Prije desetak dana, 12. listopada, u svom stanu u Desnjanskoj četvrti Kijeva tiho i neprimjetno umro je Viktor Brjuhanov, direktor černobilske nuklearne elektrane "Vladimir Iljič Lenjin", prenosi Jutarnji list.

Za njegovu smrt nije se odmah doznalo, a i danas se ne zna od čega je zapravo umro, premda je imao 84 godine. Zna se da je bio gotovo paraliziran i slijep.

Brjuhanov je bio simbol najveće nuklearne nesreće na svijetu, koja je potresla tadašnji SSSR. Naime, 26. travnja 1986. godine u 1.23 ujutro, tijekom projektnog ispitivanja turbogeneratora broj 8 u reaktoru u bloku 4, dogodila se hidrotermička eksplozija koja je uništila reaktor i izazvala zračenje u velikom krugu oko nuklearke.

Gotovo 600 tisuća ljudi radilo je na likvidaciji posljedica nesreće, od kojih su 180 tisuća postali invalidi, a nekoliko tisuća ih je umrlo. Brjuhanov je čovjek za kojega, u povodu njegove smrti, i ukrajinski i ruski mediji navode da je "platio ceh za druge" te "za propuste i pogreške za koje nije kriv".

Kažu da je bio Pedro černobilske tragedije. Netko je morao snositi odgovornost. Osuđen je 1988. godine na deset godina zatvora zbog propusta koji su izazvali nesreću, ali je u sam smiraj SSSR-a, u rujnu 1991., pušten na slobodu. Bio je direktor NE Černobil dok se još gradila početkom 70-ih godina sve do tog sudbonosnog dana tragedije.

Prema sudskim spisima, Brjuhanova se teretilo da u prvim satima černobilske nesreće nije reagirao adekvatno onome što se dogodilo, nego je loše procijenio situaciju, pa čak i umanjivao razmjere katastrofe.

U nedavno dostupnim tajnim arhivskim dokumentima Brjuhanov je u svojim prvim izvješćima u Moskvu pisao da je stanje u gradu Pripjatu nedaleko od nuklearke, gdje su živjeli uglavnom zaposlenici Černobila, normalno te da je razina radijacije "nešto povišena", ali u okvirima tolerancije te da je "radijacija pod kontrolom". Nije bio svjestan što se dogodilo i kakve je razorne učinke imala eksplozija reaktora.

No, kada je poslije došao do mjesta eksplozije, legenda kaže da je samo prozborio: "Ovo je moj pakao. Ovo je moj zatvor". Isto tako, zna se da danima nakon nesreće nije odlazio iz nuklearke, pomažući u sanaciji, a letio je i helikopterom iznad reaktora.

Bio je ozračen, ali je uspio preživjeti.

Poznato je kako mu je šef državne i partijske komisije Boris Ščerbina prilikom prvog susreta hladno rekao: "Da se mene pita, odmah bih vas strijeljao". Brjuhanov je posebnim ukazom CK KPSS-a nekoliko mjeseci nakon nesreće izbačen iz Komunističke partije. Nakon puštanja iz zatvora odmah se vratio u Černobil gdje je ostao raditi do umirovljenja, a kažu da je njegov dolazak izazvao oduševljenje zaposlenika u nuklearki, na zatvorenom području Černobila. Istodobno je radio i u ukrajinskom Ministarstvu energetike. Pokopan je na mjesnom groblju u Kijevu bez velike pompe.

U hvaljenoj seriji HBO-a "Černobil" Viktora Brjuhanova glumio je Robert Con O'Neill, piše Jutarnji list.

Prije desetak dana, 12. listopada, u svom stanu u Desnjanskoj četvrti Kijeva tiho i neprimjetno umro je Viktor Brjuhanov, direktor černobilske nuklearne elektrane "Vladimir Iljič Lenjin", prenosi Jutarnji list.

Za njegovu smrt nije se odmah doznalo, a i danas se ne zna od čega je zapravo umro, premda je imao 84 godine. Zna se da je bio gotovo paraliziran i slijep.

