Jordanski princ Hamza objavio je u videu poslanom svjetskim medijima da mu je zapovjednik jordanskih oružanih snaga rekao da ne napušta kuću i da ne komunicira s ljudima, nekoliko sati nakon što je vojska ustvrdila da nije u kućnom pritvoru.

Zapovjednik glavnog stožera Jusef Ahmed al-Hunaiti zanijekao je da je bivši prijestolonasljednik i polubrat krajla Abdulaha pritvoren ili u kućnom pritvoru.

No, princ Hamza objavio je ubrzo nakon toga dva videa koja su u suprotnosti s priopćenjem vojske.

"Posjetio me jutros zapovjednik glavnog stožera jordanske vojske koji me je obavijestio da mi nije dozvoljeno izlaziti van, komunicirati s ljudima ili ih susretati jer je na susretima kojima sam bio nazočan ili je na društvenim mrežama vezano uz moje posjete bilo kritika na račun kralja", rekao je Hamza na engleskom u videu koji je objavio BBC.

Hamza je kazao kako nije osobno optužen za izgovaranje kritika na račun kralja Abdulaha II.

Rekao je i da je njegovo osiguranje uklonjeno te da su mu ukinute telefonske i internetske veze.

"Ovaj satelitski internet moj je jedini način komunikacije", rekao je dodajući da mu je tvrtka rekla da će i to biti ukinuto.

"Ja nisam odgovoran za propuste u vladanju, za korupciju i za nekompetentnost koja prevladava u našim vladajućim strukturama zadnjih 15 do 20 godina", dodao je princ.

Drugi video u kojemu govori na arapskom objavila je Al Jazeera.

I ranije je bilo glasina o podjelama u jordanskoj kraljevskoj obitelji, no ovako javni raskoli rijetki su.

Hamza (41) bio je prijestolonasljednik od 1999. do 2004. kad ga je kralj Abdulah uklonio i za prijestolonasljednika odredio svoga sina. Hamza je tada u pismu koje su objavili državni mediji napisao da će odano podupirati Abdulaha.

Prema Washington Postu Hamza je u kućnom pritvoru u okviru istrage o planiranju državnog udara.

Al-Hunaiti je to zanijekao no rekao je da je princu Hamzi rečeno da se suzdrži od aktivnosti koje bi mogle narušiti stabilnost kraljevstva.

Nakon "sveobuhvatne istrage sigurnosnih službi" Hamzi je "rečeno da obustavi aktivnosti i poteze čija su meta sigurnost i stabilnost Jordana", napisao je u priopćenju al-Hunaiti.

"Istrage još traju i rezultati će biti objavljeni uz punu transparentnost", dodaje se u vojnom priopćenju.

Te su istrage rezultirale uhićenjima nekoliko istaknutih figura među kojima je, po nepotvrđenim vijestima, i pročelnik Hamzina ureda Jaser Madžali.

Madžalijeva nećakinja Basma napisala je na Twitteru da je njihov dom pretresen, a on odveden u nepoznato.

Al-Hunaitijevo priopćenje tek je navelo da su uhićeni Basem Ibrahim Avadalah, nekdašnji predsjednik kraljevskog hašemitskog suda i bivši ministar financija, te Hasan bin Zaid, član kraljevske obitelji.

Zemlje regije Saudijska Arabija, Bahrein, Kuvajt, Egipat, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, Libanon, Irak, Katar, Jemen te Zaljevsko vijeće za suradnju i Arapska liga izrazili su potporu kralju Abdulahu.

SAD je objavio da prati razvoj događaja  te da je kralj Abdulah "ključni američki saveznik koji uživa punu potporu".

Jordanski princ Hamza objavio je u videu poslanom svjetskim medijima da mu je zapovjednik jordanskih oružanih snaga rekao da ne napušta kuću i da ne komunicira s ljudima, nekoliko sati nakon što je vojska ustvrdila da nije u kućnom pritvoru.

Zapovjednik glavnog stožera Jusef Ahmed al-Hunaiti zanijekao je da je bivši prijestolonasljednik i polubrat krajla Abdulaha pritvoren ili u kućnom pritvoru.

