Dok zainteresirane strane provode svoje istrage o uzroku eksplozije plinovoda Sjeverni tok u baltičkom podmorju i međusobno se optužuju za ovaj incident, stiže novo, intrigantno tumačenje kako je možda došlo do njega.

Rusija je možda ugradila eksplozivno punjenje u cijevi Sjevernog toka dok je lani dovršavala radove na njemu, rekao je bivši čelnik ukrajinske državne energetske tvrtke.

Napominje da je Gazprom doveo vlastite građevinske brodove kako bi dovršili radove na završnoj dionici plinovoda kraj danskog otoka Bornholma, nakon što su američke sankcije prisilile švicarskog izvođača radova da se povuče.

Prošlotjedne eksplozije, koje su probile najmanje tri od četiri cjevovoda oba Sjeverna toka, dogodile su se upravo u blizini mjesta na kojem su se odvijali ovi građevinski radovi.

Andrij Koboljev, koji je bio izvršni direktor ukrajinskog Naftogaza do 2021., time sugerira da je Rusija izvršila unaprijed predviđenu sabotažu. Za engleski Telegraph izjavio je da bi to moglo biti izvedeno ekplozivnim napravama postavljenima znatno ranije, kao mjera osiguranja.

Rekao je da je još u sovjetsko vrijeme bila uobičajena praksa da se u ključnu infrastrukturu ugradi eksploziv, za slučaj da bude osvojena u ratu. "Znajući da su mnogi od ovih tipova na vlasti u rusiji bivši KGB-ovci, ne bismo trebali biti iznenađeni što ovo koriste kao neki standard", rekao je Koboljev.

Rekao je da su inače svi plinovodi i naftovodi opremljeni visokoosjetljivim senzorima koji detektiraju bilo kakve smetnje u cjevovodu nakon što se on pokrene. "Čak i u Ukrajini imamo takve senzore. Gazpromu, s novcem kojim raspolaže, nije bio problem instalirati i one znatno osjetljivije", rekao je, dodajući da je takva oprema "dovoljno osjetljiva da odgovori na pitanja koja sada postavljamo".

Ali, buka završnih građevinskih radova na Sjevernom toku 2 mogla je omogućiti tajno postavljanje eksploziva i na njega i na već operativni Sjeverni tok 1, vjeruje on. "Najvažnija stvar koju za to trebate je građevinska buka kojom se to možete prikriti."

Dodao je kako ne vjeruje da je Rusija postavila eksploziv na bilo koji drugi infrastrukturni objekt ključan za zapadnu Europu, rekavši da bi posljedice bile "previše bolne".

Dok zainteresirane strane provode svoje istrage o uzroku eksplozije plinovoda Sjeverni tok u baltičkom podmorju i međusobno se optužuju za ovaj incident, stiže novo, intrigantno tumačenje kako je možda došlo do njega.

Rusija je možda ugradila eksplozivno punjenje u cijevi Sjevernog toka dok je lani dovršavala radove na njemu, rekao je bivši čelnik ukrajinske državne energetske tvrtke.

Napominje da je Gazprom doveo vlastite građevinske brodove kako bi dovršili radove na završnoj dionici plinovoda kraj danskog otoka Bornholma, nakon što su američke sankcije prisilile švicarskog izvođača radova da se povuče.

Prošlotjedne eksplozije, koje su probile najmanje tri od četiri cjevovoda oba Sjeverna toka, dogodile su se upravo u blizini mjesta na kojem su se odvijali ovi građevinski radovi.

Andrij Koboljev, koji je bio izvršni direktor ukrajinskog Naftogaza do 2021., time sugerira da je Rusija izvršila unaprijed predviđenu sabotažu. Za engleski Telegraph izjavio je da bi to moglo biti izvedeno ekplozivnim napravama postavljenima znatno ranije, kao mjera osiguranja.

Rekao je da je još u sovjetsko vrijeme bila uobičajena praksa da se u ključnu infrastrukturu ugradi eksploziv, za slučaj da bude osvojena u ratu. "Znajući da su mnogi od ovih tipova na vlasti u rusiji bivši KGB-ovci, ne bismo trebali biti iznenađeni što ovo koriste kao neki standard", rekao je Koboljev.

Rekao je da su inače svi plinovodi i naftovodi opremljeni visokoosjetljivim senzorima koji detektiraju bilo kakve smetnje u cjevovodu nakon što se on pokrene. "Čak i u Ukrajini imamo takve senzore. Gazpromu, s novcem kojim raspolaže, nije bio problem instalirati i one znatno osjetljivije", rekao je, dodajući da je takva oprema "dovoljno osjetljiva da odgovori na pitanja koja sada postavljamo".

Ali, buka završnih građevinskih radova na Sjevernom toku 2 mogla je omogućiti tajno postavljanje eksploziva i na njega i na već operativni Sjeverni tok 1, vjeruje on. "Najvažnija stvar koju za to trebate je građevinska buka kojom se to možete prikriti."

Dodao je kako ne vjeruje da je Rusija postavila eksploziv na bilo koji drugi infrastrukturni objekt ključan za zapadnu Europu, rekavši da bi posljedice bile "previše bolne".
