Proizvođač električnih automobila Tesla povući će svih 53.822 vozila s funkcijom 'potpuno automatsko upravljanje', jer se ne zaustavljaju uvijek na raskrižjima pod određenim uvjetima. Ovaj potez će utjecati na vozila modela S, X, 3 i Y, koja su opremljena softverom tvrtke Full Self-Driving Beta (FSD Beta), prema Nacionalnoj upravi za sigurnost u prometu na cestama (NHTSA). Agencija je priopćila da je značajka asistencije rezultirala time da su se automobili 'kotrljajući zaustavljali' umjesto da se potpuno zaustavljaju na raskrižjima, što predstavlja sigurnosni rizik.

Tesla je pristao onemogućiti tu funkciju nakon sastanaka s predstavnicima NHTSA prošlog mjeseca. 'Kotrljajuće zaustavljanje' bit će uklonjeno iz programa kao dio ažuriranja softvera planiranog za puštanje online kasnije u veljači.

Ova funkcija nije kvar – FSD Beta je mogao polako prolaziti pored znakova zaustavljanja od izlaska prve verzije u listopadu 2020. Aktiviran je samo u situacijama dobre vidljivosti bez automobila, biciklista ili pješaka u pokretu.

"Nije bilo sigurnosnih problema" s funkcijom zaustavljanja, tvitao je izvršni direktor Tesle Elon Musk. "Auto je jednostavno usporio na nekih 3 kilometara na sat i nastavio naprijed ako je bio jasan pogled bez automobila ili pješaka."

Tesla je rekao da nije upoznat s bilo kakvim aktiviranjima jamstava, sudarima, ozljedama ili smrtnim slučajevima uzrokovanim ovom funkcijom. Tvrtka je oduvijek inzistirala da njezina značajka 'potpunog automatskog upravljanja' zahtijeva da ljudski vozač bude spreman preuzeti kontrolu nad vozilom u bilo kojem trenutku.

Tesla je već opozvao gotovo 12.000 vozila u SAD-u prošlog studenog zbog komunikacijske pogreške koja bi mogla uzrokovati lažno upozorenje na sudar ili neočekivano aktiviranje kočnice u nuždi.

Prošlog tjedna, NHTSA je također zatražila dodatne informacije u sklopu istrage Tesline odluke da omogući putnicima igranje videoigara na prednjem središnjem zaslonu osjetljivom na dodir, što bi navodno moglo odvući pažnju vozača. Ovaj dodatak zahvaća oko 580.000 Teslinih vozila.

Također, u nedavnom izviješću Consumer Reportsa o pouzdanosti određene marke automobila, Tesla je rangirana je pri dnu zbog problema s karoserijskim hardverom, curenjem vode, ne zatvaranjem prtljažnika i nedostatka nošenja sa vremenskim uvjetima. Također je bilo problema s novim sustavom toplinske pumpe za grijanje putničkog prostora i odmrzavanje vjetrobranskog stakla.

Proizvođač električnih automobila Tesla povući će svih 53.822 vozila s funkcijom 'potpuno automatsko upravljanje', jer se ne zaustavljaju uvijek na raskrižjima pod određenim uvjetima. Ovaj potez će utjecati na vozila modela S, X, 3 i Y, koja su opremljena softverom tvrtke Full Self-Driving Beta (FSD Beta), prema Nacionalnoj upravi za sigurnost u prometu na cestama (NHTSA). Agencija je priopćila da je značajka asistencije rezultirala time da su se automobili 'kotrljajući zaustavljali' umjesto da se potpuno zaustavljaju na raskrižjima, što predstavlja sigurnosni rizik.

Tesla je pristao onemogućiti tu funkciju nakon sastanaka s predstavnicima NHTSA prošlog mjeseca. 'Kotrljajuće zaustavljanje' bit će uklonjeno iz programa kao dio ažuriranja softvera planiranog za puštanje online kasnije u veljači.

Ova funkcija nije kvar – FSD Beta je mogao polako prolaziti pored znakova zaustavljanja od izlaska prve verzije u listopadu 2020. Aktiviran je samo u situacijama dobre vidljivosti bez automobila, biciklista ili pješaka u pokretu.

Tesla je rekao da nije upoznat s bilo kakvim aktiviranjima jamstava, sudarima, ozljedama ili smrtnim slučajevima uzrokovanim ovom funkcijom. Tvrtka je oduvijek inzistirala da njezina značajka 'potpunog automatskog upravljanja' zahtijeva da ljudski vozač bude spreman preuzeti kontrolu nad vozilom u bilo kojem trenutku.

Tesla je već opozvao gotovo 12.000 vozila u SAD-u prošlog studenog zbog komunikacijske pogreške koja bi mogla uzrokovati lažno upozorenje na sudar ili neočekivano aktiviranje kočnice u nuždi.

Prošlog tjedna, NHTSA je također zatražila dodatne informacije u sklopu istrage Tesline odluke da omogući putnicima igranje videoigara na prednjem središnjem zaslonu osjetljivom na dodir, što bi navodno moglo odvući pažnju vozača. Ovaj dodatak zahvaća oko 580.000 Teslinih vozila.

Također, u nedavnom izviješću Consumer Reportsa o pouzdanosti određene marke automobila, Tesla je rangirana je pri dnu zbog problema s karoserijskim hardverom, curenjem vode, ne zatvaranjem prtljažnika i nedostatka nošenja sa vremenskim uvjetima. Također je bilo problema s novim sustavom toplinske pumpe za grijanje putničkog prostora i odmrzavanje vjetrobranskog stakla.

Proizvođač električnih automobila Tesla povući će svih 53.822 vozila s funkcijom 'potpuno automatsko upravljanje', jer se ne zaustavljaju uvijek na raskrižjima pod određenim uvjetima. Ovaj potez će utjecati na vozila modela S, X, 3 i Y, koja su opremljena softverom tvrtke Full Self-Driving Beta (FSD Beta), prema Nacionalnoj upravi za sigurnost u prometu na cestama (NHTSA). Agencija je priopćila da je značajka asistencije rezultirala time da su se automobili 'kotrljajući zaustavljali' umjesto da se potpuno zaustavljaju na raskrižjima, što predstavlja sigurnosni rizik.

Tesla je pristao onemogućiti tu funkciju nakon sastanaka s predstavnicima NHTSA prošlog mjeseca. 'Kotrljajuće zaustavljanje' bit će uklonjeno iz programa kao dio ažuriranja softvera planiranog za puštanje online...
