Treći krug pregovora o ukrajinskom planu za mir počeli su u subotu na Malti uz sudjelovanje predstavnika više od 60 zemalja, ali bez Rusije koja je sastanak nazvala "izrazito proturuskim događajem".

Ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenskij održao je govor prvog od dva dana pregovora iza zatvorenih vrata koji trebaju pridobiti potporu za njegov plan od deset točaka kako bi se zaustavio rat koji je potaknula ruska invazija u veljači 2022.

U objavi na društvenim mrežama ukrajinski predsjednik je izrazio zadovoljstvo zbog sudjelovanja predstavnika 66 zemalja na sastanku koji se održava nakon onih u Džedi i u Kopenhagenu ljetos. To je dokaz, rekao je, da je ukrajinski mirovni plan "polako postao globalni".

"Na sastanku je potvrđen velik interes i sve veća potpora glavnim dijelovima ukrajinske mirovne formule", ocijenio je predstavnik Europske unije. Oko 40 zemalja sudjelovalo je na saudijskom samitu u kolovozu.

U prilikama rata Hamasa i Izraela, sastanak pokazuje da je "uspostava pravednog mira važna i izvan Ukrajine: riječ je o globalnom zauzimanju za poštovanje međunarodnog prava", rekao je taj europski izvor.

Mirovni plan Zelenskog ima deset točaka i traži od Rusije da povuče sve svoje snage izvan međunarodno priznate ukrajinske granice.

No Rusija - koja je u rujnu 2022. proglasila aneksiju četiriju ukrajinskih oblasti, Luhanske, Donecke, Hersonske i Zaporiške te Krima 2014. - odbija svako rješenje koje bi uključilo napuštanje teritorija.

Zemlje koje pomažu Kijevu, poput Sjedinjenih Država, EU-a i Velike Britanije, sudjeluju na sastanku na Malti.

Turska koja se ponudila za posrednika između Ukrajine i Rusije, također je zastupljena, dok Kina, koja ne želi osuditi rusku invaziju, nije poslala izaslanstvo na Maltu, iako je sudjelovala u Džedi.

Organizatori se nadaju zajedničkoj izjavi sa sastanka na vrhu na Malti, za razliku od dvaju ranijih skupova.

Treći krug pregovora o ukrajinskom planu za mir počeli su u subotu na Malti uz sudjelovanje predstavnika više od 60 zemalja, ali bez Rusije koja je sastanak nazvala "izrazito proturuskim događajem".

Ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenskij održao je govor prvog od dva dana pregovora iza zatvorenih vrata koji trebaju pridobiti potporu za njegov plan od deset točaka kako bi se zaustavio rat koji je potaknula ruska invazija u veljači 2022.

U prilikama rata Hamasa i Izraela, sastanak pokazuje da je "uspostava pravednog mira važna i izvan Ukrajine: riječ je o globalnom zauzimanju za poštovanje međunarodnog prava", rekao je taj europski izvor.

No Rusija - koja je u rujnu 2022. proglasila aneksiju četiriju ukrajinskih oblasti, Luhanske, Donecke, Hersonske i Zaporiške te Krima 2014. - odbija svako rješenje koje bi uključilo napuštanje teritorija.

Zemlje koje pomažu Kijevu, poput Sjedinjenih Država, EU-a i Velike Britanije, sudjeluju na sastanku na Malti.

Turska koja se ponudila za posrednika između Ukrajine i Rusije, također je zastupljena, dok Kina, koja ne želi osuditi rusku invaziju, nije poslala izaslanstvo na Maltu, iako je sudjelovala u Džedi.

Organizatori se nadaju zajedničkoj izjavi sa sastanka na vrhu na Malti, za razliku od dvaju ranijih skupova.

Treći krug pregovora o ukrajinskom planu za mir počeli su u subotu na Malti uz sudjelovanje predstavnika više od 60 zemalja, ali bez Rusije koja je sastanak nazvala "izrazito proturuskim događajem".

Ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenskij održao je govor prvog od dva dana pregovora iza zatvorenih vrata koji trebaju pridobiti potporu za njegov plan od deset točaka kako bi se zaustavio rat koji je potaknula ruska invazija u veljači 2022.
