Bruno i Sandra iz Zagorja bili su u dugogodišnjoj ljubavnoj vezi, a onda je Sandra odlučila da joj je dosta. No, nije sve išlo tako glatko jer se Bruno s time nije htio pomiriti pa joj je nakon prekida prijetio i nametljivo se ponašao, piše Danica. 

Bruno je pravomoćno osuđen na godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora, a ključni dokaz bilo je gotovo tisuću SMS poruka koje je poslao svojoj bivšoj djevojci u periodu od godine i pol. Svakoga mjeseca stizalo joj je nešto više od 50 poruka odnosno prosječno nešto više od dvije dnevno. 

- Govorio joj je da bez nje ne želi živjeti, da ga je povrijedila, no da je još uvijek voli i da želi da budu zajedno, da neće odustati od nje, da će počiniti neko zlo ukoliko ga bude ignorirala te da će postati ubojica ili nasilnik ako joj se netko drugi približi(…) Da će se njih dvoje sudariti s vlakom ili šleperom, da će zajedno živjeti na groblju, da je doživio slom i da mu je sada jasno kako ljudi postaju ubojice, da njegova puška radi jer ju je probao, da će jednog dana eksplodirati i da se boji najgoreg, da se neće moći zaustaviti(…)-  navodi se u presudi.

Sandra je to sve reagirala privatnom tužbom i od Brune zatražila 40 tisuća kuna odštete za povredu prava osobnosti, ali to je na koncu odbačeno na sudu. Vjeruju kako nije uspjela dokazati strah i zdravstvene probleme nakon prijetnji jer nema dokaza da je posjetila specijalista psihijatra. 

Istom tužnom uzvratio  je i Bruno tvrdeći da mu je Sandra “neistinito navodila kako je on otac njezina djeteta, a znala je da to nije istina”.

- “Bruno smatra kako mu je Sandra povrijedila prava osobnosti i jer mu je u više navrata obećavala vjenčanje, što je on vjerovao te je u više navrata obavio pripremne radnje oko organizacije vjenčanja, a ona je čak u tri navrata izigrala obećanje. Bruno je pritom pretrpio grubu povredu ugleda i časti- napisao je. 

Bruno za svoju isprovociranost krivi činjenicu da je bio ljut na nju. 

- Nakon što smo prekinuli, Sandra mi je slala sms poruke kojima me je provocirala, a ja sam na njih odgovarao malo žestoko jer sam u to vrijeme bio ljut jer me je iskoristila. Platio sam joj popravak zubi, kupio joj mobitel, odjeću i vozio po bolnicama, a ona meni na kraju tako- svjedočio je Bruno.

Sutkinja je nakon provedenog postupka zaključila kako nema dokaza da je Sandra ikada zatražila stručnu pomoć pri čemu je “neuvjerljiva njezina tvrdnja da medicinsku dokumentaciju nije dostavila u spis jer ju nitko nije tražio da dostavi”.

- Kako je za utvrđivanje navedenih činjenica potrebno stručno znanje kojim sud ne raspolaže, bilo je potrebno izvesti dokaz vještačenjem po liječničkom vještaku, izvođenje kojeg dokaza nije predložila niti u tužbi, niti tijekom postupka, a u postupku je angažirala odvjetnika- zaključila je sutkinja.

Bruno i Sandra iz Zagorja bili su u dugogodišnjoj ljubavnoj vezi, a onda je Sandra odlučila da joj je dosta. No, nije sve išlo tako glatko jer se Bruno s time nije htio pomiriti pa joj je nakon prekida prijetio i nametljivo se ponašao, piše Danica. 

Bruno je pravomoćno osuđen na godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora, a ključni dokaz bilo je gotovo tisuću SMS poruka koje je poslao svojoj bivšoj djevojci u periodu od godine i pol. Svakoga mjeseca stizalo joj je nešto više od 50 poruka odnosno prosječno nešto više od dvije dnevno. 

