Novi indeks rangira Luksemburg kao najbolju putovnicu u svijetu, piše CNBC.

Mala europska država zauzela je prvo od ukupno 199 mjesta u "Nomad Passport Index 2022" koji je objavila porezna i imigracijska konzultantska kuća Nomad Capitalist.

Dok se mnoge rang-liste putovnica usredotočuju isključivo na putovanja bez vize, ovaj indeks u svoje bodovanje dodaje oporezivanje, globalnu percepciju, mogućnost stjecanja dvojnog državljanstva i osobne slobode.

Top 10 na ljestvici ostao je nepromijenjen u odnosu na prošlu godinu, a razlika od pola boda između Luksemburga na prvom i Švedske na drugom mjestu svodi se na "jednu vizu za dodatnu zemlju", objasnio je izvršni direktor Andrew Henderson.

Porezi su visoki u obje zemlje, "ali ako želite otići, relativno je fleksibilno", rekao je. Obje su zemlje dobro percipirane na globalnoj razini i visoko su rangirane po pitanju osobne slobode, rekao je Henderson, ističući da je Švedska pokazala potonje svojim nepristranim pristupom pandemiji.

Dogodile su se i neke promjene

Gotovo 85% mjesta na popisu 30 najboljih nalazi se u Europi.

Ono što je značajno, rekao je Henderson, jest da se zemlje poput Malte, Islanda i Slovačke - mjesta o kojima se "često ne priča" u smislu snage putovnice - drže uz moćne države poput Italije i Njemačke. Oni također imaju rezultate iznad zemalja kao što su Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo, Australija i Sjedinjene Američke Države.

Indeks također pokazuje da su putovnice nekih zemalja jače nego što ljudi shvaćaju.

- Postoje putovnice za koje ljudi ne shvaćaju da su zapravo prilično dobre. Malezija jedva nadmašuje Sjedinjene Države, što je vrlo zanimljivo... Svima koje sam ikada upoznao iz Srednje Amerike ne sviđaju im se putovnice... ali putovnice Srednje Amerike zapravo su prilično dobre kvalitete - poručio je direktor.

Hrvatska putovnica dobila je maksimalan broj bodova za globalnu percepciju i mogućnost dobivanja dvojnog državljanstva, a najmanje bodova za poreze. S Bugarskom dijeli 42. mjesto.

Novi indeks rangira Luksemburg kao najbolju putovnicu u svijetu, piše CNBC.

Mala europska država zauzela je prvo od ukupno 199 mjesta u "Nomad Passport Index 2022" koji je objavila porezna i imigracijska konzultantska kuća Nomad Capitalist.

Dok se mnoge rang-liste putovnica usredotočuju isključivo na putovanja bez vize, ovaj indeks u svoje bodovanje dodaje oporezivanje, globalnu percepciju, mogućnost stjecanja dvojnog državljanstva i osobne slobode.

Top 10 na ljestvici ostao je nepromijenjen u odnosu na prošlu godinu, a razlika od pola boda između Luksemburga na prvom i Švedske na drugom mjestu svodi se na "jednu vizu za dodatnu zemlju", objasnio je izvršni direktor Andrew Henderson.

Porezi su visoki u obje zemlje, "ali ako želite otići, relativno je fleksibilno", rekao je. Obje su zemlje dobro percipirane na globalnoj razini i visoko su rangirane po pitanju osobne slobode, rekao je Henderson, ističući da je Švedska pokazala potonje svojim nepristranim pristupom pandemiji.

Dogodile su se i neke promjene

Gotovo 85% mjesta na popisu 30 najboljih nalazi se u Europi.

Ono što je značajno, rekao je Henderson, jest da se zemlje poput Malte, Islanda i Slovačke - mjesta o kojima se "često ne priča" u smislu snage putovnice - drže uz moćne države poput Italije i Njemačke. Oni također imaju rezultate iznad zemalja kao što su Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo, Australija i Sjedinjene Američke Države.

Indeks također pokazuje da su putovnice nekih zemalja jače nego što ljudi shvaćaju.

- Postoje putovnice za koje ljudi ne shvaćaju da su zapravo prilično dobre. Malezija jedva nadmašuje Sjedinjene Države, što je vrlo zanimljivo... Svima koje sam ikada upoznao iz Srednje Amerike ne sviđaju im se putovnice... ali putovnice Srednje Amerike zapravo su prilično dobre kvalitete - poručio je direktor.

Hrvatska putovnica dobila je maksimalan broj bodova za globalnu percepciju i mogućnost dobivanja dvojnog državljanstva, a najmanje bodova za poreze. S Bugarskom dijeli 42. mjesto.

Novi indeks rangira Luksemburg kao najbolju putovnicu u svijetu, piše CNBC.

Mala europska država zauzela je prvo od ukupno 199 mjesta u "Nomad Passport Index 2022" koji je objavila porezna i imigracijska konzultantska kuća Nomad Capitalist.

Dok se mnoge rang-liste putovnica usredotočuju isključivo na putovanja bez vize, ovaj indeks u svoje bodovanje dodaje oporezivanje, globalnu percepciju, mogućnost stjecanja dvojnog državljanstva i osobne slobode.

Top 10 na ljestvici ostao je nepromijenjen u odnosu na prošlu godinu, a razlika od pola boda između Luksemburga na prvom i Švedske na drugom mjestu svodi se na "jednu vizu za dodatnu zemlju", objasnio je izvršni direktor Andrew Henderson.
