Thomas Wiegold (63) iz Berlina bori se protiv ovrhe za novčanu kaznu iz kolovoza 2023. godine. Kako navode njemački mediji, muškarcu je stigla kazna jer je 15. svibnja 2023. navodno vozio sedam kilometara na sat prebrzo u Kaltenkirchenu, gradiću u Schleswig-Holsteinu, piše portal Fenix.

Kazna uopće nije usmjerena protiv njega, kaže stanovnik Berlina. On tada nije ni bio u Kaltenkirchenu, a nema ni auto.

Wiegold je odmah uložio prigovor policiji, te je angažirao i odvjetnika, navode njemački mediji.

Tijekom istrage pokazalo se da je vlasnik automobila kojeg je snimio radar u Kaltenkirchenu čovjek po imenu Julian Wiegold – šef tvrtke za metalne konstrukcije u Kaltenkirchenu. Ali jedno je sigurno: ni on nije čovjek na fotografiji s radara.

Odvjetnik doznaje da je Julian Wiegold dobio novčanu kaznu, na koju je također uložio prigovor. Međutim, policijska uprava u Bad Segebergu je nastavila potragu za vozačem automobila koji je vozio prebrzo. Policajac je konačno potražio ime Wiegold na internetu.

Naišao je na ime Thomasa Wiegolda iz Berlina. Budući da je Wiegold novinar i stručnjak za obrambenu politiku, na internetu ima mnogo njegovih fotografija. Na temelju fotografija policajac je bio siguran da je vozač iz Kaltenkirchena Wiegold iz Berlina.

Ali postaje još čudnije: nakon što je odvjetnik policiji ukazao da na fotografiji s radara nije njegov klijent, policija nije popuštala. Otkriveno je da su Wiegold iz Schleswig-Holsteina i Wiegold iz Berlina navodno registrirani na istoj adresi.

Da to nije točno potvrdio je i Julian Wiegold Kaltenkirchen njemačkim medijima.

Ni šest mjeseci nakon primitka obavijesti o kazni policija nije priznala svoju pogrešku, ozlojeđen je Wiegold iz Berlina. Ne želi samo platiti 20 eura. Odvjetničke naknade sada su također puno veće.

“Ako se “googlanje” smatra pouzdanim policijskim poslom, onda je rizik da kaznu dobije pogrešna osoba velik”, kaže Wiegold, koji je sada zabrinut zbog tog principa.

Slučaj je sada pred okružnim sudom u Bad Segebergu. Ako se postupak ne obustavi, Julian Wiegold i Thomas Wiegold mogli bi se prvi put suočiti na glavnoj raspravi, piše Fenix.

Thomas Wiegold (63) iz Berlina bori se protiv ovrhe za novčanu kaznu iz kolovoza 2023. godine. Kako navode njemački mediji, muškarcu je stigla kazna jer je 15. svibnja 2023. navodno vozio sedam kilometara na sat prebrzo u Kaltenkirchenu, gradiću u Schleswig-Holsteinu, piše portal Fenix.

Kazna uopće nije usmjerena protiv njega, kaže stanovnik Berlina. On tada nije ni bio u Kaltenkirchenu, a nema ni auto.

Wiegold je odmah uložio prigovor policiji, te je angažirao i odvjetnika, navode njemački mediji.

Tijekom istrage pokazalo se da je vlasnik automobila kojeg je snimio radar u Kaltenkirchenu čovjek po imenu Julian Wiegold – šef tvrtke za metalne konstrukcije u Kaltenkirchenu. Ali jedno je sigurno: ni on nije čovjek na fotografiji s radara.

Odvjetnik doznaje da je Julian Wiegold dobio novčanu kaznu, na koju je također uložio prigovor. Međutim, policijska uprava u Bad Segebergu je nastavila potragu za vozačem automobila koji je vozio prebrzo. Policajac je konačno potražio ime Wiegold na internetu.

Naišao je na ime Thomasa Wiegolda iz Berlina. Budući da je Wiegold novinar i stručnjak za obrambenu politiku, na internetu ima mnogo njegovih fotografija. Na temelju fotografija policajac je bio siguran da je vozač iz Kaltenkirchena Wiegold iz Berlina.

Ali postaje još čudnije: nakon što je odvjetnik policiji ukazao da na fotografiji s radara nije njegov klijent, policija nije popuštala. Otkriveno je da su Wiegold iz Schleswig-Holsteina i Wiegold iz Berlina navodno registrirani na istoj adresi.

Da to nije točno potvrdio je i Julian Wiegold Kaltenkirchen njemačkim medijima.

Ni šest mjeseci nakon primitka obavijesti o kazni policija nije priznala svoju pogrešku, ozlojeđen je Wiegold iz Berlina. Ne želi samo platiti 20 eura. Odvjetničke naknade sada su također puno veće.

Thomas Wiegold (63) iz Berlina bori se protiv ovrhe za novčanu kaznu iz kolovoza 2023. godine. Kako navode njemački mediji, muškarcu je stigla kazna jer je 15. svibnja 2023. navodno vozio sedam kilometara na sat prebrzo u Kaltenkirchenu, gradiću u Schleswig-Holsteinu, piše portal Fenix.

Kazna uopće nije usmjerena protiv njega, kaže stanovnik Berlina. On tada nije ni bio u Kaltenkirchenu, a nema ni auto.

Wiegold je odmah uložio prigovor policiji, te je angažirao i odvjetnika, navode njemački mediji.

Tijekom istrage pokazalo se da je vlasnik automobila kojeg je snimio radar u Kaltenkirchenu čovjek po imenu Julian Wiegold – šef tvrtke za metalne konstrukcije u Kaltenkirchenu. Ali jedno je sigurno: ni on nije čovjek na fotografiji s radara.

Odvjetnik doznaje da je Julian Wiegold dobio novčanu kaznu, na koju je također uložio prigovor. Međutim, policijska uprava u Bad Segebergu je nastavila potragu za vozačem automobila koji je vozio prebrzo. Policajac je konačno potražio ime Wiegold na internetu.

Naišao je na ime Thomasa Wiegolda iz Berlina. Budući da je Wiegold novinar i stručnjak za obrambenu politiku, na internetu ima mnogo njegovih fotografija. Na temelju fotografija policajac je bio siguran da je vozač iz Kaltenkirchena Wiegold iz Berlina.

Ali postaje još čudnije: nakon što je odvjetnik policiji ukazao da na fotografiji s radara nije njegov klijent, policija nije popuštala. Otkriveno je da su Wiegold iz Schleswig-Holsteina i Wiegold iz Berlina navodno registrirani na istoj adresi.

Da to nije točno potvrdio je i Julian Wiegold Kaltenkirchen njemačkim medijima.

Ni šest mjeseci nakon primitka obavijesti o kazni policija nije priznala svoju pogrešku, ozlojeđen je Wiegold iz Berlina. Ne želi samo platiti 20 eura. Odvjetničke naknade sada su također puno veće.
