Hrvatski novinar Zoran Pehar razgovarao je s jednom palestinskom novinarkom:

- Dok se uspostavljao WhatsApp video poziv s Ramalom, na Zapadnoj Obali, razmišljao sam što reći osobi s druge strane, a da te riječi ne budu isprazna patetika. Ni sada ne znam što reći ljudima čiji su sunarodnjaci u Gazi gladni i već 180 dana svaki dan razmišljaju da im je ovaj možda posljednji na Zemlji.

Na ekranu se ubrzo pojavila Rania Keyyat iz Palestinskog sindikata novinara. Rekao sam joj da ne znam što reći i da su me učili da je u tim slučajevima najbolje šutjeti. Razumjeli smo se. I otpočeli razgovor o aktualnoj situaciji u Gazi - piše Pehar na stranicama Sindikata novinara Hrvatske.

"Oni su pod napadom jer su Palestinci, to su naši ljudi. Imam puno prijatelja u Gazi. Neugodno mi ih je i kontaktirati jer nemam riječi koje bi im rekla. U šatorima su, gladni su. Kada jedem, osjećam se krivom jer ja imam za jelo, a oni ne. Dajemo sve od sebe da im pomognemo kako god možemo. Pokušavamo ostati u kontaktu s njima da znaju da smo uz njih i da osjećamo njihovu bol. Ovo je jedan od najgorih trenutaka u mom životu i srce mi se slama. Ljudi u Gazi trebaju hranu kako ne bi umrli od gladi, to je sada prioritet" objašnjava Rania i dodaje da je iznimno teško dostaviti bilo kakvu pomoć u Gazu.

No, i uz takve okolnosti, sindikat je uspio poduprijeti više od 100 novinarki i novinara slanjem novca na račune. Oni koji još imaju bankovne kartice uspjeli bi podići novac na nekom od rijetkih bankomata koji još rade i kupiti još ono što je ostalo od hrane u Gazi.

Novinarkama je još teže. "Uspjeli smo poslati nešto gotovine kako bi njih 220 zadovoljile svoje intimne potrebe koje imaju kao žene", pojašnjava Rania. U Gazi je prema procjenama sindikata oko 1500 novinarki i novinara i medijskih radnica i radnika. Oko 300 su žene. Do sada je 126 novinara i medijskih djelatnika poginulo.

Dok na Zapadnoj obali nema zračnih napada ima jako puno drugih opasnosti.

"Situacija je jako opasna, puno je restrikcija, kretanje nam je ograničeno i opasno, nije se ni sigurno previše kretati. Uvijek možete očekivati kontrolne točke na putu i ne možete biti sigurni da ćete stići do odredišta. Morate se pripremiti na mogućnost da ćete biti uhićeni, zadržani u pritvoru nekoliko sati. Sada nam na kontrolnim točkama pregledavaju mobitele, gledaju što imate na njima. Ako imate nešto za što oni procijene da je sumnjivo uhitit će vas, pretući, a mobitel će vam zaplijeniti.

Novinarima je jako teško raditi svoj posao. Prijete im doseljenici, izraelska vojska, ne dopušta im se da rade svoj posao, ponekad im vojska zaplijeni ili uništi opremu, puca se na njihove automobile ili na njih izravno. Do sada je uhićeno oko 65 novinara i svi su u tzv. administrativnom pritvoru. To je vrsta pritvora koji može trajati mjesecima bez konkretne optužnice. Neki su tako već godinama u zatvoru", govori Rania.

I dok je ovo samo po sebi horor, Rania se stalno vraća na novinarke i novinare u Gazi. "Pokušavamo im biti potpora. Oni umiru, rade u teškim uvjetima. Mi Palestinci koji živimo u drugim dijelovima Palestine osjećamo se krivima jer oni su u tako teškim uvjetima, pokušavamo im poslati novac, hranu, ali što god napravio je kao kap u moru. Potrebe su ogromne. Drugi je problem komunikacija prema Gazi. Često ne možemo doći do njih, dobiti informacije što se događa."