Brjuhanov je bio simbol najveće nuklearne nesreće na svijetu, koja je potresla tadašnji SSSR. Naime, 26. travnja 1986. godine u 1.23 ujutro, tijekom projektnog ispitivanja turbogeneratora broj 8 u reaktoru u bloku 4, dogodila se hidrotermička eksplozija koja je uništila reaktor i izazvala zračenje u velikom krugu oko nuklearke.

Gotovo 600 tisuća ljudi radilo je na likvidaciji posljedica nesreće, od kojih su 180 tisuća postali invalidi, a nekoliko tisuća ih je umrlo. Brjuhanov je čovjek za kojega, u povodu njegove smrti, i ukrajinski i ruski mediji navode da je "platio ceh za druge" te "za propuste i pogreške za koje nije kriv".

Kažu da je bio Pedro černobilske tragedije. Netko je morao snositi odgovornost. Osuđen je 1988. godine na deset godina zatvora zbog propusta koji su izazvali nesreću, ali je u sam smiraj SSSR-a, u rujnu 1991., pušten na slobodu. Bio je direktor NE Černobil dok se još gradila početkom 70-ih godina sve do tog sudbonosnog dana tragedije.

Prema sudskim spisima, Brjuhanova se teretilo da u prvim satima černobilske nesreće nije reagirao adekvatno onome što se dogodilo, nego je loše procijenio situaciju, pa čak i umanjivao razmjere katastrofe.

U nedavno dostupnim tajnim arhivskim dokumentima Brjuhanov je u svojim prvim izvješćima u Moskvu pisao da je stanje u gradu Pripjatu nedaleko od nuklearke, gdje su živjeli uglavnom zaposlenici Černobila, normalno te da je razina radijacije "nešto povišena", ali u okvirima tolerancije te da je "radijacija pod kontrolom". Nije bio svjestan što se dogodilo i kakve je razorne učinke imala eksplozija reaktora.

No, kada je poslije došao do mjesta eksplozije, legenda kaže da je samo prozborio: "Ovo je moj pakao. Ovo je moj zatvor". Isto tako, zna se da danima nakon nesreće nije odlazio iz nuklearke, pomažući u sanaciji, a letio je i helikopterom iznad reaktora.

Bio je ozračen, ali je uspio preživjeti.

Poznato je kako mu je šef državne i partijske komisije Boris Ščerbina prilikom prvog susreta hladno rekao: "Da se mene pita, odmah bih vas strijeljao". Brjuhanov je posebnim ukazom CK KPSS-a nekoliko mjeseci nakon nesreće izbačen iz Komunističke partije. Nakon puštanja iz zatvora odmah se vratio u Černobil gdje je ostao raditi do umirovljenja, a kažu da je njegov dolazak izazvao oduševljenje zaposlenika u nuklearki, na zatvorenom području Černobila. Istodobno je radio i u ukrajinskom Ministarstvu energetike. Pokopan je na mjesnom groblju u Kijevu bez velike pompe.

U hvaljenoj seriji HBO-a "Černobil" Viktora Brjuhanova glumio je Robert Con O'Neill, piše Jutarnji list.

Prije desetak dana, 12. listopada, u svom stanu u Desnjanskoj četvrti Kijeva tiho i neprimjetno umro je Viktor Brjuhanov, direktor černobilske nuklearne elektrane "Vladimir Iljič Lenjin", prenosi Jutarnji list.

Za njegovu smrt nije se odmah doznalo, a i danas se ne zna od čega je zapravo umro, premda je imao 84 godine. Zna se da je bio gotovo paraliziran i slijep.

Brjuhanov je bio simbol najveće nuklearne nesreće na svijetu, koja je potresla tadašnji SSSR. Naime, 26. travnja 1986. godine u 1.23 ujutro, tijekom projektnog ispitivanja turbogeneratora broj 8 u reaktoru u bloku 4, dogodila se hidrotermička eksplozija koja je uništila reaktor i izazvala zračenje u velikom krugu oko nuklearke.

Gotovo 600 tisuća ljudi radilo je na likvidaciji posljedica nesreće, od kojih su 180 tisuća ...
