Građevinarstvo ima problem nedostatka stručne radne snage. Jedan od razloga, osim što je riječ o fizički zahtjevnoj djelatnosti, je što u građevinarstvu radi manje žena nego i u jednoj drugoj struci. No, kako donosi dw.com, stvari se i tu počinju lagano mijenjati.

Agnes Borchers je poznata influencerica. Ova mlada crvenokosa žena s tetovažom na ruci voli velike strojeve, osobito utovarivače na kotačima tvrtke Caterpilar. Ona je, ujedno, zasigurno najpoznatija građevinska djelatnica u Njemačkoj. Slike iz svoje radne svakodnevice u građevinskoj tvrtci Hagedorn objavljuje na Facebooku, Instagramu i TikToku. Agnes, po struci vrtlarica, kaže da je još kao djevojčica je sanjala voziti bager.

"Püppi at work" (njeno ime na društvenim mrežama) odabrana je za glavnu ulogu kampanje 'Frau am Bau' tj. 'Žena na građevini'. Kampanju je pokrenula njezina šefica Barbara Hagedorn koja i sama muči problem sa time što građevinarstvo, već više od jednog desetljeća, značajno raste i ima više posla nego što radni kapaciteti dopuštaju. 

Za samo nekoliko godina će četvrtina građevinskih radnika otići u mirovinu. Istovremeno, ni jedna druga gospodarska grana ne zapošljava tako malo žena kao građevinarstvo: samo 13 posto. A ovakvih kao Agnes Borchers, koje stvarno daju svoj maksimum na gradilištu, je još puno manje. Prema navodima Glavnog saveza njemačke građevinske industrije HDB, među zidarima, betonircima, stolarima i vozačima građevinskih strojeva je manje od tri posto žena.

Sve do 90-ih godina je 'slabijem spolu' u zapadnoj Njemačkoj bilo zabranjeno raditi na gradilištima, jer je taj posao smatran teškim i prljavim. U DDR-u je ipak bilo upravljačica građevinskim dizalicama i vozačica bagera, kao i građevinskih inženjerki te arhitektica. Mnoge od tih visoko-kvalificiranih žena odlaze u javne službe, pošto se smatra da je takav posao prikladniji za paralelno podizanje obitelji.

Ipak, danas građevinski poslovi nisu više uvijek prljavi i teški. Nova tehnika i metode rada zahtijevaju više pameti nego snage mišića, naglašava Barbara. Njezino poduzeće si je postavilo cilj više žena obrazovati za poslove izvan uprave. U kampanji su prezentirane žene s gradilišta; od šefice, preko voditeljice projekta do upravljačice strojevima. Zainteresirane djevojke mogu na simulatoru iskušati kako izgleda rad na bageru. Hagedorn je jedno od pet najjačih poduzeća za rušenje na svijetu, a od ljeta je dobilo četiri naučnice za građevinske radove, jednu mladi inženjerku te jednu vozačicu kamiona.

Sudionici ispitivanja koje je Hagedorn proveo početkom 2021. godine žele više ženskih uzora i jače obrazovne poticaje. Tri četvrtine njih smatra da su seksizam i predrasude veliki problemom te branše. To mišljenje dijeli čak 80 posto muških sudionika istraživanja. Pripadnici oba spola također se slažu da je ženama teže napredovati uz istu kvalifikaciju.

Žene u građevinarstvu zarađuju prosječno za četvrtinu manje i onda kad obavljaju isti posao. Istina, i one profitiraju od stalnog rasta potražnje za građevinarima i zarađuju znatno više nego prije deset godina. Unatoč tome, razlika u odnosu na muške kolege se jedva smanjila. U nadilaženju ove problematike svakako ima puno posla za mrežu od 15 građevinskih poduzeća koja su se pridružila Hagedornu u nastojanju da dobiju više žena za naučnice i da promijene strukture.

'Umjetna inteligencija nešto sporije ulazi u građevinarstvo nego druga proizvodna područja, ali je trend preuzimanja poslova svejedno očit. Ona pomaže da se ljude rasteret teških i opasnih poslova, procesira podatke strojeva, nadzire tehniku u zgradama, registrira radnu snagu, automatizira i dokumentira radne procese te izbjegava ljudske greške', govori Bianca Weber-Lewerenz, prva ikad zidarka Baden-Wurttenberga te današnja građevinska injženjerka.

'Ako nedostaju žene na stručnim i vodećim pozicijama, postoji opasnost da strojevi budu razvijeni jednostrano i da u njihovom programiranju ostanu rupe', kaže Weber-Lewerenz. Ipak, ona i dalje gleda pozitivno na potrebe građevinarstva za umjetnom inteligencijom, no ističe da bi i dalje žene, kod svih procesa donošenja odluka, trebale biti zastupljene kako bi se njihove potrebe korisnica javnih i privatnih građevina jače uzimalo u obzir i kako bi nastale uravnotežene inovacije.

Poduzeća sve češće koriste umjetnu inteligenciju i kod traženja zaposlenika. U kompjutore se unosi mnoštvo podataka iz prošlosti kandidata, uz pomoć kojih oni mogu izdvojiti oni prikladni. No, kako su u prošlosti žene rijetko radile na gradilištima, neupućena umjetna inteligencija bi se mogla pobrinuti za to da tako ostane i u budućnosti.