Hrvatski novinar Zoran Pehar razgovarao je s jednom palestinskom novinarkom:

- Dok se uspostavljao WhatsApp video poziv s Ramalom, na Zapadnoj Obali, razmišljao sam što reći osobi s druge strane, a da te riječi ne budu isprazna patetika. Ni sada ne znam što reći ljudima čiji su sunarodnjaci u Gazi gladni i već 180 dana svaki dan razmišljaju da im je ovaj možda posljednji na Zemlji.

Na ekranu se ubrzo pojavila Rania Keyyat iz Palestinskog sindikata novinara. Rekao sam joj da ne znam što reći i da su me učili da je u tim slučajevima najbolje šutjeti. Razumjeli smo se. I otpočeli razgovor o aktualnoj situaciji u Gazi - piše Pehar na stranicama Sindikata novinara Hrvatske.

"Oni su pod napadom jer su Palestinci, to su naši ljudi. Imam puno prijatelja u Gazi. Neugodno mi ih je i kontaktirati jer nemam riječi koje bi im rekla. U šatorima su, gladni su. Kada jedem, osjećam se krivom jer ja imam za jelo, a oni ne. Dajemo sve od sebe da im pomognemo kako god možemo. Pokušavamo ostati u kontaktu s njima da znaju da smo uz njih i da osjećamo njihovu bol. Ovo je jedan od najgorih trenutaka u mom životu i srce mi se slama. Ljudi u Gazi trebaju hranu kako ne bi umrli od gladi, to je sada prioritet" objašnjava Rania i dodaje da je iznimno teško dostaviti bilo kakvu pomoć u Gazu.

No, i uz takve okolnosti, sindikat je uspio poduprijeti više od 100 novinarki i novinara slanjem novca na račune. Oni koji još imaju bankovne kartice uspjeli bi podići novac na nekom od rijetkih bankomata koji još rade i kupiti još ono što je ostalo od hrane u Gazi.

Novinarkama je još teže. "Uspjeli smo poslati nešto gotovine kako bi njih 220 zadovoljile svoje intimne potrebe koje imaju kao žene", pojašnjava Rania. U Gazi je prema procjenama sindikata oko 1500 novinarki i novinara i medijskih radnica i radnika. Oko 300 su žene. Do sada je 126 novinara i medijskih djelatnika poginulo.

Dok na Zapadnoj obali nema zračnih napada ima jako puno drugih opasnosti.

"Situacija je jako opasna, puno je restrikcija, kretanje nam je ograničeno i opasno, nije se ni sigurno previše kretati. Uvijek možete očekivati kontrolne točke na putu i ne možete biti sigurni da ćete stići do odredišta. Morate se pripremiti na mogućnost da ćete biti uhićeni, zadržani u pritvoru nekoliko sati. Sada nam na kontrolnim točkama pregledavaju mobitele, gledaju što imate na njima. Ako imate nešto za što oni procijene da je sumnjivo uhitit će vas, pretući, a mobitel će vam zaplijeniti.

Novinarima je jako teško raditi svoj posao. Prijete im doseljenici, izraelska vojska, ne dopušta im se da rade svoj posao, ponekad im vojska zaplijeni ili uništi opremu, puca se na njihove automobile ili na njih izravno. Do sada je uhićeno oko 65 novinara i svi su u tzv. administrativnom pritvoru. To je vrsta pritvora koji može trajati mjesecima bez konkretne optužnice. Neki su tako već godinama u zatvoru", govori Rania.

I dok je ovo samo po sebi horor, Rania se stalno vraća na novinarke i novinare u Gazi. "Pokušavamo im biti potpora. Oni umiru, rade u teškim uvjetima. Mi Palestinci koji živimo u drugim dijelovima Palestine osjećamo se krivima jer oni su u tako teškim uvjetima, pokušavamo im poslati novac, hranu, ali što god napravio je kao kap u moru. Potrebe su ogromne. Drugi je problem komunikacija prema Gazi. Često ne možemo doći do njih, dobiti informacije što se događa."
