Preživjeli putnici ispričali su o 10 sekundi košmara koji se dogodio kada se vlak u kojem su putovali prevrnuo, a onda ga je progutao plamen u nesreći koja se dogodila u sjevernoj Grčkoj, piše Jutarnji list.
Najmanje 32 osobe su poginule i najmanje je 85 ozlijeđenih u lančanom sudaru dvaju vlakova u blizini grada Larisse u utorak navečer.
Spasioci su cijelu noć radili na pronalaženju preživjelih.
"Čuli smo veliki prasak", rekao je 28-godišnji Stergios Minenis koji je iskočio na sigurno.
"Okretali smo se u vagonu dok se nismo okrenuli na bok. Onda je nastala panika. Vatra je izbila odmah i s lijeve i s desne strane. Dok smo se prevrtali, gorjeli smo. 10, 15 sekundi bio je kaos. Prevrtanje, požari, razbijeni prozori, zarobljeni ljudi vrište."
Putnici su opisali kako su morali puzati kroz prozore i preko razbijenog stakla dok su pokušavali pobjeći, prenosi BBC.

Prema riječima jednog potresenog putnika koji je razgovarao s televizijom Skai, "prozori su odjednom eksplodirali", a "ljudi su vrištali i bili u strahu".
"Srećom, uspjeli smo prilično brzo otvoriti vrata i pobjeći. U drugim vagonima nisu uspjeli izaći, a jedan vagon se čak i zapalio."
Jedan svjedok, Angelos Tsiamouras, rekao je lokalnim medijima da se nesreća osjećala kao potres, dok je drugi putnik po imenu Lazos rekao kako nije ozlijeđen, ali da je bio umrljan krvlju drugih ozlijeđenih ljudi.
Putnički vlak je putovao iz Atene u sjeverni grad Solun kada se sudario s teretnim vlakom, što je dovelo do požara u najmanje jednom od vagona.

Ova nesreća opisuje se kao najgora željeznička nesreća koju je Grčka ikada vidjela, ali uzrok sudara još nije poznat.
Oko 150 vatrogasaca i 40 vozila hitne pomoći bilo je na mjestu nesreće, priopćile su grčke hitne službe, a dizalice su korištene za uklanjanje uništenih dijelova vlaka.

Rekao je da su prva četiri vagona putničkog vlaka iskočila iz tračnica, a da su se prva dva vagona zapalila i "gotovo potpuno uništena".
"Putovali su velikom brzinom i vozač nije znao da drugi dolazi ususret", rekao je guverner.
Snimke posljedica sudara pokazuju guste oblake dima koji se uzdižu iz vagona koji su iskočili iz tračnica.
Uvjeti za spasioce bili su "vrlo teški" zbog "žestine sudara", rekao je novinarima glasnogovornik vatrogasne službe Vassilis Varthakoyiannis.
"Nikada u svom životu nisam vidio ovako nešto. To je tragično. Pet sati kasnije, nalazimo tijela", rekao je novinskoj agenciji AFP iscrpljeni spasilac koji je izronio iz olupine.
"Proživljavamo tragediju. Izvlačimo žive ljude, ozlijeđene... ima mrtvih. Bit ćemo ovdje cijelu noć, dok ne završimo, dok ne pronađemo posljednju osobu", rekao je drugi dobrovoljni spasilac za ERT državna televizija u komentarima koje citira Reuters.

Preživjeli putnici ispričali su o 10 sekundi košmara koji se dogodio kada se vlak u kojem su putovali prevrnuo, a onda ga je progutao plamen u nesreći koja se dogodila u sjevernoj Grčkoj, piše Jutarnji list.
Najmanje 32 osobe su poginule i najmanje je 85 ozlijeđenih u lančanom sudaru dvaju vlakova u blizini grada Larisse u utorak navečer.
Spasioci su cijelu noć radili na pronalaženju preživjelih.
"Čuli smo veliki prasak", rekao je 28-godišnji Stergios Minenis koji je iskočio na sigurno.
"Okretali smo se u vagonu dok se nismo okrenuli na bok. Onda je nastala panika. Vatra je izbila odmah i s lijeve i s desne strane. Dok smo se prevrtali, gorjeli smo. 10, 15 sekundi bio je kaos. Prevrtanje, požari, razbijeni prozori, zarobljeni ljudi vrište."
Putnici su opisali kako su morali puzati kroz prozore i preko razbijenog stakla dok su pokušavali pobjeći, prenosi BBC.

Prema riječima jednog potresenog putnika koji je razgovarao s televizijom Skai, "prozori su odjednom eksplodirali", a "ljudi su vrištali i bili u strahu".
"Srećom, uspjeli smo prilično brzo otvoriti vrata i pobjeći. U drugim vagonima nisu uspjeli izaći, a jedan vagon se čak i zapalio."
Jedan svjedok, Angelos Tsiamouras, rekao je lokalnim medijima da se nesreća osjećala kao potres, dok je drugi putnik po imenu Lazos rekao kako nije ozlijeđen, ali da je bio umrljan krvlju drugih ozlijeđenih ljudi.
Putnički vlak je putovao iz Atene u sjeverni grad Solun kada se sudario s teretnim vlakom, što je dovelo do požara u najmanje jednom od vagona.

Ova nesreća opisuje se kao najgora željeznička nesreća koju je Grčka ikada vidjela, ali uzrok sudara još nije poznat.
Oko 150 vatrogasaca i 40 vozila hitne pomoći bilo je na mjestu nesreće, priopćile su grčke hitne službe, a dizalice su korištene za uklanjanje uništenih dijelova vlaka.

"Bio je to vrlo snažan sudar", rekao je regionalni guverner regije Tesalije Kostas Agorastos za državnu televiziju.
"Ovo je užasna noć... Teško je opisati prizor."
Rekao je da su prva četiri vagona putničkog vlaka iskočila iz tračnica, a da su se prva dva vagona zapalila i "gotovo potpuno uništena".
"Putovali su velikom brzinom i vozač nije znao da drugi dolazi ususret", rekao je guverner.
Snimke posljedica sudara pokazuju guste oblake dima koji se uzdižu iz vagona koji su iskočili iz tračnica.
Uvjeti za spasioce bili su "vrlo teški" zbog "žestine sudara", rekao je novinarima glasnogovornik vatrogasne službe Vassilis Varthakoyiannis.
"Nikada u svom životu nisam vidio ovako nešto. To je tragično. Pet sati kasnije, nalazimo tijela", rekao je novinskoj agenciji AFP iscrpljeni spasilac koji je izronio iz olupine.
"Proživljavamo tragediju. Izvlačimo žive ljude, ozlijeđene... ima mrtvih. Bit ćemo ovdje cijelu noć, dok ne završimo, dok ne pronađemo posljednju osobu", rekao je drugi dobrovoljni spasilac za ERT državna televizija u komentarima koje citira Reuters.