Kampanju je pokrenula njezina šefica Barbara Hagedorn koja i sama muči problem sa time što građevinarstvo, već više od jednog desetljeća, značajno raste i ima više posla nego što radni kapaciteti dopuštaju. 

Za samo nekoliko godina će četvrtina građevinskih radnika otići u mirovinu. Istovremeno, ni jedna druga gospodarska grana ne zapošljava tako malo žena kao građevinarstvo: samo 13 posto. A ovakvih kao Agnes Borchers, koje stvarno daju svoj maksimum na gradilištu, je još puno manje. Prema navodima Glavnog saveza njemačke građevinske industrije HDB, među zidarima, betonircima, stolarima i vozačima građevinskih strojeva je manje od tri posto žena.

Sve do 90-ih godina je 'slabijem spolu' u zapadnoj Njemačkoj bilo zabranjeno raditi na gradilištima, jer je taj posao smatran teškim i prljavim. U DDR-u je ipak bilo upravljačica građevinskim dizalicama i vozačica bagera, kao i građevinskih inženjerki te arhitektica. Mnoge od tih visoko-kvalificiranih žena odlaze u javne službe, pošto se smatra da je takav posao prikladniji za paralelno podizanje obitelji.

Ipak, danas građevinski poslovi nisu više uvijek prljavi i teški. Nova tehnika i metode rada zahtijevaju više pameti nego snage mišića, naglašava Barbara. Njezino poduzeće si je postavilo cilj više žena obrazovati za poslove izvan uprave. U kampanji su prezentirane žene s gradilišta; od šefice, preko voditeljice projekta do upravljačice strojevima. Zainteresirane djevojke mogu na simulatoru iskušati kako izgleda rad na bageru. Hagedorn je jedno od pet najjačih poduzeća za rušenje na svijetu, a od ljeta je dobilo četiri naučnice za građevinske radove, jednu mladi inženjerku te jednu vozačicu kamiona.

Sudionici ispitivanja koje je Hagedorn proveo početkom 2021. godine žele više ženskih uzora i jače obrazovne poticaje. Tri četvrtine njih smatra da su seksizam i predrasude veliki problemom te branše. To mišljenje dijeli čak 80 posto muških sudionika istraživanja. Pripadnici oba spola također se slažu da je ženama teže napredovati uz istu kvalifikaciju.

Žene u građevinarstvu zarađuju prosječno za četvrtinu manje i onda kad obavljaju isti posao. Istina, i one profitiraju od stalnog rasta potražnje za građevinarima i zarađuju znatno više nego prije deset godina. Unatoč tome, razlika u odnosu na muške kolege se jedva smanjila. U nadilaženju ove problematike svakako ima puno posla za mrežu od 15 građevinskih poduzeća koja su se pridružila Hagedornu u nastojanju da dobiju više žena za naučnice i da promijene strukture.

'Umjetna inteligencija nešto sporije ulazi u građevinarstvo nego druga proizvodna područja, ali je trend preuzimanja poslova svejedno očit. Ona pomaže da se ljude rasteret teških i opasnih poslova, procesira podatke strojeva, nadzire tehniku u zgradama, registrira radnu snagu, automatizira i dokumentira radne procese te izbjegava ljudske greške', govori Bianca Weber-Lewerenz, prva ikad zidarka Baden-Wurttenberga te današnja građevinska injženjerka.

'Ako nedostaju žene na stručnim i vodećim pozicijama, postoji opasnost da strojevi budu razvijeni jednostrano i da u njihovom programiranju ostanu rupe', kaže Weber-Lewerenz. Ipak, ona i dalje gleda pozitivno na potrebe građevinarstva za umjetnom inteligencijom, no ističe da bi i dalje žene, kod svih procesa donošenja odluka, trebale biti zastupljene kako bi se njihove potrebe korisnica javnih i privatnih građevina jače uzimalo u obzir i kako bi nastale uravnotežene inovacije.

Poduzeća sve češće koriste umjetnu inteligenciju i kod traženja zaposlenika. U kompjutore se unosi mnoštvo podataka iz prošlosti kandidata, uz pomoć kojih oni mogu izdvojiti oni prikladni. No, kako su u prošlosti žene rijetko radile na gradilištima, neupućena umjetna inteligencija bi se mogla pobrinuti za to da tako ostane i u budućnosti.

Zbog nedostatka radne snage, u Njemačkoj pokrenuta kampanja za dovođenja više žena na gradilišta

Građevinarstvo ima problem nedostatka stručne radne snage. Jedan od razloga, osim što je riječ o fizički zahtjevnoj djelatnosti, je što u građevinarstvu radi manje žena nego i u jednoj drugoj struci. No, kako donosi dw.com, stvari se i tu počinju lagano mijenjati.

Agnes Borchers je poznata influencerica. Ova mlada crvenokosa žena s tetovažom na ruci voli velike strojeve, osobito utovarivače na kotačima tvrtke Caterpilar. Ona je, ujedno, zasigurno najpoznatija građevinska djelatnica u Njemačkoj. Slike iz svoje radne svakodnevice u građevinskoj tvrtci Hagedorn objavljuje na Facebooku, Instagramu i TikToku. Agnes, po struci vrtlarica, kaže da je još kao djevojčica je sanjala voziti bager.

"Püppi at work" (njeno ime na društvenim mrežama) odabrana je za glavnu ulogu ...
