su okupirale filipinske snage. Filipinski patrolni brod BRP Malapascua uputio se prema nasukanom mornaričkom brodu BRP Sierra Madre.

Kina je u prošlosti koristila vodene topove i sirene kako bi nametnula svoje pravo na velik dio Južnog kineskog mora. Filipini su samo tijekom prošle godine uložili gotovo 200 diplomatskih prosvjeda protiv "kineskih agresivnih akcija" u spornim vodama.

Kina tvrdi da ima "neosporan suverenitet" nad gotovo cijelim Južnim kineskim morem, kao i nad većinom otoka unutar njega. To uključuje Spratly, arhipelag koji se sastoji od 100 malih otoka i grebena na koje, također u potpunosti ili djelomično, polažu pravo Filipini, Malezija, Bruneji i Tajvan. Filipini to područje nazivaju Zapadno filipinsko more i 1999. godine namjerno su prizemljili transportni brod mornarice, BRP Sierra Madre, u blizini Second Thomasa kako bi položili pravo Manile na to područje.

"Namjerno blokiranje brodova filipinske vlade za dostavu hrane i zaliha našem vojnom osoblju na brodu BRP Sierra Madre očito je nepoštivanje i jasno kršenje suverenih prava Filipina u ovom dijelu Zapadnog filipinskog mora", navodi u priopćenju filipinska obalna straža.

Godine 2016. UN-ov Stalni arbitražni sud presudio je da tvrdnje Pekinga u Južnom kineskom moru nemaju povijesnu osnovu. Međutim, sud nema ovlasti za provedbu svoje presude i Kina je nastavila graditi divovske strukture u vodama.

"Iako je kineska obalna straža već prije pokušavala blokirati brodove filipinske obalne straže u spornim vodama, ovo je bio prvi put da je upotrijebila lasere i izazvala fizičku patnju filipinskom osoblju", rekao je glasnogovornik filipinske obalne straže Armand Balilo za Associated Press.

Glasnogovornik kineskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Wang Wenbin rekao je da je brod filipinske obalne straže ušao u kineske vode bez dopuštenja, ne elaborirajući i ne spominjući upotrebu lasera.

- Nadamo se da će Filipini iskreno poštivati teritorijalni suverenitet Kine, pomorska prava i interese u Južnom kineskom moru i izbjegavati bilo kakve radnje koje bi mogle dovesti do širenja spora i kompliciranja situacije - dodao je Wang Wenbin.

Filipini su optužili Kinu da je vojnim laserom pogodila brod filipinske obalne straže i nakratko zaslijepila njihovu posadu koja je plovila Južnim kineskim morem, prenosi Jutarnji.

Osim što je dva puta bljesnuo laserskim svjetlom, kineski brod također je izveo "opasne manevre", približivši se na oko 137 metara filipinskom brodu i time ga spriječio da priđe Second Thomasu, stoji u priopćenju filipinske obalne straže.

Incident se dogodio 6. veljače u blizini Second Thomasa, potopljenog grebena koji su okupirale filipinske snage. Filipinski patrolni brod BRP Malapascua uputio se prema nasukanom mornaričkom brodu BRP Sierra Madre.

Kina je u prošlosti koristila vodene topove i sirene kako bi nametnula svoje pravo na velik dio Južnog kineskog mora. Filipini su samo tijekom prošle godine uložili gotovo 200 diplomatskih prosvjeda protiv "kineskih agresivnih akcija" u spornim vodama.

Kina tvrdi da ima "neosporan suverenitet" nad gotovo cijelim Južnim kineskim morem, kao i nad većinom otoka unutar njega. To uključuje Spratly, arhipelag koji se sastoji od 100 malih otoka i grebena na koje, također u potpunosti ili djelomično, polažu pravo Filipini, Malezija, Bruneji i Tajvan. Filipini to područje nazivaju Zapadno filipinsko more i 1999. godine namjerno su prizemljili transportni brod mornarice, BRP Sierra Madre, u blizini Second Thomasa kako bi položili pravo Manile na to područje.

"Namjerno blokiranje brodova filipinske vlade za dostavu hrane i zaliha našem vojnom osoblju na brodu BRP Sierra Madre očito je nepoštivanje i jasno kršenje suverenih prava Filipina u ovom dijelu Zapadnog filipinskog mora", navodi u priopćenju filipinska obalna straža.

Godine 2016. UN-ov Stalni arbitražni sud presudio je da tvrdnje Pekinga u Južnom kineskom moru nemaju povijesnu osnovu. Međutim, sud nema ovlasti za provedbu svoje presude i Kina je nastavila graditi divovske strukture u vodama.

"Iako je kineska obalna straža već prije pokušavala blokirati brodove filipinske obalne straže u spornim vodama, ovo je bio prvi put da je upotrijebila lasere i izazvala fizičku patnju filipinskom osoblju", rekao je glasnogovornik filipinske obalne straže Armand Balilo za Associated Press.

Glasnogovornik kineskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Wang Wenbin rekao je da je brod filipinske obalne straže ušao u kineske vode bez dopuštenja, ne elaborirajući i ne spominjući upotrebu lasera.

- Nadamo se da će Filipini iskreno poštivati teritorijalni suverenitet Kine, pomorska prava i interese u Južnom kineskom moru i izbjegavati bilo kakve radnje koje bi mogle dovesti do širenja spora i kompliciranja situacije - dodao je Wang Wenbin.

Filipini su optužili Kinu da je vojnim laserom pogodila brod filipinske obalne straže i nakratko zaslijepila njihovu posadu koja je plovila Južnim kineskim morem, prenosi Jutarnji.

Osim što je dva puta bljesnuo laserskim svjetlom, kineski brod također je izveo "opasne manevre", približivši se na oko 137 metara filipinskom brodu i time ga spriječio da priđe Second Thomasu, stoji u priopćenju filipinske obalne straže.

Incident se dogodio 6. veljače u blizini Second Thomasa, potopljenog grebena koji su okupirale filipinske snage. Filipinski patrolni brod BRP Malapascua uputio se prema nasukanom mornaričkom brodu BRP Sierra Madre.

Kina je u prošlosti koristila vodene topove i sirene kako bi nametnula svoje pravo na velik dio Južnog kineskog mora. Filipini su samo tijekom prošle go...
