Na sudu u Detmoldu u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji traje suđenje liječniku i medicinskim sestrama koji su 2019. godine liječili 12-godišnju Carlotte B., i koje se sumnjiči da su nesavijesno liječili djevojčicu zbog čega je preminula, piše Fenix-magazin.de.

- Tragična sudbina djevojčice mogla se spriječiti, mišljenje je vanjskog vještaka i državnog odvjetništva u Detmoldu.

Na sudu se vodi proces protiv liječnika i tri medicinske sestre u klinici Lippe za ubojstvo iz nehaja.

Medicinske sestre i liječnik su optuženi da su poduzeli nedostatne mjere za liječenje preminule 12-godišnjakinje, rekao je sudac Martin van der Sand iz Okružnog suda u Detmoldu.

Liječnik i medicinske sestre nisu shvatili ozbiljnost situacije. Na sudu je rečeno da je 49-godišnji liječnik dijagnosticirao blagu gastrointestinalnu infekciju. Tijekom noći pacijentica je navodno dobivala premalo tekućine i navodno nije bila dovoljno pod nadzorom, navodi se u optužnici.

Tek je ujutro primjećeno da djevojka ima samo slab puls, a usne su joj već lagano pomodrele. Liječnik je Carlottu odveo na odjel intenzivne njege. No, prema vještačenju, za reanimaciju je već bilo prekasno.

Među ostalim, do smrti učenice doveo je, između ostalog, ogroman gubitak tekućine. Prema riječima tužitelja, Carlottina smrt mogla se spriječiti uz dosta tekućine i pomno praćenje.

Carlottinim roditeljima je teško razumjeti i prihvatiti smrt svoje kćeri.

– Ako vještak kaže da se dijete moglo spasiti noću, to je tako bolna i drastična optužba s kojom se roditelji teško nose, kaže Erika Leimkühler, odvjetnica roditelja žrtve.

Na sudu u Detmoldu u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji traje suđenje liječniku i medicinskim sestrama koji su 2019. godine liječili 12-godišnju Carlotte B., i koje se sumnjiči da su nesavijesno liječili djevojčicu zbog čega je preminula, piše Fenix-magazin.de.

- Tragična sudbina djevojčice mogla se spriječiti, mišljenje je vanjskog vještaka i državnog odvjetništva u Detmoldu.

Na sudu se vodi proces protiv liječnika i tri medicinske sestre u klinici Lippe za ubojstvo iz nehaja.

Medicinske sestre i liječnik su optuženi da su poduzeli nedostatne mjere za liječenje preminule 12-godišnjakinje, rekao je sudac Martin van der Sand iz Okružnog suda u Detmoldu.

Liječnik i medicinske sestre nisu shvatili ozbiljnost situacije. Na sudu je rečeno da je 49-godišnji liječnik dijagnosticirao blagu gastrointestinalnu infekciju. Tijekom noći pacijentica je navodno dobivala premalo tekućine i navodno nije bila dovoljno pod nadzorom, navodi se u optužnici.

Tek je ujutro primjećeno da djevojka ima samo slab puls, a usne su joj već lagano pomodrele. Liječnik je Carlottu odveo na odjel intenzivne njege. No, prema vještačenju, za reanimaciju je već bilo prekasno.

Među ostalim, do smrti učenice doveo je, između ostalog, ogroman gubitak tekućine. Prema riječima tužitelja, Carlottina smrt mogla se spriječiti uz dosta tekućine i pomno praćenje.

Carlottinim roditeljima je teško razumjeti i prihvatiti smrt svoje kćeri.

– Ako vještak kaže da se dijete moglo spasiti noću, to je tako bolna i drastična optužba s kojom se roditelji teško nose, kaže Erika Leimkühler, odvjetnica roditelja žrtve.

Liječnici na sudu zbog velike tragedije: 12-godišnja djevojčica povraćala i dobila temperaturu pa preminula u bolnici

Na sudu u Detmoldu u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji traje suđenje liječniku i medicinskim sestrama koji su 2019. godine liječili 12-godišnju Carlotte B., i koje se sumnjiči da su nesavijesno liječili djevojčicu zbog čega je preminula, piše Fenix-magazin.de.

- Tragična sudbina djevojčice mogla se spriječiti, mišljenje je vanjskog vještaka i državnog odvjetništva u Detmoldu.

Na sudu se vodi proces protiv liječnika i tri medicinske sestre u klinici Lippe za ubojstvo iz nehaja.

Medicinske sestre i liječnik su optuženi da su poduzeli nedostatne mjere za liječenje preminule 12-godišnjakinje, rekao je sudac Martin van der Sand iz Okružnog suda u Detmoldu.

Liječnik i medicinske sestre nisu shvatili ozbiljnost situacije. Na sudu je rečeno da je 49-godišnji liječnik dijagnosticirao blagu gastrointestinalnu infekciju. Tijekom noći pacijentica je navodno dobivala premalo tekućine i navodno nije bila dovoljno pod nadzorom, navodi se u optužnici.

Tek je ujutro primjećeno da djevojka ima samo slab puls, a usne su joj već lagano pomodrele. Liječnik je Carlottu odveo na odjel intenzivne njege. No, prema vještačenju, za reanimaciju je već bilo prekasno.

Među ostalim, do smrti učenice doveo je, između ostalog, ogroman gubitak tekućine. Prema riječima tužitelja, Carlottina smrt mogla se spriječiti uz dosta tekućine i pomno praćenje.

Carlottinim roditeljima je teško razumjeti i prihvatiti smrt svoje kćeri.

– Ako vještak kaže da se dijete moglo spasiti noću, to je tako bolna i drastična optužba s kojom se roditelji teško nose, kaže Erika Leimkühler, odvjetnica roditelja žrtve.
