Dok potrošači pate od visokih cijena grijanja ili goriva, naftna industrija je prošle godine ostvarila rekordan profit. Pet najvećih kompanija je ostvarilo profit od ukupno više od 190 milijardi dolara! Neke od njih su zbog rata u Ukrajini i drugih faktora imali najveću zaradu u povijesti.

Zahvaljujući izuzetno povećanim cijenama plina i nafte, zapadne naftne kompanije zarađuju više nego ikada. Stručnjaci polaze od toga da su najveće zapadne naftne kompanije EXXon, Chevron, BP, Shell i Total prošle godine ostvarili ukupan profit od više od 190 milijardi dolara. To potvrđuju i do sada objavljeni izvještaji samih kompanija, prenosi DW pisanje dr/tagesschau.de.

Od izbijanja agresorskog rata protiv Ukrajine, zapadni svijet djelomice bojkotira ruski plin i naftu i morao je brzo pronaći nove izvore energije. To je dovelo do povećanja potražnje i povećanja cijene.

Povećane cijene nafte i plina nisu jedini razlog za megaprofit, smatra ekonomistica Sveučilišta Massachusetts Isabella Weber. Niski troškovi proizvodnje su također važan čimbenik, kaže ona. Naftna industrija je zatvorila skupe proizvodne pogone zbog pada potražnje tijekom pandemije i još ih nije vratila u puni pogon – iako je poslije korona krize globalna potražnja za naftom ponovo povećana, a ponuda smanjena sankcijama Rusiji zbog rata u Ukrajini.

Primjerice, francuski TotalEnergies ima što pokazati: prošle godine je ostvario profit od nevjerojatnih 36,2 milijarde dolara - što je dvostruko više nego godinu dana ranije. Zahvaljujući procvatu poslovanja s plinom, britanska energetska kompanija Shell je 2022. udvostručila profit u odnosu na prošlu godinu na skoro 40 milijardi dolara. Time je također postigla najbolji poslovni rezultat u svojoj povijesti.

A također britanska naftna kompanija BP više je nego udvostručila svoj profit prošle godine na oko 28 milijardi američkih dolara.

Najveća američka naftna kompanija Exxon ostvarila je neto profit od skoro 56 milijardi dolara u 2022. godini - oko 140 posto više nego u prethodnoj godini i najveći rezultat u više od 140-godišnjoj povijesti kompanije.

Chevron je također ostvario profit od 35,5 milijardi američkih dolara, više nego dvostruko više nego godinu dana ranije.

Činjenica da u vremenima visoke inflacije, ali i globalnog zagrijavanja i klimatskih kriza upravo sektor nafte i sirovina pliva u novcu, izaziva međunarodne kritike.

EU je već u rujnu odlučio uvesti takozvani porez na višak profita na spektakularne profite energetskih kompanija. Novac će biti iskorišten za financiranje pomoći građanima i poduzećima. Međutim, Exxon (SAD) je već najavio da će sudskim putem osporiti taj porez.

Dok potrošači pate od visokih cijena grijanja ili goriva, naftna industrija je prošle godine ostvarila rekordan profit. Pet najvećih kompanija je ostvarilo profit od ukupno više od 190 milijardi dolara! Neke od njih su zbog rata u Ukrajini i drugih faktora imali najveću zaradu u povijesti.

Zahvaljujući izuzetno povećanim cijenama plina i nafte, zapadne naftne kompanije zarađuju više nego ikada. Stručnjaci polaze od toga da su najveće zapadne naftne kompanije EXXon, Chevron, BP, Shell i Total prošle godine ostvarili ukupan profit od više od 190 milijardi dolara. To potvrđuju i do sada objavljeni izvještaji samih kompanija, prenosi DW pisanje dr/tagesschau.de.

Od izbijanja agresorskog rata protiv Ukrajine, zapadni svijet djelomice bojkotira ruski plin i naftu i morao je brzo pronaći nove izvore energije. To je dovelo do povećanja potražnje i povećanja cijene.

Povećane cijene nafte i plina nisu jedini razlog za megaprofit, smatra ekonomistica Sveučilišta Massachusetts Isabella Weber. Niski troškovi proizvodnje su također važan čimbenik, kaže ona. Naftna industrija je zatvorila skupe proizvodne pogone zbog pada potražnje tijekom pandemije i još ih nije vratila u puni pogon – iako je poslije korona krize globalna potražnja za naftom ponovo povećana, a ponuda smanjena sankcijama Rusiji zbog rata u Ukrajini.

Primjerice, francuski TotalEnergies ima što pokazati: prošle godine je ostvario profit od nevjerojatnih 36,2 milijarde dolara - što je dvostruko više nego godinu dana ranije. Zahvaljujući procvatu poslovanja s plinom, britanska energetska kompanija Shell je 2022. udvostručila profit u odnosu na prošlu godinu na skoro 40 milijardi dolara. Time je također postigla najbolji poslovni rezultat u svojoj povijesti.

A također britanska naftna kompanija BP više je nego udvostručila svoj profit prošle godine na oko 28 milijardi američkih dolara.

Najveća američka naftna kompanija Exxon ostvarila je neto profit od skoro 56 milijardi dolara u 2022. godini - oko 140 posto više nego u prethodnoj godini i najveći rezultat u više od 140-godišnjoj povijesti kompanije.

Chevron je također ostvario profit od 35,5 milijardi američkih dolara, više nego dvostruko više nego godinu dana ranije.

Činjenica da u vremenima visoke inflacije, ali i globalnog zagrijavanja i klimatskih kriza upravo sektor nafte i sirovina pliva u novcu, izaziva međunarodne kritike.

EU je već u rujnu odlučio uvesti takozvani porez na višak profita na spektakularne profite energetskih kompanija. Novac će biti iskorišten za financiranje pomoći građanima i poduzećima. Međutim, Exxon (SAD) je već najavio da će sudskim putem osporiti taj porez.

Dok potrošači pate od visokih cijena grijanja ili goriva, naftna industrija je prošle godine ostvarila rekordan profit. Pet najvećih kompanija je ostvarilo profit od ukupno više od 190 milijardi dolara! Neke od njih su zbog rata u Ukrajini i drugih faktora imali najveću zaradu u povijesti.

Zahvaljujući izuzetno povećanim cijenama plina i nafte, zapadne naftne kompanije zarađuju više nego ikada. Stručnjaci polaze od toga da su najveće zapadne naftne kompanije EXXon, Chevron, BP, Shell i Total prošle godine ostvarili ukupan profit od više od 190 milijardi dolara. To potvrđuju i do sada objavljeni izvještaji samih kompanija, prenosi DW pisanje dr/tagesschau.de.