- Govorio joj je da bez nje ne želi živjeti, da ga je povrijedila, no da je još uvijek voli i da želi da budu zajedno, da neće odustati od nje, da će počiniti neko zlo ukoliko ga bude ignorirala te da će postati ubojica ili nasilnik ako joj se netko drugi približi(…) Da će se njih dvoje sudariti s vlakom ili šleperom, da će zajedno živjeti na groblju, da je doživio slom i da mu je sada jasno kako ljudi postaju ubojice, da njegova puška radi jer ju je probao, da će jednog dana eksplodirati i da se boji najgoreg, da se neće moći zaustaviti(…)-  navodi se u presudi.

Sandra je to sve reagirala privatnom tužbom i od Brune zatražila 40 tisuća kuna odštete za povredu prava osobnosti, ali to je na koncu odbačeno na sudu. Vjeruju kako nije uspjela dokazati strah i zdravstvene probleme nakon prijetnji jer nema dokaza da je posjetila specijalista psihijatra. 

Istom tužnom uzvratio  je i Bruno tvrdeći da mu je Sandra “neistinito navodila kako je on otac njezina djeteta, a znala je da to nije istina”.

- “Bruno smatra kako mu je Sandra povrijedila prava osobnosti i jer mu je u više navrata obećavala vjenčanje, što je on vjerovao te je u više navrata obavio pripremne radnje oko organizacije vjenčanja, a ona je čak u tri navrata izigrala obećanje. Bruno je pritom pretrpio grubu povredu ugleda i časti- napisao je. 

Bruno za svoju isprovociranost krivi činjenicu da je bio ljut na nju. 

- Nakon što smo prekinuli, Sandra mi je slala sms poruke kojima me je provocirala, a ja sam na njih odgovarao malo žestoko jer sam u to vrijeme bio ljut jer me je iskoristila. Platio sam joj popravak zubi, kupio joj mobitel, odjeću i vozio po bolnicama, a ona meni na kraju tako- svjedočio je Bruno.

Sutkinja je nakon provedenog postupka zaključila kako nema dokaza da je Sandra ikada zatražila stručnu pomoć pri čemu je “neuvjerljiva njezina tvrdnja da medicinsku dokumentaciju nije dostavila u spis jer ju nitko nije tražio da dostavi”.

- Kako je za utvrđivanje navedenih činjenica potrebno stručno znanje kojim sud ne raspolaže, bilo je potrebno izvesti dokaz vještačenjem po liječničkom vještaku, izvođenje kojeg dokaza nije predložila niti u tužbi, niti tijekom postupka, a u postupku je angažirala odvjetnika- zaključila je sutkinja.

Svijet‘zajedno ćemo na groblje‘

Zbog prijetnji i više od tisuću ljutitih SMS-ova poslanih bivšoj djevojci Sandri, Bruno je kažnjen s godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora: Platio sam ti zube, a ti si me lagala čije je dijete!

Bruno i Sandra iz Zagorja bili su u dugogodišnjoj ljubavnoj vezi, a onda je Sandra odlučila da joj je dosta. No, nije sve išlo tako glatko jer se Bruno s time nije htio pomiriti pa joj je nakon prekida prijetio i nametljivo se ponašao, piše Danica. 

Bruno je pravomoćno osuđen na godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora, a ključni dokaz bilo je gotovo tisuću SMS poruka koje je poslao svojoj bivšoj djevojci u periodu od godine i pol. Svakoga mjeseca stizalo joj je nešto više od 50 poruka odnosno prosječno nešto više od dvije dnevno. 

- Govorio joj je da bez nje ne želi živjeti, da ga je povrijedila, no da je još uvijek voli i da želi da budu zajedno, da neće odustati od nje, da će počiniti neko zlo ukoliko ga bude ignorirala te da će postati ubojica ili nasilnik ako joj se netko drugi...
