Frédéricu Desnardu je njegov menadžerski posao u parfemskoj tvrtki, bio toliko zamoran da je podnio je tužbu sudu za radne odnose, tražeći 360.000 eura naknade i odštete za "izgaranje" koje je, kako kaže, pretrpio radeći na svojoj nadzorničkoj poziciji. Frédéric je radio je za francusku tvrtku Interparfums, specijaliziranu za dizajn i distribuciju licenciranih parfema. "Radio sam sve, od popravljanja izgorjele svjetiljke do nadgledanja određenih ugovora ili putnih troškova", prepričava bivši menadžer.

Iako je nekoć bio mnogo zaposleniji, pri čemu je iskazivao 'potpunu predanost' svom poslu, postao je svojevrsnim viškom nakon što je tvrtka izgubila veliki ugovor pa je na kraju vrijeme provodio u 'poslovima za predsjednika' Interparfumsa. Njegov obujam posla se značajno smanjio, a Desnard se tada morao odviknuti od stresnih dana i preći na "između 20 i 40 minuta stvarnog posla dnevno". Isto tako, kaže da je imao osjećaj da nikoga nije bilo briga hoće li doći na vrijeme. Slikovito je to opisao kao "silazak u pakao".

Takva situacija ga je gurnula u stanje "krajnje iscrpljenosti". "Nisam više imao energije ni za što. Osjećao sam krivnju i sram što sam plaćen nizašto. Imao sam dojam da sam nevidljiv u tvrtki." Desnard je 2014. proglašen tehnološkim višakom nakon što je sedam mjeseci bio na bolovanju. Njegov odvjetnik je tvrdio da je zbog 'predosađivanja' dobio i epileptični napad tijekom vožnje, što je dovelo do nesreće, nakon koje je bio u komi nekoliko dana, a kasnije i na šestomjesečnom bolovanju. Nakon toga je i otpušten. 

Desnard je tvrdio da su stres i nedostatak stimulacije na poslu izazvali epileptični napad dok je vozio jer ga je depresija zbog toga što je bio lišen svojih poslovnih obaveza ostavila "uništenog". Desnard je uložio žalbu sudu za radne odnose, tražeći 360.000 eura na ime naknade i štete. Bivši poslodavac mu je odlukom suda morao isplatiti 40.000 eura odštete. No, odvjetnik tvrtke Jean-Philippe Benissan rekao je da Desnard nikada nije poslao niti jedan e-mail upravi da se požali na svoju situaciju ili dosadu na poslu.

U njegovu obranu njegov odvjetnik je rekao da je Desnard bio "moralno, a posebno fizički uništen", ali se nije usudio žaliti, jer mu je drago što ima posao na depresivnom tržištu rada, dodajući da je njegovog klijenta "profesionalno ubijala dosada", prenosi Miss7.

Frédéricu Desnardu je njegov menadžerski posao u parfemskoj tvrtki, bio toliko zamoran da je podnio je tužbu sudu za radne odnose, tražeći 360.000 eura naknade i odštete za "izgaranje" koje je, kako kaže, pretrpio radeći na svojoj nadzorničkoj poziciji. Frédéric je radio je za francusku tvrtku Interparfums, specijaliziranu za dizajn i distribuciju licenciranih parfema. "Radio sam sve, od popravljanja izgorjele svjetiljke do nadgledanja određenih ugovora ili putnih troškova", prepričava bivši menadžer.

Iako je nekoć bio mnogo zaposleniji, pri čemu je iskazivao 'potpunu predanost' svom poslu, postao je svojevrsnim viškom nakon što je tvrtka izgubila veliki ugovor pa je na kraju vrijeme provodio u 'poslovima za predsjednika' Interparfumsa. Njegov obujam posla se značajno smanjio, a Desnard se tada morao odviknuti od stresnih dana i preći na "između 20 i 40 minuta stvarnog posla dnevno". Isto tako, kaže da je imao osjećaj da nikoga nije bilo briga hoće li doći na vrijeme. Slikovito je to opisao kao "silazak u pakao".

Takva situacija ga je gurnula u stanje "krajnje iscrpljenosti". "Nisam više imao energije ni za što. Osjećao sam krivnju i sram što sam plaćen nizašto. Imao sam dojam da sam nevidljiv u tvrtki." Desnard je 2014. proglašen tehnološkim višakom nakon što je sedam mjeseci bio na bolovanju. Njegov odvjetnik je tvrdio da je zbog 'predosađivanja' dobio i epileptični napad tijekom vožnje, što je dovelo do nesreće, nakon koje je bio u komi nekoliko dana, a kasnije i na šestomjesečnom bolovanju. Nakon toga je i otpušten. 

Desnard je tvrdio da su stres i nedostatak stimulacije na poslu izazvali epileptični napad dok je vozio jer ga je depresija zbog toga što je bio lišen svojih poslovnih obaveza ostavila "uništenog". Desnard je uložio žalbu sudu za radne odnose, tražeći 360.000 eura na ime naknade i štete. Bivši poslodavac mu je odlukom suda morao isplatiti 40.000 eura odštete. No, odvjetnik tvrtke Jean-Philippe Benissan rekao je da Desnard nikada nije poslao niti jedan e-mail upravi da se požali na svoju situaciju ili dosadu na poslu.

U njegovu obranu njegov odvjetnik je rekao da je Desnard bio "moralno, a posebno fizički uništen", ali se nije usudio žaliti, jer mu je drago što ima posao na depresivnom tržištu rada, dodajući da je njegovog klijenta "profesionalno ubijala dosada", prenosi Miss7.

Frédéricu Desnardu je njegov menadžerski posao u parfemskoj tvrtki, bio toliko zamoran da je podnio je tužbu sudu za radne odnose, tražeći 360.000 eura naknade i odštete za "izgaranje" koje je, kako kaže, pretrpio radeći na svojoj nadzorničkoj poziciji. Frédéric je radio je za francusku tvrtku Interparfums, specijaliziranu za dizajn i distribuciju licenciranih parfema. "Radio sam sve, od popravljanja izgorjele svjetiljke do nadgledanja određenih ugovora ili putnih troškova", prepričava bivši menadžer.

Iako je nekoć bio mnogo zaposleniji, pri čemu je iskazivao 'potpunu predanost' svom poslu, postao je svojevrsnim viškom nakon što je tvrtka izgubila veliki ugovor pa je na kraju vrijeme provodio u 'poslovima za predsjednika' Interparfumsa. Njegov obujam posla se značajno...
