Sjeverna Koreja obećala je lansirati tri nova špijunska satelita, izgraditi vojne bespilotne letjelice i pojačati svoj nuklearni arsenal 2024., dok je čelnik Kim Jong Un rekao da američka politika rat čini neizbježnim, izvijestili su državni mediji u nedjelju.

Kim je oštro kritizirao Washington nakon petodnevnih sastanaka vladajuće stranke na kojima su postavljeni gospodarski, vojni i vanjskopolitički ciljevi za narednu godinu.

"Činjenica je da na Korejskom poluotoku rat može izbiti u bilo kojem trenutku", rekao je Kim, prenosi državna novinska agencija KCNA.

Naredio je vojsci da se pripremi za "pacificiranje cijelog teritorija Južne Koreje", uključujući nuklearne bombe ako je potrebno, kao odgovor na bilo kakav napad.

Kimov govor dolazi uoči godine u kojoj će se održati ključni izbori u Južnoj Koreji i Sjedinjenim Državama.

Stručnjaci predviđaju da će Sjeverna Koreja nastaviti kampanju vojnog pritiska kako bi dobila prednost uoči američkih predsjedničkih izbora u studenom, koji bi mogli dovesti do povratka bivšeg predsjednika Donalda Trumpa, koji je s Kimom razmjenjivao i prijetnje i povijesnu diplomaciju.

"Pjongjang možda čeka predsjedničke izbore u SAD-u da vidi što njegove provokacije mogu postići kod sljedeće administracije", rekao je Leif-Eric Easley, profesor međunarodnih studija na Sveučilištu Ewha Womans u Seulu.

Administracija američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena kaže da je otvorena za razgovore, ali je uvela nove sankcije jer je Sjeverna Koreja nastavila s novim raketnim probama koje su zabranjene u skladu sa sankcijama Ujedinjenih naroda.

SAD je također pojačao vježbe i rasporedio više vojne opreme, uključujući nuklearne podmornice i velike nosače zrakoplova, u blizini Korejskog poluotoka.

Kim je kazao da je povratak takvog oružja u potpunosti transformirao Južnu Koreju u "isturenu vojnu bazu i nuklearni arsenal" Sjedinjenih Država.

"Ako pomno pogledamo konfrontirajuće vojne akcije neprijateljskih snaga... riječ ‘rat‘ je postala realna stvarnost, a ne apstraktni koncept", rekao je Kim.

On je naglasio da nema drugog izbora nego nastaviti sa svojim nuklearnim ambicijama i izgraditi dublje odnose s drugim zemljama koje se protive Sjedinjenim Državama. Sjeverna Koreja ima snažne veze i s Kinom i s Rusijom.

Pjongjang je odbacio mogućnost ujedinjenja s Južnom Korejom, a zemlja mora iz temelja promijeniti svoja načela i smjer prema Južnoj Koreji, rekao je Kim.

"Odnosi sjevera i juga više nisu rodbinski ili homogeni odnos, već su u potpunosti postali odnos između dviju neprijateljskih zemalja, dviju zaraćenih strana u ratu", rekao je, nazivajući Jug koloniziranom državom koja potpuno ovisi o Sjedinjenim Državama za nacionalnu obranu i sigurnost.

Kim je također obećao da će razviti gospodarstvo, uključujući sektore metala, kemikalija, energije, strojeva i željeznice, dok će modernizirati pogone za pšenicu kako bi se povećala proizvodnja.

Jedan od ključnih ciljeva politike je ulaganje u znanost i tehnološka istraživanja u školama, rekao je.

Sjeverna Koreja kaže da je prošle godine uspješno lansirala svoj prvi vojni špijunski satelit i testirala nove interkontinentalne balističke rakete (ICBM) za koje se smatra da imaju domet da pošalju nuklearnu bojevu glavu bilo kamo na teritorij Sjedinjenih Država.

Čini se da novi reaktor u sjevernokorejskom nuklearnom kompleksu Yongbyon prvi put radi, objavili su ovaj mjesec UN-ova organizacija za nuklearni nadzor i neovisni stručnjaci, što bi značilo dodatni potencijalni izvor plutonija za nuklearno oružje.

Sjeverna Koreja nije testirala nuklearno oružje od 2017., ali je posljednjih godina poduzela korake za nastavak operacija na svom poligonu za testiranje.

