Globalna ekonomska kriza pogađa i industrijski najjače zemlje Europe: prema podacima vodeće švedske poslovne i kreditne agencije UC, ovu skandinavsku zemlju u siječnju je zahvatio odavno nezabilježeni val bankrota, osobito u građevinskom sektoru.

U siječnju su stečajni zahtjev uputile 622 švedske kompanije – što je porast od čak 47 posto u odnosu na prošli siječanj – među kojima i 130 građevinskih tvrtki. Svaka peta tvrtka koja je podnijela zahtjev za stečaj bila je građevinska.

Stanje je još indikativnije kad se uzmu u obzir samo najveće švedske tvrtke koje su bankrotirale u siječnju: prema zasebnoj objavi agencije Creditsafe, čak tri od pet takvih tvrtki dolaze iz građevinske industrije.

Kako piše američki Bloomberg, broj bankrota u Švedskoj u siječnju je skočio na najvišu razinu u najmanje deset godina, jer su se građevinske tvrtke našle pod pritiskom tekuće krize na tržištu nekretnina. Spomenuti list ističe da se Švedska bori „s najgorim padom cijena nekretnina u posljednja tri desetljeća”.

- Tijekom jeseni vidjeli smo stečajeve u poduzećima okrenutim potrošačima, kao što su maloprodaja, hoteli i restorani. A sada vidimo da se najveći porast (stečajeva) događa u sektorima koji su usko povezani s industrijom i dugoročnijim ulaganjima – izjavila je za Bloomberg ekonomistica UC-a Johanna Blome.

Ekonomisti: Pad će se nastaviti

Američki list navodi da je švedsko stambeno tržište postalo „simbol razvoja događaja koji se odvija diljem svijeta kako kamatne stope rastu, a kućanstva su pod pritiskom sve većih troškova”. Ističe se da su cijene nekretnina pale za 16 posto u odnosu na vrhunac u prvom tromjesečju prošle godine, a ekonomisti predviđaju da će se taj pad nastaviti.

Prema procjenama Švedskog nacionalnog odbora za stambena pitanja, izgradnja novih kuća ove će godine „dramatično pasti za 44 posto”, na svega 33.000 stambenih jedinica. Udarac za najveće nordijsko gospodarstvo tim je veći ako se zna da je građevinska industrija ključni poslodavac u Švedskoj, s više od 350.000 zaposlenih (od ukupno pet milijuna švedskih radnika).

Bloomberg upozorava da bi pad u građevinarstvu mogao dodatno opteretiti gospodarsku aktivnost zemlje, za koju se očekuje da će i ove godine nastaviti padati, nakon što je već pala u četvrtom tromjesečju 2022. godine.

Štoviše, švedska vlada je krajem 2022. objavila da zemlja ulazi u recesiju koja bi mogla trajati sve do 2025. godine. Pesimistične projekcije ukazuju da će nacionalni BDP ove godine pasti za 0,7 posto, uz porast nezaposlenosti na 7,8 posto ove godine, odnosno na 8,2 posto 2024 godine.

Globalna ekonomska kriza pogađa i industrijski najjače zemlje Europe: prema podacima vodeće švedske poslovne i kreditne agencije UC, ovu skandinavsku zemlju u siječnju je zahvatio odavno nezabilježeni val bankrota, osobito u građevinskom sektoru.

U siječnju su stečajni zahtjev uputile 622 švedske kompanije – što je porast od čak 47 posto u odnosu na prošli siječanj – među kojima i 130 građevinskih tvrtki. Svaka peta tvrtka koja je podnijela zahtjev za stečaj bila je građevinska.

Stanje je još indikativnije kad se uzmu u obzir samo najveće švedske tvrtke koje su bankrotirale u siječnju: prema zasebnoj objavi agencije Creditsafe, čak tri od pet takvih tvrtki dolaze iz građevinske industrije.

Kako piše američki Bloomberg, broj bankrota u Švedskoj u siječnju je skočio na najvišu razinu u najmanje deset godina, jer su se građevinske tvrtke našle pod pritiskom tekuće krize na tržištu nekretnina. Spomenuti list ističe da se Švedska bori „s najgorim padom cijena nekretnina u posljednja tri desetljeća”.

- Tijekom jeseni vidjeli smo stečajeve u poduzećima okrenutim potrošačima, kao što su maloprodaja, hoteli i restorani. A sada vidimo da se najveći porast (stečajeva) događa u sektorima koji su usko povezani s industrijom i dugoročnijim ulaganjima – izjavila je za Bloomberg ekonomistica UC-a Johanna Blome.

Ekonomisti: Pad će se nastaviti

Američki list navodi da je švedsko stambeno tržište postalo „simbol razvoja događaja koji se odvija diljem svijeta kako kamatne stope rastu, a kućanstva su pod pritiskom sve većih troškova”. Ističe se da su cijene nekretnina pale za 16 posto u odnosu na vrhunac u prvom tromjesečju prošle godine, a ekonomisti predviđaju da će se taj pad nastaviti.

Prema procjenama Švedskog nacionalnog odbora za stambena pitanja, izgradnja novih kuća ove će godine „dramatično pasti za 44 posto”, na svega 33.000 stambenih jedinica. Udarac za najveće nordijsko gospodarstvo tim je veći ako se zna da je građevinska industrija ključni poslodavac u Švedskoj, s više od 350.000 zaposlenih (od ukupno pet milijuna švedskih radnika).

Bloomberg upozorava da bi pad u građevinarstvu mogao dodatno opteretiti gospodarsku aktivnost zemlje, za koju se očekuje da će i ove godine nastaviti padati, nakon što je već pala u četvrtom tromjesečju 2022. godine.

Štoviše, švedska vlada je krajem 2022. objavila da zemlja ulazi u recesiju koja bi mogla trajati sve do 2025. godine. Pesimistične projekcije ukazuju da će nacionalni BDP ove godine pasti za 0,7 posto, uz porast nezaposlenosti na 7,8 posto ove godine, odnosno na 8,2 posto 2024 godine.

Posljedice krize osjećaju i najrazvijenije zemlje Europe: Švedsku u siječnju pogodio rekordni val bankrota

Globalna ekonomska kriza pogađa i industrijski najjače zemlje Europe: prema podacima vodeće švedske poslovne i kreditne agencije UC, ovu skandinavsku zemlju u siječnju je zahvatio odavno nezabilježeni val bankrota, osobito u građevinskom sektoru.

U siječnju su stečajni zahtjev uputile 622 švedske kompanije – što je porast od čak 47 posto u odnosu na prošli siječanj – među kojima i 130 građevinskih tvrtki. Svaka peta tvrtka koja je podnijela zahtjev za stečaj bila je građevinska.

Stanje je još indikativnije kad se uzmu u obzir samo najveće švedske tvrtke koje su bankrotirale u siječnju: prema zasebnoj objavi agencije Creditsafe, čak tri od pet takvih tvrtki dolaze iz građevinske industrije.