No, princ Hamza objavio je ubrzo nakon toga dva videa koja su u suprotnosti s priopćenjem vojske.

"Posjetio me jutros zapovjednik glavnog stožera jordanske vojske koji me je obavijestio da mi nije dozvoljeno izlaziti van, komunicirati s ljudima ili ih susretati jer je na susretima kojima sam bio nazočan ili je na društvenim mrežama vezano uz moje posjete bilo kritika na račun kralja", rekao je Hamza na engleskom u videu koji je objavio BBC.

Hamza je kazao kako nije osobno optužen za izgovaranje kritika na račun kralja Abdulaha II.

Rekao je i da je njegovo osiguranje uklonjeno te da su mu ukinute telefonske i internetske veze.

"Ovaj satelitski internet moj je jedini način komunikacije", rekao je dodajući da mu je tvrtka rekla da će i to biti ukinuto.

"Ja nisam odgovoran za propuste u vladanju, za korupciju i za nekompetentnost koja prevladava u našim vladajućim strukturama zadnjih 15 do 20 godina", dodao je princ.

Drugi video u kojemu govori na arapskom objavila je Al Jazeera.

I ranije je bilo glasina o podjelama u jordanskoj kraljevskoj obitelji, no ovako javni raskoli rijetki su.

Hamza (41) bio je prijestolonasljednik od 1999. do 2004. kad ga je kralj Abdulah uklonio i za prijestolonasljednika odredio svoga sina. Hamza je tada u pismu koje su objavili državni mediji napisao da će odano podupirati Abdulaha.

Prema Washington Postu Hamza je u kućnom pritvoru u okviru istrage o planiranju državnog udara.

Al-Hunaiti je to zanijekao no rekao je da je princu Hamzi rečeno da se suzdrži od aktivnosti koje bi mogle narušiti stabilnost kraljevstva.

Nakon "sveobuhvatne istrage sigurnosnih službi" Hamzi je "rečeno da obustavi aktivnosti i poteze čija su meta sigurnost i stabilnost Jordana", napisao je u priopćenju al-Hunaiti.

"Istrage još traju i rezultati će biti objavljeni uz punu transparentnost", dodaje se u vojnom priopćenju.

Te su istrage rezultirale uhićenjima nekoliko istaknutih figura među kojima je, po nepotvrđenim vijestima, i pročelnik Hamzina ureda Jaser Madžali.

Madžalijeva nećakinja Basma napisala je na Twitteru da je njihov dom pretresen, a on odveden u nepoznato.

Al-Hunaitijevo priopćenje tek je navelo da su uhićeni Basem Ibrahim Avadalah, nekdašnji predsjednik kraljevskog hašemitskog suda i bivši ministar financija, te Hasan bin Zaid, član kraljevske obitelji.

Zemlje regije Saudijska Arabija, Bahrein, Kuvajt, Egipat, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, Libanon, Irak, Katar, Jemen te Zaljevsko vijeće za suradnju i Arapska liga izrazili su potporu kralju Abdulahu.

SAD je objavio da prati razvoj događaja  te da je kralj Abdulah "ključni američki saveznik koji uživa punu potporu".

Jordanski princ Hamza objavio je u videu poslanom svjetskim medijima da mu je zapovjednik jordanskih oružanih snaga rekao da ne napušta kuću i da ne komunicira s ljudima, nekoliko sati nakon što je vojska ustvrdila da nije u kućnom pritvoru.

Zapovjednik glavnog stožera Jusef Ahmed al-Hunaiti zanijekao je da je bivši prijestolonasljednik i polubrat krajla Abdulaha pritvoren ili u kućnom pritvoru.

No, princ Hamza objavio je ubrzo nakon toga dva videa koja su u suprotnosti s priopćenjem vojske.

"Posjetio me jutros zapovjednik glavnog stožera jordanske vojske koji me je obavijestio da mi nije dozvoljeno izlaziti van, komunicirati s ljudima ili ih susretati jer je na susretima kojima sam bio nazočan ili je na društvenim mrežama vezano uz moje posjete bilo kritika na račun kralja", re...