Sjeverna Koreja obećala je lansirati tri nova špijunska satelita, izgraditi vojne bespilotne letjelice i pojačati svoj nuklearni arsenal 2024., dok je čelnik Kim Jong Un rekao da američka politika rat čini neizbježnim, izvijestili su državni mediji u nedjelju.

Kim je oštro kritizirao Washington nakon petodnevnih sastanaka vladajuće stranke na kojima su postavljeni gospodarski, vojni i vanjskopolitički ciljevi za narednu godinu.

"Činjenica je da na Korejskom poluotoku rat može izbiti u bilo kojem trenutku", rekao je Kim, prenosi državna novinska agencija KCNA.

Naredio je vojsci da se pripremi za "pacificiranje cijelog teritorija Južne Koreje", uključujući nuklearne bombe ako je potrebno, kao odgovor na bilo kakav napad.

Kimov govor dolazi uoči godine u kojoj će se održati ključni izbori u Južnoj Koreji i Sjedinjenim Državama.

Stručnjaci predviđaju da će Sjeverna Koreja nastaviti kampanju vojnog pritiska kako bi dobila prednost uoči američkih predsjedničkih izbora u studenom, koji bi mogli dovesti do povratka bivšeg predsjednika Donalda Trumpa, koji je s Kimom razmjenjivao i prijetnje i povijesnu diplomaciju.

Administracija američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena kaže da je otvorena za razgovore, ali je uvela nove sankcije jer je Sjeverna Koreja nastavila s novim raketnim probama koje su zabranjene u skladu sa sankcijama Ujedinjenih naroda.

SAD je također pojačao vježbe i rasporedio više vojne opreme, uključujući nuklearne podmornice i velike nosače zrakoplova, u blizini Korejskog poluotoka.

Kim je kazao da je povratak takvog oružja u potpunosti transformirao Južnu Koreju u "isturenu vojnu bazu i nuklearni arsenal" Sjedinjenih Država.

"Ako pomno pogledamo konfrontirajuće vojne akcije neprijateljskih snaga... riječ ‘rat‘ je postala realna stvarnost, a ne apstraktni koncept", rekao je Kim.

Pjongjang je odbacio mogućnost ujedinjenja s Južnom Korejom, a zemlja mora iz temelja promijeniti svoja načela i smjer prema Južnoj Koreji, rekao je Kim.

"Odnosi sjevera i juga više nisu rodbinski ili homogeni odnos, već su u potpunosti postali odnos između dviju neprijateljskih zemalja, dviju zaraćenih strana u ratu", rekao je, nazivajući Jug koloniziranom državom koja potpuno ovisi o Sjedinjenim Državama za nacionalnu obranu i sigurnost.

Kim je također obećao da će razviti gospodarstvo, uključujući sektore metala, kemikalija, energije, strojeva i željeznice, dok će modernizirati pogone za pšenicu kako bi se povećala proizvodnja.

Jedan od ključnih ciljeva politike je ulaganje u znanost i tehnološka istraživanja u školama, rekao je.

Sjeverna Koreja kaže da je prošle godine uspješno lansirala svoj prvi vojni špijunski satelit i testirala nove interkontinentalne balističke rakete (ICBM) za koje se smatra da imaju domet da pošalju nuklearnu bojevu glavu bilo kamo na teritorij Sjedinjenih Država.

Čini se da novi reaktor u sjevernokorejskom nuklearnom kompleksu Yongbyon prvi put radi, objavili su ovaj mjesec UN-ova organizacija za nuklearni nadzor i neovisni stručnjaci, što bi značilo dodatni potencijalni izvor plutonija za nuklearno oružje.

Sjeverna Koreja obećala je lansirati tri nova špijunska satelita, izgraditi vojne bespilotne letjelice i pojačati svoj nuklearni arsenal 2024., dok je čelnik Kim Jong Un rekao da američka politika rat čini neizbježnim, izvijestili su državni mediji u nedjelju.

Kim je oštro kritizirao Washington nakon petodnevnih sastanaka vladajuće stranke na kojima su postavljeni gospodarski, vojni i vanjskopolitički ciljevi za narednu godinu.

"Činjenica je da na Korejskom poluotoku rat može izbiti u bilo kojem trenutku", rekao je Kim, prenosi državna novinska agencija KCNA.

Naredio je vojsci da se pripremi za "pacificiranje cijelog teritorija Južne Koreje", uključujući nuklearne bombe ako je potrebno, kao odgovor na bilo kakav napad.

Kimov govor dolazi uoči godine u kojoj će se održati ključni izbori u Južnoj Koreji i Sjedinjenim Državama.
