Nova pravila za amsterdamske seksualne radnice stupaju na snagu 1. travnja, a od tvrtki koje se bave seksualnim radom traži se da svoja vrata zatvaraju u 3 ujutro umjesto dosadašnjih 6 sati.

Na taj način lokalne vlasti nadaju se izboriti s neprimjerenim ponašanjem posjetioca ozloglašene Četvrti crvenih svjetiljki, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Skraćeno radno vrijeme jedna je od mjera u kampanji gradskog vijeća za premještanje seksualnih radnica u erotski centar izvan središta grada. Također, gradske vlasti uvode mjere za ograničavanje krstarenja plovnim putovima, ograničavaju iznajmljivanje i povećavaju poreze na zrakoplovstvo kako bi se uhvatili u koštac s jeftinim letovima.

Seksualne radnice su poručile da reforme povećavaju stigmu te da vjeruju da su nepravedno diskriminirane, kao i da ih se koristi kao žrtvene jarce za problem grada s masovnim turizmom.

Felicia Anna, bivša seksualna radnica koja u Amsterdamu živi 13 godina, predsjednica je Red Light Uniteda - sindikata radnica koje rade u izlozima u Četvrti crvenih svjetiljki. Kaže da će skraćeno radno vrijeme drastično smanjiti njihove prihode, bez kojih neće moći pokriti najam izloga ili taksi za povratak kući.

- Većina radnica počinje raditi nakon ponoći kad se barovi krenu zatvarati. Sada imate dva sata za zaraditi novac što nije dovoljno, rekla je.

Violet, seksualna radnica i koordinatorica Informativnog centra za prostituciju (PIC), tvrdi da će skraćeno radno vrijeme najviše pogoditi transrodnu zajednicu jer mnogi klijenti koji dolaze između 3 i 6 ujutro traže transrodne radnice.

- Putovanje kući u tri ujutro, kad je sve zatvoreno, puno je opasnije od putovanja u šest ujutro. Naš je prihod uglavnom u gotovini, ako na ulici nema puno ljudi, to je prilika za one koji bi nam htjeli nauditi, kaže Violet.

Seksualne radnice organizirale su prosvjed koji je prekinut sastankom gradskog vijeća na kojem se raspravljalo o mogućnosti zatvaranja izloga i selidbe seksualnih radnica u erotski centar izvan središta grada. Prosvjednici su gradonačelnici Amsterdama Femke Halsemi predali su peticiju s 266 potpisa seksualnih radnica koje traže više policije u četvrti umjesto ranijeg zatvaranja i preseljenja u erotski centar, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Halsema je ranije izjavila da neki posjetitelje seksualne radnice vide samo kao turističku atrakciju zbog čega bi erotski centar trebao smanjiti pritisak na Četvrt crvenih svjetiljki i stvoriti mjesto gdje seksualne radnice mogu raditi sigurno.

Seksualne radnice s njom se ne slažu jer smatraju da će erotski centar smanjiti posjećenost i stvoriti okruženje za više kriminala i sumnjivog ponašanja.

- Dobra stvar kod rada u izlogu je što je vidljiv i osjećaš se sigurnije, u erotskom centru nemaš isti osjećaj jer se nalazi u zgradi, rekla je Anna.

Ograničenja za seksualne radnice samo su jedna točka u pokušaju rebrandinga Amsterdama. Gradsko vijeće uvelo je nekoliko kampanja, uključujući kampanju Stay Away koja je prvotno bila usmjerena na mlade Britance kojima bi se pojavljivao oglas s primjerima neprihvatljivih ponašanja kad bi pretraživali jeftine hotele, pubove ili zabave u Amsterdamu.

Glasnogovornik zamjenika gradonačelnika Amsterdama, Sofyana Mbarkija, rekao je da je kampanja započela u Velikoj Britaniji jer je "dio ove skupine snažno zastupljen u noćnom životu u centru grada, s čestim neugodnim ponašanjem".

Međutim, istaknuo je da je ovo samo prvi korak kampanje koja nije specifična za jednu zemlju te da će u sljedećim mjesecima ova kampanja započeti u drugim zemljama EU-a i u samoj Nizozemskoj.

Felicia Anna i Violet iz osobnog iskustva potvrdile su da se britanski muškarci ne ponašaju ništa lošije od ostalih turista. Oboje su dodali da probleme s neugodnim ponašanjem ne uzrokuju samo turisti, već i lokalno stanovništvo.

- Morate učiti ljude kako se ponašati. Ako to ne učinite, nikad se neće promijeniti. Ovo nije zoološki vrt, dođite u Četvrt crvenih svjetiljki, ali se pristojno ponašajte, rekla je Anna, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Nova pravila za amsterdamske seksualne radnice stupaju na snagu 1. travnja, a od tvrtki koje se bave seksualnim radom traži se da svoja vrata zatvaraju u 3 ujutro umjesto dosadašnjih 6 sati.

Na taj način lokalne vlasti nadaju se izboriti s neprimjerenim ponašanjem posjetioca ozloglašene Četvrti crvenih svjetiljki, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Skraćeno radno vrijeme jedna je od mjera u kampanji gradskog vijeća za premještanje seksualnih radnica u erotski centar izvan središta grada. Također, gradske vlasti uvode mjere za ograničavanje krstarenja plovnim putovima, ograničavaju iznajmljivanje i povećavaju poreze na zrakoplovstvo kako bi se uhvatili u koštac s jeftinim letovima.

Seksualne radnice su poručile da reforme povećavaju stigmu te da vjeruju da su nepravedno diskriminirane, kao i da ih se koristi kao žrtvene jarce za problem grada s masovnim turizmom.

Felicia Anna, bivša seksualna radnica koja u Amsterdamu živi 13 godina, predsjednica je Red Light Uniteda - sindikata radnica koje rade u izlozima u Četvrti crvenih svjetiljki. Kaže da će skraćeno radno vrijeme drastično smanjiti njihove prihode, bez kojih neće moći pokriti najam izloga ili taksi za povratak kući.

- Većina radnica počinje raditi nakon ponoći kad se barovi krenu zatvarati. Sada imate dva sata za zaraditi novac što nije dovoljno, rekla je.

Violet, seksualna radnica i koordinatorica Informativnog centra za prostituciju (PIC), tvrdi da će skraćeno radno vrijeme najviše pogoditi transrodnu zajednicu jer mnogi klijenti koji dolaze između 3 i 6 ujutro traže transrodne radnice.

- Putovanje kući u tri ujutro, kad je sve zatvoreno, puno je opasnije od putovanja u šest ujutro. Naš je prihod uglavnom u gotovini, ako na ulici nema puno ljudi, to je prilika za one koji bi nam htjeli nauditi, kaže Violet.

Seksualne radnice organizirale su prosvjed koji je prekinut sastankom gradskog vijeća na kojem se raspravljalo o mogućnosti zatvaranja izloga i selidbe seksualnih radnica u erotski centar izvan središta grada. Prosvjednici su gradonačelnici Amsterdama Femke Halsemi predali su peticiju s 266 potpisa seksualnih radnica koje traže više policije u četvrti umjesto ranijeg zatvaranja i preseljenja u erotski centar, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Halsema je ranije izjavila da neki posjetitelje seksualne radnice vide samo kao turističku atrakciju zbog čega bi erotski centar trebao smanjiti pritisak na Četvrt crvenih svjetiljki i stvoriti mjesto gdje seksualne radnice mogu raditi sigurno.

Seksualne radnice s njom se ne slažu jer smatraju da će erotski centar smanjiti posjećenost i stvoriti okruženje za više kriminala i sumnjivog ponašanja.

- Dobra stvar kod rada u izlogu je što je vidljiv i osjećaš se sigurnije, u erotskom centru nemaš isti osjećaj jer se nalazi u zgradi, rekla je Anna.

Ograničenja za seksualne radnice samo su jedna točka u pokušaju rebrandinga Amsterdama. Gradsko vijeće uvelo je nekoliko kampanja, uključujući kampanju Stay Away koja je prvotno bila usmjerena na mlade Britance kojima bi se pojavljivao oglas s primjerima neprihvatljivih ponašanja kad bi pretraživali jeftine hotele, pubove ili zabave u Amsterdamu.

Glasnogovornik zamjenika gradonačelnika Amsterdama, Sofyana Mbarkija, rekao je da je kampanja započela u Velikoj Britaniji jer je "dio ove skupine snažno zastupljen u noćnom životu u centru grada, s čestim neugodnim ponašanjem".

Međutim, istaknuo je da je ovo samo prvi korak kampanje koja nije specifična za jednu zemlju te da će u sljedećim mjesecima ova kampanja započeti u drugim zemljama EU-a i u samoj Nizozemskoj.

Felicia Anna i Violet iz osobnog iskustva potvrdile su da se britanski muškarci ne ponašaju ništa lošije od ostalih turista. Oboje su dodali da probleme s neugodnim ponašanjem ne uzrokuju samo turisti, već i lokalno stanovništvo.

- Morate učiti ljude kako se ponašati. Ako to ne učinite, nikad se neće promijeniti. Ovo nije zoološki vrt, dođite u Četvrt crvenih svjetiljki, ali se pristojno ponašajte, rekla je Anna, prenosi Jutarnji list.
